Quick and courteous! Prices are higher than most other places using the same oil! Also could work on how they get people in the bays. Little confusion!

Chris (store manager) went above and beyond for our family! We are a busy couple with two kids and the only time we could make it was an hour before closing on a Saturday. He was understanding, super polite, respectful and extremely good at not only fixing the air conditioning in our van but also explaining the process every step of the way. Was forced to look for a new oil change place as my old one closed. This one fit the bill as it was very close to my house. I really appreciate how professional and well controlled everything feels - they show me everything, test my battery, fill my tires, and tell me everything as it is happening. Generally low-pressure for sales of other stuff. Not the cheapest place, but its great service and Ive never had to wait.Only real downside to me is that it is near impossible to turn South out of this parking lot back onto Secor. You are generally forced to go North/onto 475.

Ill start by saying they had a thorough and polite experience all the way through. However thorough contradicts the Instant Oil Change it took 3x longer than my normal oil change experience and they were constantly trying to teach me about what my vehicle needs/will need. Its a trys to talk you into everything type place. Honestly wasnt in a hurry and was pleased with the experience just cant say it was perfect or that Id visit again.

The completely totalled the engine to my ford ranger they must have forgot to drain the old oil because it back up into my collent tank before I knew it my truck was totaled and Im now 2,500 out and they told me there guns were calibrated and are not liable. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Pitiful service,,high prices,too high.air filter dont come with expensive oil change..did not lube my car,,pretended to..but didnt..said they checked air pressure in my tires,,,didnt do that,,I know,cause I was watching,,inspected my car when I got home,,wet oil all under car frame,they did not even wipe up after thier self..left oily towel under hood of my vehicle..that could have got tangled in a pulley or belt,which would have cost me much money to fix. Luckly,i saw it..fittings were not lubed,,I know,cause I inspected them,,,they had no puf to them,,and they were still covered with road dirt..A sorry group of workers,they need to be retrained or,fired..find some body else to do the work if they cant,,because a car. Truck are to expensive to skimp on...I will never go back,,and I will tell others about my sad exsperiance,,Im gonna go back to mobile oil for mu service,,half block down from them..

Horrible customer service and they tried to tell me things were wrong with my car that were not and sell me things that I did not need. Because Im a woman they thought it would be easy to take advantage of me and my pocketbook. Shame on you Valvoline!!!!! I left Valvoline went to Firestone (Glendale)and got the good and honest customer service I deserve. I would suggest to all women steer clear of Valvoline take your business to Firestone

Good Service Friendly staff spilled a little oil on the engine which caused some smoke later but they did a good job overall.

If you have never tried this place, please give it a try, seeing is believing! You will be impressed with their professional manner, which is important, a simple mistake could cost you. But no worries here, the techs are methodical and move with confidence giving your auto a thorough inspection. Often referring simple maintenance suggestions. Coupons are always somewhere on line, go ahead and try it, its top quality. Regular blends, to full synthetic, light bulbs, air filters, they got it all.

I went to Valvoline on Secor and they were quick and very helpful in making sure I got everything my car needed. There was even a screw Missing from my washer fluid and they fix that for me. Every time I come here I Have great service.

The RUDEST most attitude I’ve ever gotten from a woman at an oil change place. I don’t even know what the reason was for it? And then when I asked her why my full synthetic was $40 dollars more then when I usually get it done she shrugged and said it’s different here.I don’t expect you to be peppy but not miserable and rude to your customers in a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB.Will NEVER return do not waste your time.

This place is where its at for a quick and efficient oil change by knowledgeable techs. I was in and out in 15 min. They were all professional, very friendly, didnt pressure me into getting extra services when offered and I never even had to get out of my car! Highly recommend this location.

Way way way over charge for an oil change or they ripped me off. To put 5 qts. of oil in a car they charged me $75.00. Told them I couldnt see if they were doing any of the stuff they were supposed to be doing under the car since they didnt have the screen at where I could see it. So 1st time there last time there. I really wouldnt even gie it a 1 star if thats what they are charging. You can keep it then.

Terrible!!!! Broke dip stick, said it was already broke. Had to drive to the dealership to get a new one (all the way across town) and back again for them to install it. The price of a simple oil change was high. Spent way too much time there for a simple oil change. I will NEVER go back!

Did a great oil change and inspection but forgot to put the bolts back on my belly pan. Didnt find out about it until I got on the highway.

Stopped at the In Stop at the instant oil change Im and rose street my mother and I were having trouble with our left front tire we got there just in time for them to close and they would they thought it was too much trouble to turn on an air compressor been around air compressors all my life its just a switch so please dont go there if you really want good service from

Highest price Ive ever seen for an oil change, but I was in a rush and decided to go ahead with it anyway. Unfortunately, I sat there for nearly an hour, as rather than working on my car, a lot of time was spent trying to sell me other stuff for my car which I know I didnt need. When they finished, it took the supervisor to come around to cash me out after the 2 previous techs couldnt figure out how to use the computer system.

I stopped in to get my serpentine belt looked at. The guys checked it out and told me that a replacement was not needed. I had a lot of snow packed on the underside of the pullys causing the slippage. They didnt even charge me for the few minutes that I was there! I will be returning to this location in the future for sure!

Great service straight forward and to the point and they will let you know if something is up with your car and not scam you. Be warned it can be very expensive to go here so I recommend coupons of some sort.

Horrible experience do not go here. I needed a oil change and called ahead to see about getting one. Got the oil change, the guys were laughing because I did not know alot about cars and they were also laughing that my driver side door was not working. Finally, they were done and I left. Not even 2 mins down the road my engine began to shake and my car stalled. Turns out they left something unconnected in my engine. WOW! These guys are playing with a persons life! Wouldnt go here again to save my life. Thanks to the one worker that came out and helped me, he did not work on my car though.

Horrible experience! I paid $70 for an oil change and 2 light bulls and the next day my car wouldnt start so i called them and they sent a technician to my house and he told me they left hoses disconnected from my engine! I wanted my money back and they sent me half off coupons in the mail and told me i should have came earlier in the day! I WAS PISSED AND WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER VALVOLINE!

I went to Valvoline on Secor Rd in Toledo on 1/13/16 and had a great team of service techs working on my car. Ive gone to Valvoline to get my oil changed many times, but the employees at this location always go above and beyond my expectations.I did get some extras and they were very helpful in explaining what they were doing and why. I did not feel pressured to purchase the extras.I will go back to this Valvoline every time in the future.Carleen Sweet

I went for an oil change but they went the extra mile and checked all my lights, wipers, and other fluids. They filled my tires and topped of the fluids so everything was full and set to go, the workers were insanely nice and funny to listen to as they worked, definitely the best experience Ive ever had while having service done on my car

Excellent fast friendly service

The techs insisted that my engine was leaking an alarming amount of oil, yet when they checked the level (before draining it) it was full. They apperently cant tell the difference between dirt and oil. When I didnt want to pay for the coolant flush they became very pushy, and started tring to guilt me into buying extra services I didnt need. When I say No thanks once, they shouldnt ask again. They pulled my engine air filter out, (there is a giant sticker that says K&N reuseable air filter do not replace) looked at it and insisted I needed a new one. They then accidently droped it on the ground, when I said no and explained why. After I had declined everything, they proceded to work slowly, the two people who pulled in a bit after me were out the door before I was. This place is a mess and should be avoided at all costs. The staff are teenagers paid on commission, who think they know everything about cars, but in reality, very poorly trained.

Horrible! took my 05 Magnum R/T to these guys and i specifically told these fools DO NOT PUT CONVENTIONAL OIL IN MY CAR! i need Mobil1 full synthetic 5w-20! about a week or 2 later my Magnum was running slow and seemed very sluggish. definitely not running how a HEMI engine should. so i decided to drain the oil and what would you know? oil thats blacker than Akon and about as thin as water comes out. so aside from charging me almost 100 dollars for 7 quarts you put (from the look and feel of it) used conventional oil in my car... total rip off!! ever since then i go to wal mart and buy the CORRECT oil and change it MYSELF! ill never recommend these fools to change anybodys oil, ever. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR!!!

Too pricey. For the service I got or an oil change cost me almost eighty bucks. They didnt check my fluids they didnt rotate my tires. Im hoping I got new oil and a filter never checked
