Use this person...simple as that. Hes the first agent Ive dealt with who I didnt feel was trying to get the biggest commission possible without caring for what I wanted. He and his wife were also really easy to work with remotely due to COVID.A perfect example is that I got a crack in my windshield while driving about a week after I signed up. Reached out to Nigel and got a response right away with no fuss, and information on were I can go and such. Got it repaired last weekend with no issues.

Poor service. My policy expired despite they setting up auto-pay with them. They didnt even give me a single call to notify about expiration. They let my insurance expire. When I called back they said sorry its expired and I have to pay more premium. Well then whats the use of an agent if they cant give a single call. They are just their to get their commission.

I highly recommend Nigel Tester as an insurance agent. When I switched my home and auto insurance to Farmers, Nigel and Alisa Tester were very helpful and made the process easy. The office location is convenient and Nigel Tester is definitely someone you can trust.

Excellent insurance agent. They listen well and provide great coverage. I switched over my car insurance from another company because this agency provided better coverage and better customer service.

I asked Nigel to review my current business policy as the current underwriter had made some errors. Nigel reviewed my policy and got back to me quickly. I learned so much in the time he spent with me. He really knows his stuff. He took the time to explain the benefits and consequences of the different levels of insurance. I changed many parts of my policy because of his time with me.Even if you are happy with your business insurance, have Nigel review your policy. Unless you are an underwriter or agent, you will learn something.

My business associate and I recently leased a new office space and found out the morning that we were suppose to be moving in that we both needed to have insurance for each of our lease space.I contacted Nigel for assistance.
