Me and my grandmother came here almost three weeks ago because my grandma’s identical twin AND my great grandma used to come here a long time ago. waiting inside for an hour behind other girls and reading these reviews had me a little nervous but Evan did my acrylic nails perfectly and he was super nice. I am writing this review about three weeks after the appointment with all of them still on and look as amazing as they did when they were first done! Definitely would like to go back.

I honestly love this nail salon. They were really gentle with my hands and weren’t too harsh. I loved my new nails after. This place really isn’t that bad

Got my toes done and lights In there are horrible. I leave and when I get home I notice my nails look like they were painted by a 7 year old. Very sloppy and uneven .

They did my nails so ugly, when a customer walks out of the nail salon they start laughing and talking about that person. My nail started bleeding do to the fact they made my acrylic nail thick.

Always friendly.....nice job on my pedicure. I get a gel overlay and shellac on my nails and they are always fabulous looking.

If I cant give them 0 I would have!very bad attitude not professional at all didnt even use color I want it and when I 1st walked in a woman with very very bad attitude told me if I dont like the colors they have I can leave just for asking about colorsDont recommend it for anyone and I am mad I gave them my money if I had time to go somewhere else I would have never going back there again!!

I got my a full set from Evan and he does a great job, good filing, quick and efficient. I came back to get a fill and the lady to the left in the front, who I believe to be the owner is super rude, rough and the nails look terrible!One broke the very next day so Nam took care of it that day. She tells him to charge me of course. But whatever I let it go.So I go back and get Evan again and he does my fills they look great. The lady / owner had a customer who asked her if she was having a bad day, obviously because she was rude again, and she responded no but you’re talking too much!This time less than a week goes by and I itch my head and the tip comes right off, then my thumb tip came right off the next day when I adjusted the waist of my pants. I’ve seriously never had problems losing nails like this. Now I have to head in before my scheduled time again to get these fixed. Are they gonna charge me for this? Make it like it’s my fault? Is it products they use, because that’s how they make their money by nickel and diming them?? I’m seriously annoyed but feel the need to go and show them my nails are off and my real nails underneath are still in tack.

I went here before these folks bought the business. The original owners were so nice and did great work! The new owners, now, started out GREAT! Now, they seem burnt out. They are rude! I saw Kim every single time. She is talented but, when she was getting married in August, 2018, she became extremely rude. Her brother told me she was just nervous for her very large wedding. I understood and when I came in next time, she wouldnt even talk to me! I said hi Kim, She would not even acknowlege me. So I called her out on it and she yelled at me. I want you to know that I am a GREAT TIPPER! For a normal manicure I tipped her $10 every time! If she did a pedicure and a manicure I gave her $20 tip. Thats why I say they all seem burnt out. They all have attitudes and act like theyre doing you the favor. I finally had to leave. I didnt wanna pay good money and leave there feeling bad. They also will talk about you, and their paying clients right in front of you in their language. Its obvious! None of them speak English well at all.

I have been going to this salon for two and a half years and Im always pleased with the service, product and wait times! No appointment necessary and Ive never waited more than 15 minutes! Outstanding!💅

I have been going to this place for over 4 years and I have never ever had a bad experience. Very good customer service and very very nice when I went to go do my nails for shellac and they were so beautiful. This is a good place for a quick and easy stop!!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. After almost 2 hours of getting a pedicure & manicure I noticed my toes and nails were matte when I never told her to put matte, I usually always get shiny as my top coat. When I mentioned it to her she noticed she put the wrong top coat (matte) so she put shiny on top of it and now my nails have tiny dots because instead of removing the matte and starting over she just put shiny on top of it. I told her I didnt want more then 2 coats but she added 4 and I end up having to sit there for a half hour waiting for my nails and toes to get dry and I had to leave, so I came home and removed the color because it smeared everywhere due to her putting 4 coats of the shade funny bunny. $45 of my money just went to waste.

I got fungus when I done the pedicure right there. I went to get a council from a doctor and told me that I have to take medicine for 6 months to get rid of it 100% or it will come back and it’s moving to other toes too. So I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and I will never go there anymore.

I do nails for living but I love getting myself pampered. I come here every two weeks and never have I ever had bad experience. Everyone here is great! Staff is awesome and friendly. Thank you for taking care of me !!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, worst customer service ever! They don’t care about their customers at all! Very rude, thin nails that break the following day best thing to do is avoid them!

This place is simply amazing. I have been to many places but none like this there fast efficient and Im not sitting there for 4 hours like I have in the past. this is my go to place for my nails to be done.

Please save your time and money, and take your business elsewhere. my pinky nail is on FIRE right now and they are very rough with their tools and are unprofessional. the manicure itself looks so sloppy and ugly. the acrylics are SO thick and look like bubble nails. the nails on my right hand are longer than those on my left. the color they provided is streaky. it looks like a 10 year old did my nails. literally nothing good about this place. i want my money back! i did not pay for a sloppy job.

I don’t usually rate badly but this place was horrible. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude to me simply because I couldn’t understand what she was asking me. I went with the flow and ended up with an extremely thick full set of acrylics. Left nails were longer than the right and everything was uneven. I asked for shellac on my toes and ended up with regular polish. I should’ve checked out the rating before coming here.

Horrible customer service! They all need training. Not inviting. No one speaks and I would say they all are prejudice and need to close down. I hate I had to give them one star because they dont deserve any.

Worst nail salon EVER the workers didn’t know anything. I think a 2 year old could do my nails better. All the nail polish was out of my actual nail and they where all smudged, on top of that that the workers where soo rude

I had a good review up for a while until now, I literally went home crying because of how incredibly ugly my nails look, the guy dug his whole nail into the side of my thumb nail and I started gushing blood he proceeded to go get some oil that stopped my bleeding instead I wanted to wash my hands which he did not let me. Not to mention he wouldnt stop coughing... sick people should not be at work when they are sick. I am disgusted... never coming here ever again which is sad because i went to this place for a year now.

Never will go there again they glued my nails to my skin. Wast of money

Worst experience I have ever had. The person who took me was very rude, I asked for a Full set acrylic and asked for it to be done thin and narrow, she made my nails so wide and so thick it felt like I had rocks on my nails I asked her to fix my nails and make it thinnner she was like why would you come here if you know how nails are supposed to be just get them done yourself . Very disrespectful very rude never going back again. If you want your nails to be professionally and nicely done please dont go there!!

Dirty and dusty equipment, floors, and surfaces did not inspire confidence. Technicians not very friendly. Barked something across the room to us while wearing a mask. Decor is dated and tacky.. think plastic flowers and dated art. Weve had much better.

Let me tell you, if I could put 0 stars I would. This place literally made me cry with their poor customer service. For starters, I asked them to fix my toe nail polish after they messed it up twice. I was a loyal customer here for 12 yrs, been going to this location before the new owners took over a couple years ago. I used to drive out of my way to come here. Well my last fill in there 2 weeks ago left me in tears literally. After waiting for almost an hour and a half, watching them take other people before me when I was there first I finally got to sit down to get my nails filled. The female owner decided to start popping off my nails claiming I needed a full set but was trying to force the acrylics off, inflicting pain to my nails and fingers. I pulled them back and asked what are doing? I dont want a full set and dont have money for a full set, you are literally prying my nails off and theyre not even lifting. Now I didnt raise my voice, did not.cus, I just simply stated that I didnt need or want a full set. Well thats when it got ugly. The female owner started yelling at me while all the other patrons stared. I calmly in a quite voice asked her why are you yelling at me? Im not yelling at you, I dont want a full set and you are hurting me trying to force my nails off and then youll charge me for the take off that I dont need she then grabbed my hand and started to file and I pulled back again and said Ill have someone else do them because your being agressive she finally calmed down and finished but didnt do a good job. Very disappointed to be treated this way. I am a 41 yr old women who was being scolded and yelled at like a child by their parent. I was humiliated and hurt that my loyalty to a business for 12 yrs meant absolutely nothing. That incident left me looking for a new nail salon. I will not be going back. Poor customer service, staff for the most part barely speaks English and talks behind a mask which makes it more difficult to understand, long wait times and they take people out of order. Its hit or miss whether youll get a good job done.

I’ve tried them out 3 times and each time every single employee was rude. Worst staff I have ever witnessed. They’ve cut me every single time and didn’t even bother to stop and clean the blood. Worst salon ever. Don’t go.

I actually went there the day before today and get two of my nails repaired two hours after I left the salon the one that they repaired broke for no reason. I went back to repair it...didn’t say anything. All I asked was to get it repaired and the lady started lecturing me about being careful and giving me attitude and telling me basically it was my fault that it broke. I explained to her that I didn’t even say anything all I asked was for them to fix my nail I never said I wanted it done for free and she was horribly rude to me then she deliberately did a bad job on my nails so bad that I can’t even type with it so tomorrow I will have to go to another salon to get it fixed again.

Stepping into this place was a mistake. I was in from out of town, needed a quick set of gels and a pedicure, and popped in here because they accepted walk ins. Everything was alright at first, the place seemed clean, the people were nice, and my pedicure was about average. Then the nail tech started working on my gels and everything went wrong. Ive had gels many times before and I know what doing them correctly looks like, and this was not it.First of all, they ended up completely uneven. The shape of each nail was noticeably different and she didnt even bother to check that the length of each nail was the same on each hand. I had to tell her that one of my thumb nails was very noticeably longer than the other, and she needed to even them out. Even after I informed her of this and she tried to correct it, my nails still did not look good by any means.Then, as she was prepping my nails for the gels she pushed my cuticles back all the way so that they were very noticeable and asked me if I wanted her to cut them. I said yes because she had already pushed them back and I just assumed she would go ahead and cut them without asking me. Later I would find out that she did this because they charge an extra $5 for cuticle cutting. I was not informed of this at all. In fact, when I called before going I was told that a full set of gels was priced at $35, so imagine my surprise when I received my receipt that said that I was being charged $50 for my gels and an additional $5 for the cuticle cutting. My mother got a regular manicure for about half that price, and that included cuticle cutting, while mine, which was supposed to be $35 and still somehow ended up being $50, didnt even include it. This wasnt even the worst part though.When the nail tech was filing my nails with the drill after she had applied the gel, she pushed too far back and filed down my skin. On multiple fingers. This obviously caused me to start bleeding, and she somehow pushed so deep when doing this that my fingers were literally gushing blood for a full 20 minutes straight. She never apologized, and never even waited for them to fully stop bleeding before continuing on with the polish. My fingers were bloody and she kept on applying polish, not even stopping to notice that blood got on my nails between the second coat of polish and the topcoat, so it noticeably stained my nails and didnt come off. I had to ask her to go over those nails with another coat to cover the blood, which didnt help the appearance of my nails at all. Even after she finished everything I was still bleeding. She even had the audacity to ask me if I have an excessive bleeding problem. Every nail tech thats done gels for me in the past has managed to avoid making me bleed, so no, it didnt happen because I have an excessive bleeding problem. It happened because she was rough, careless, and clearly trying to rush through things.When I was finished they asked me to pay, and because I was so preoccupied with stopping the blood gushing from my fingers I just handed them my card without a second thought. After I had started to get the bleeding under control and they had given me my card back it occurred to me to say something about my experience to the guy at the front. He apologized but still would not refund my money despite my terrible experience and actual physical harm caused by this nail tech. This is not how you run a business, and these people should be ashamed of themselves. To anyone wondering if they should give this place a go, DO NOT. Steer clear of it. These people do not know what they are doing and are not willing to own up to their mistakes. Save your money and give it to businesses that will actually treat their customers right.

Worst experience ever. Injured my foot, got 1/2 a pedicure and then charged me. Could hardly give a care that I was even hurt. I hope they washed out the blood from the tub my foot was dripping into and the cheese grater that caused the injury. Check out the picture of my foot 2 days after injury.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The place was dirty. They didnt speak much English. Lousy attitude. Terrible job on my manicure. I will never go there again.
