I just had new tires put on my car and even though Hasty’s didn’t have an appointment available, they said they would squeeze me in between clients! They were efficient and very friendly. Definitely recommend them!

Ok let me start by saying that sometimes as a woman auto shops make me feel a little uncomfortable, but not Hastys. They were so kind, helpful, and super informative. I took my car there to get my air conditioner repaired and they did an amazing job. I am so satisfied with their service. Thanks so much Hastys!!!!!!!!!

Best place in town to have car serviced. Weve been using Hastys for thirty years. They are always fair and they always fix the problem. We take every car we are thinking of purchasing to them for inspection.

Guys there are polite but service was bad. Paid 1500 for AC work and was originally quoted 335. Everytime something was done, something else new needed to be replaced, wish they wouldve been up front when they did the inspection. Had to bring the car back several times. I wouldnt go there for anything AC related at all, just seemed like they werent really knowledgeable on that and maybe tried to get over because I was a woman.

They are very Knowledgeable. I trust them Completely. Theyve helped me a few times. Its only a mile away. When I drop it off I walk home. Their Prices are not expensive. Im coming back.

That guy Steve behind the counter is such a service friendly guy. What I like most is how honest he is. An honest mechanic who would of thought!

I needed my Chevy Silverado rear end seal replaced and serviced. Even though they were very busy, they got my truck fixed. Very friendly people. Also the labor was reasonable. Fantastic experience and very quick turn around. I brought my car in with an unknown noise in the wheel, and they diagnosed everything, and were very thorough in explaining what they were finding and repairing things. Will happily be bringing my car back for any service needs.

Fair pricing timely service

My son, a UT student and Rocket football player, had his SUV breakdown a couple days before leaving for their 2018 bowl game. I am very loyal to an independent mechanic in Columbus but have no contacts in Toledo. So I picked Hastys based solely on reviews and proximity to UT campus, and I am VERY GRATEFUL that I did. Hastys accepted our tow and worked my son in right away. The repair was diagnosed correctly, completed promptly, and priced fairly (according to my mechanic who checked it out afterwards), and allowed my son to enjoy the bowl trip without worrying about the vehicle and then to get home promptly for the holidays. I would HIGHLY recommend Hastys and will use them again if the need arises.

Even though I have a lease vehicle, and many of the routine maintenance services are covered. I always seem to have something that is not covered, and that is when I go to Hastys. Scott is an excellent mechanic, and very patient in explaining what is wrong in laymen terms. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hastys to anybody looking for great as well as affordable service.

These people are not Honest about what say they they checked out on my Car. I had a Problem that required a Diagnostic Test after they finished they Lied and said that theres nothing that they found. I then took my Car to another repair shop and they showed me on the Computer what my Problem was! They seem to be RACIST and i will never go there again!

I am so glad I found these guys. I have a BMW, and the dealers always charge outrageous prices. I always get a good deal here. Scotty and Bill take good care of me and my car, and look out for my safety.

These people are not trustworthy at all. I have a terrible experience with these guys that I have to share with you. In February 2019, we were hearing some grinding noise from our brake. My husband took the care to these people. They said the brake pads and rotors need to be changed and they gave him an estimated price of around $250. They promised to fix our care in one day and said that they are less busier on Thursday. When I went there on Friday to see what they have done, the person who was the owner of the place said they have not fixed it yet and need to check what is wrong with it. He said they have had 50 new cars to get fixed on Wednesday (first red flag)!!! We are immigrants and we do have accent. I guess when they had seen my husband has an accent and his English is not perfect, they had thought that they can cheat and overcharge us. Anyways, to make it short, after inspection, they told me that brake pads, rotor, and also caliper need to be changed, otherwise, it will be dangerous to drive with the car. He said the caliper is stuck. They gave me an estimated expense of around $650. He told me that he is also giving me $120 or $150 (I do not remember exactly) discount because it was our first time being their customer. He frighten me about the caliper. I called my husband and we consulted with each other. I asked for more discount because we couldnt afford it. The guy didnt accept giving us more discount. We decided to take the car back and take it to another place to see what other people say about the car. When I drove back home I figured they have tighten the manual brake a lot. It was hard for me to move it. We have a mechanic friend living in Columbus. I called him and asked for consultations. He said if the Caliper is stuck, there was no way to drive back home. Oxygen is needed to cut the stuck caliper. Then, we figured out that those people wanted to cheat us and overcharge us for something that was not a problem at first place. I cant believe that a person can do this! We took the car to another place and asked them to inspect the caliper. The caliper was good and only brake pads and rotors were changed. It is April and our car drives well.

My son introduced me to Hastys about 5 years ago. Ever since I have had my car serviced here. Always pleased with their work and price.

Took my car in for a tune up and to get my heat fixed. $650 later my heat is still not fixed and they want me to bring it back in to have $200 more worth of work done to fix the heating. Now having issues starting up - i suspect because they messed up putting in a new ignition coil because my old one was bad. When i asked about it a second time they said it was part of a routine tune up. Never heard that before. Also charged 70+ the price of fluid to do a coolant flush even though I had my coolant flushed 2 weeks before that. Not willing to admit they made any mistake or fix any of the shoddy work they did. Will not be returning.
