When our boys started to drive we took them ina me Megan explained to them about having good grades to help keep there insurance rate low and she also explained what would happen to our insurance if they got a ticket or in an accident. The boys were very receptive to the way Megan explained it to the as they had to pay their own part of the insurance. We have had a couple of claims through out the years amd she has always been helpful in getting the claims filed and who we needed to talk to if it was something more pressing.

Aarons office is great. Weve never done a claim, but weve used them to insure multiple vehicles. Prices are competitive and the office is able to answer questions precisely over the phone or email. We keep a rarely used vehicle on fire and theft and they are able to reissue the insurance over the phone to use for a weekend. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I think this office is just too busy for new clients. I just moved to this area and needed to transfer my insurance to this state. I read all the great reviews and decided to give this office a try. 3 weeks ago I went in person and waited a while to speak with Melissa who was on the phone, she finally came out and interviewed me in the lobby. I did comment to her suggesting we go in her office to speak but she was “just going to be quick.” She knew I needed to get my plans transferred and she said she would work on it. We played phone tag a couple times over the next 3 weeks me being busy at my job and various vacations in her office she said... but then I expected after speaking with her last week it would be done. Then today I get a phone call from my old agent concerned about my car insurance not being renewed. I called Aaron Starwalt’s office again and explained the situation to the receptionist who put me on hold for Melissa... after a few minutes I hung up and called another State Farm agent who was able to get my insurance transferred over immediately over the phone in 40minutes. After I got my insurance all sorted out, I later got a voicemail from Melissa explaining that things are still “processing” and the same exact things she told me last week. I just think they’re too busy. Unfortunately, their office wasted a lot of my time.

My wife and I changed to this insurance office after moving here from Utah. 6 months later I had to file my first ever insurance claim for my car being hit Thanksgiving night while parked on the street. I was stressed and not sure what to expect, I filed the claim with the insurance company of the lady who hit my car first, but they were dragging their feet and I needed a rental car ASAP. I filed the claim with State Farm and was in contact with the ladies at this office who were all extremely helpful and got me into a rental the following Tuesday. They explained the process and all of my coverages very well and I felt that they genuinely cared about me the whole way through. Melissa even had some missing documents shipped overnight to the office so I could sign them, and then she personally dropped them off to ship them back the same day. Even still I call with questions about my deductible, the other insurance company, etc. and both her and Allie are always friendly and willing to help me. I will be with State Farm for the foreseeable future because of my recent experience filing a claim.

Worst insurance place ever, they gave me the wrong information on multiple occasions and now I am literally having to pay for it. The manager was so rude to me on the phone when I was already stressed out from someone hitting my car and dealing with all the false information they gave me, then she snapped at me and hung up the phone like a child! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!! I changed my insurance agent to someone who was super helpful and already am feeling so much better.
