We did a lot of comparison shopping for insurance and not only was working Shawns team at State farm a competitive price, they have been incredible to work with. They helped us get both house and car insurance set up very quickly and without any hassle. Their responsiveness and professionalism was extremely helpful in making sure were were able to get all the paperwork we needed into for our new house in time. I will definitely be working them them again!

Ive had state farm for 20 years now and this is by far the most difficult agent ive ever dealt with . I call in each month ask whats due and pay it every month i get a differnt total every month i ask why im told we dont know then told you didnt pay it all then told your card was ran 2 times, 3 different stories from 3 different people all the same office. MY bank has no record of my card not going threw and sean tells me its my fault not sure how that is possible when the bank says otherwise . Sage tells me yesterslday my bill is 101 today sean says my bill is 76 and sage would not have told me my bill was 101 well i was on speaker phone and 4 other people heard her say 101. Sean wasnt on the phone but knows what sage says when shes gone lol lol avoid these dishonest people at all cost sean is not a honest woman. Perhaps sean and her workers should get on the same page and not say the opposite of each other to customers then when they get called out for it are rude and say the customer is lying even though multiple people heard it very low life behavior and i wont deal with anyone from that office ever again. Lying is not ok your parents taught you better than this its just shameful.

Same insurance company my parents used for years since before I was even born best of the best of best wouldnt choose anywhere else

My wife and I have had State Farm homeowners insurance for over 40 years and are completely satisfied with the protection provided. A few years ago when we had a break-in, State Farm representatives were prompt and very fair in settling our claim, which we very much appreciated.Equally important to us is the service provided by Shawn Vorrath, our local State Farm Insurance Agent. Shawn and her staff are true professionals and are personable, helpful and very attentive to our needs. Shawn has never failed to provide excellent customer service and advice, and we highly recommend her.

Moving to Vancouver after several years State Farm required us to get a local agent. Why? I dont know as we never needed to even see our previous two agents in person. Our first agent I had for over 10 years and not one issue or meeting with them. There were no issues at first until we continually received calls and emails about a meeting with our Shawn our agent. No information was ever given as to why we needed a meeting. Customer service issues we just call their CS number and have not had any issues. We had a claim that took the claims office over a month almost to contact me. I had called back, claim department had all the information and there was nothing further except for them to process the claim. After this we were completely harassed by her office getting phone calls, voice mails left consistently but no reasons were ever given to us for a meeting. We believe it was all about sales and getting more money out of their customers. It continued when she requested that we find a new agent? We had no reason to get a new agent as we never dealt with them prior to this office. I actually told her in an email not to contact me but only my husband after the last email from her. Since then she has contacted us again for a meeting but no reason as to why. Now evidently she called my husband today and emailed that she was sending our account back to our old agent in Oregon when we live in Washington state? Just have never had such harassment from a company ever before let alone straight from an agent. Whatever experience she has definitely has not prepared her for how to treat her customers, respect is a word she needs to learn and fast.
