Me and my fiance (CJ) stopped in today needed a last minute oil change , then the nice gentleman who was our person his name was (OLLIE) and I cant honestly say enough to give this man credit! He is just an great service person , he showed us everything he was doing unlike other places , he talked to us about everything he showed us our transmission liquid as well and it was very thick as it shouldnt of been , we got that tooken care of right away , I will be back for service with (OLLIE)

Lube Mart on Alexis rd. Is by far the most trust worthy business I have ever been to ! The owner and workers there are extremely polite respectful and knowledgeable about what they are doing !! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle!! Highly recommend this place !!

Usually skeptical of the 15 minute oil change places but my dude recommended them so I checked them out. 1000% pleased with the service and technicians. Didnt feel sketchy not one bit.

It would get a 5-star rating had they filled my oil completely full they were nice fast but they didnt put enough oil back in so I had to buy a quart and fill it up Im sure if I would have went back they would have topped it off for me

Tried to tell me my vehicle couldnt do a partial synthetic lube so the price went from $60 something over the phone to $90 something in person. Took it to Midas and got a partial synthetic like the owners manual says for $21... Lol!!!

Overpriced and not forthcoming with their prices. Try to take advantage of women and younger customers. Spoke to owner and he was rude and incompetent and after talking to him I wouldnt trust him a pet rock let alone my vehicle. Avoid the alexis store at all cost.

They seem honest, helpful, and down to earth. I never have a problem. Service is quick. What more can you ask for.

Have done business up here before...they blew up my transmission. Desided to send my daughter up there to grease her front balljoints...they charged her 11 dollars! This place is a half assed ran and has terrible customer service! I will be boycotting this business for good!

Shady asf...went in for an oil change. 3 guys there...one distracts you with questions one is under your hood but wheres the 3rd guy? Hes letting antifreeze out of my car...I could hear the fluid splashing...I thought they had started the oil change when the guy under the hood says you dont need an oil change what you need is our $130 radiator flush. Huh?? He says see its low and its turning orange when its supposed to be green...because its solidifying from the heat. Um no its supposed to be orange its dexcool and anyone who knows antifreeze knows this!!! I maintain my cars very well and I would have noticed antifreeze being low...the resivoir is literally in plain sight and I would have noticed the car running hot. Do yourself a favor dont EVER go to this place or its affiliates and please and keep your family esp females from going.

SHADY AS IT GETS! These people told my husband his differentials on our jeep were bad. Said they should have been fixed like yesterday. Took it to our personal mechanic and he said they were fine............................Do NOT trust this place.

They completely destroyed my husbands rear differential gears by not putting the plug in correctly (or maybe they didnt put it back in at all). It is going to cost anywhere from $500-$1000 to repair. When my husband called to inform them of the problem and see what they would do to rectify the situation, they informed him he couldnt prove anything and gave him a major catch us if you can attitude. Stay far away from this place!!!
