They are very knowledgeable and take very good care of your vehicle. The staff is awesome. Ive been going to them for about 5 years for all my maintenance of my car. The prices are very reasonable (at least I think so) but with everything going on, (pandemic)its hard to get to the dealer for maintenance, you have to make an appointment and wait. This is why I love going there. If its an emergency, they will try to accommodate you. No long wait. I have nothing but good vibes when I go there. I was just told they do ALL MAINTENANCE on a care now. Thanks Mr. Mike and the rest of the guys for all your attention to my car.

They got my car in right away and fixed same day. Awesome customer service skills from Mike. I had some suspension clunking and another shop told me I needed 1200 to fix the problem. It turned out the part I needed with labor was only 70. These are fair people and do not try to get one over on a customer.

Had new Mastercraft tires put on my 2014 Dodge Ram in May 2021. The installer damaged one of my custom rims, crossthreaded one lug, broke a tire pressure sensor (which they attempted to charge me to replace), and didnt replace any of the stem caps. After all that, the tires were not balanced correctly when I reached highway speed. It shook like a washing machine on spin cycle. Returned to have tires rebalanced a couple days later...took off 4 hours from work to have this done. That was a waste of 4 hours, still out of balance, but they did replace the stem caps. After calling them again I was told to take my truck to another store because their balancer might not be working correctly. The other location told me to have my truck in at 8am sharp Saturday so they can get it right in and fixed. I have been here for over three hours and Im still waiting, no one has touched my truck. What a way to run a business and what a waste of a Saturday morning (and probably the entire afternoon). Belle Tire Central Avenue Toledo, Ohio and now waiting at Belle Tire Secor Road Toledo, Ohio. Forgot to mention that my calls to Belle Tire Customer Care have gone unanswered. Will update this review if they ever correct their problem. NO MORE BELLE TIRE FOR ME! 11:15am truck was finally pulled into a service bay. Out at 1250pm and balancing is WORSE! F#@K BELLE TIRE.

My wife had a flat tire from a nail while driving and pulled in to Belle Tire for help only to be told she could not be helped until the middle of the following week! She wasn’t asking for tire rotation or balancing or a new set of tires; she just needed help with a flat tire. Even if all they could do was help her with changing the tire to her mini-spare at least she wouldn’t be stranded. Instead, she called a competitor who came and changed her tire in Belle Tire’s parking lot, then took her flat tire and repaired it. The worst part was that we had always used Joe’s Tires in Sylvania for all our new tires and were so happy when Joe went to work at Belle Tire, but it was Joe my wife talked to and pleaded with for help; all she got was negative answers and a blank stare. We’ll never be back and encourage others to avoid this unhelpful, unfriendly, obviously far too busy business to even care. Good luck. (If I could, I would have given zero stars.) That was my lovely wife you stranded!

Third time wasnt the charm. First their website booked me an appointment during off hours. After a reschedule, I was on time for my appointment just to wait over an hour for them to tell me that the tires their website matched for my vehicle were incorrect. I would be charged MORE $ and have to reschedule AGAIN. Round three; Im once again on time for my NOON appointment and I waited over 3.5 hours for my vehicle! This place is a joke.

Ordered 3 tires for our 56 t bird.. Coker tire only sent 2 out of 3 ordered..waiting on other one.. white walls so not commonly stocked tire..

Never had a chance to get work done here. Its always one thing on the phone and another in person, been here 3 times now and its the same thing. Its one of the few places open on Saturday.Today I called ahead, like usual and tell them what I need, get told wait time is 1 1/2-2 hours. So I head up there and guy was like, are you leaving it for Monday? No...tf? I just replaced my tie rods, everything is ready to be adjusted and no rust, they couldnt take 15 minutes to align my front end. Also, they flaught lowest prices and they aint, dont be fooled by the sign.

I stumbled upon a tire that was reasonably priced for an older car and there were also 4 rebates at the same time. The offer was expiring that day but I was able to go to the store and purchase them that night and get them installed the next day. Dan was EXCELLENT to work with!

Had a piece of metal in my tire so I took it here to be fixed. When I dropped off my car there was a lady inside asking why her car never had the engine light on until they touched it & the way they handled this woman was very uncaring. So 2 weeks after they fix my flat tire I take my car to Valvoline on Secor for an oil change & they tell me both of my front tires are completely bald & need replaced. Why wouldn’t the people at Belle tire notice this & offer to sell me tires? They really acted like they didn’t wanna deal with customers at all. When I went to pick up my car all they asked was my last name then literally tossed the keys at me without any verification, They could’ve given my car to anyone. I’ll never go here again. Had a better experience with the Navarre location.

So at the beginning of December I went to Belle Tire because it was convenient I went for a wheel alignment NATE who assisted me was awesome so professional & knowledgeable customer service AMAZING & made me aware of another issue & 2 days ago I called them again thinking it was my brakes MIKE who assisted was professional & knowledgeable customer service again AMAZING this time informed me it wasnt my brakes I had a whole set of other issues my car rides like a new car again all the noise i have listened to for yrs GONE i feel safe again in my car THANK YOU MIKE & NATE for the awesome service you provided me

Took a tire in to get repaired. Needless to say I am not very pleased with the outcome. It is sad to think that so called mechanics still try to take advantage of females who come in without a male with them. Upon receiving a phone call back from this establishment, they tried to tell me I needed a whole new tire and couldnt fix my tire. By the way..they took a chunk out of it to make it worse then what it was in the first place. Not nice Belle Tire.

Did a good job but left my window down and my vehicle unlocked when it was there over night, they are lucky my vehicle wasnt stolen or items stolen from it or they would be paying for it.

Called ahead and set up am appointment just to have them tell me an hr and a half wait when I got there, so we sat down and waited, and it ended up taking over 2 hours!!! Whats the point of an appointment if youre still going to wait that long?!

Originally had written a positive review, however on my way out to my car this morning to head to work, I notice the tire I had originally asked to be replaced (ontop of the 2nd tire Nate had talked me into grabbing even though it was a different size and I didnt really feel comfortable having a slightly different size tire) was still going flat. When I had first walked into their store at about 11 am I had told Nate that I needed my driver side back tire replaced, and then I needed my back 2 tires switched with the front 2 tires (I prefer having 2 new tires on front as my car is FWD) and 6 hours later when they pulled my car in they had no special instructions written down. I retold Nate and the mechanic what I needed done, and I came home to the front 2 tires being new, as asked. The next morning, come to find out, they never replaced my bad tire in the first place, had only replaced the front 2 and maybe refilled my back tire? Unless its a problem with my rim, I really believe they never replaced the tire I had originally asked to be replaced. I will now have to wait at least until the weekend to get this resolved and hope my tire can be refilled and driven on long enough to get it replaced. Really not happy with my experience. Cant risk going back here for them to replace the wrong tire again and wasting more money.

I would give this place a zero if I could because my father went in there last weekend to get the black friday deals that were advertised online from Belle tire themselves and on YouTube. The add said exactly up to 250 off a set of 4 tires in form of Visa rebate or up to 300 in store credit off the next set of tires. Tires as low as $39 after the rebates. Since me and my husband both need a set of tires for each of our cars... my father went in to purchase a set for me and when we got the rebates back of $75 each tire then me and my husband would use the $300 to purchase his set of tires in the near future. 2 years ago we bought tires from here with black friday deal and everything went smoothly. Now this year my dad went in and showed the guy the add and told him that he wanted the ones with the $300in store credit and the guy at the front counter rang him up and didnt say anything about the add being false or a lie. When my father came home he sent me the rebate form and i filled it out and it said i was only able to redeem 1 $75 in store credit. So my father went back to the store and talked to the same man that he showed the add to on the day before. The guy pretended to not remember him showing the commercial advertisement to him and also the screenshot of the add on belle tire website. So my father asked for a full refund and the guy grabbed the paper receipt from his hands and gave him the refund with no explanation or apologies and just plain out rude. The . Now he didnt even offer to make the deal right. His name was Nate. We will never return to this place and we took our business elsewhere and got great got great deals that were real and not lies!

Do not get any tires put on at this location. I had new tires put on 20 miles later then was a vibration come to find out they did not tighten the lug nuts properly and the wheel was loose. I took it back they tighten them back down and said it was all good to go, glad it was me in the car and not my wife to know there was an issue. Next the one tire looked kinda low so I checked the tire pressure. The tire pressure rating was 45, the first tire I checked at 30psi the semiconductor 35psi the third tire was 40psi and the last one was 35psi. The people that work at this location really need to put some care into their work and management also needs to setup and make sure their staff is putting out quality work.

This Belle tire location deserve 5+ stars. The gentleman Dan helped me this afternoon. He checked and fixed the issues very quickly. Customer service and professional skills are way over expectations. I recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks.

Used to be able to just stop in to have a tire repair. Had to make two trips to have them tell me there were too many people ahead of me to get it done. The write up guy told me on the first trip that they dont make appointments for tire repairs. Finally on the second trip, too many people ahead of me again, a different write up guy made an appointment for me for my third trip. Then they couldnt find the leak told me to keep an eye on it which is what Ive been doing for the past two weeks. I guess Ill take it somewhere else.

I brought a truck tire in for my Silverado here to get a leak fixed and was called for pickup to be done and they fix the valve stem on it and didnt even look to see if I had any other leaks on the tire and took the tire to my truck and found a peace of steel was in the tire tread that was not even fixed that I told them to look at it and I ask them to fix it again they gave me a hard time about it at the service desk there I would not even recommend coming back to Toledo store Monroe michigan way better people there instead so way call me tell me that tire fixed when its not done

This location is great the techs are very knowledgeable and explains all the issues well. This company also has a unlimited alignment program for 25 dollars when you get an alignment. That is smart for our roads in this area. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs automobile work done. The techs also respect the face I do my own work. They point out the problem and I can do the work and bring it back to see if there is any other work to be done on it.

At first I thought this would be a good place to get my AC worked on so the first day I went they charged my AC i paid the $130 the next day it was back warm I was told to come back in so I did that following monday and I waited like 6 hours I called after 3 hours to check to see if they found out the issue, the guy dan told me they would get to it in next like in a few 3 hours later I check and they never got to it. So I said i would just come back another day. So today I called, the employee mike told me he could try to get me in asap since this was my 3rd trip there so I waited another 3 hours again then I try to ask are they getting back in soon they just ignore me while I stand there and they help people that where coming in just kept telling me one thing not being honest. frustrating I would not recommend this place 3 trips later they never attempted to fix it

Im totally satisfied with the service I got when I went in to get tires Thursday. I had called a few times consulting and Andy was awesome and courteous and very helpful every time I called and when I came in and got the tires it was a great experience and I thought I would have to wait until midnight to go home but I was in and out fast. I buy tires for four cars there because of the competitive pricing. But when they moved the free air pump away from the front door the new air pump has never worked. But how do you complain about not getting FREE AIR! The service is great and the tire prices are the best. Yes I will be back the next time I need tires!

But once I walked into this location and met Mr. Smith, the manager, I felt I would be able to make an informed purchase. From start to finish I was treated like a lifetime customer. He helped me to pick out wheels and tires within my desired budget, that both looked nice and functional for my needs. I also received discounts off both that made the deal even better. Took my sons car in because it was shaking at mid and high speeds, most of front end had been replaced already, I figured tires might be worn wrong from not being rotated, it is my kids car. So I ordered new tires but asked Dan if he could look at it first, being most of parts are under warranty on front end. He was very honest and found out that the caliper was sticking slightly, not enough to pull the steering wheel, but not disengaging enough to let rotor move freely. So I didnt need new tires, thank you Dan and Belletire mechanics. You will keep getting my business, A+ company!

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought them vehicle because it had a busted brake line....They gave me an estimate for $800.... They told me that I needed new brakes pads rotors and a ton of other stuff. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced less than 6 months ago. I asked them if there was a cheaper fix like doing just the brake line. I was told no. So I picked up my car and found someone else to work on it. I gave the new mechanic the estimate. He looked at my car and told me pads and rotors were fine but the break line was indeed busted. He repaired it for an extremely reasonable price. The part I neglected too mention was that I told the person at belle tire that I was from out of town. I felt like he thought he found a young naive desperate female. Its a good thing that I wasnt in a desperate situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did not deal with me honestly or fairly

After I agreed to buy a second tire under the condition they place both new tires in front they do not do so. Also they placed a soaked snow covered spare in the back seat with no tire bag. With a estimated shop time of 45 minute with an appointment this ordeal took upwards of 2.5 hours thanks to negligence and inconsideration.
