For years I would go from one hair salon to another, trying to find someone who knew how to cut my hair. I needed a haircut that would fit my curly and unmanageable hair. When I first tried Bassam I was hoping for something better and I got the best. He does not just cut your hair, he styles your hair to fit your face and your hair type.He makes sure it will work if you leave your natural curls or blow dry it. If your looking for someone who knows what they are doing Bassam is that person.

I went there when I was 11 and Im 20 now. I still remember that he asked me about my hair and my habits. And he said he could not cut my hair the way I wanted. And thank him for that. When I look back at photos I am happy at how he cut my hair. In my mind a good hair stylist is one that knows how to tell you no when you are about to make a bad decision. Thank you for keeping me from my bad decision.

I am not usually the one that leaves comments or rating but I felt I needed to as a bride to warn others. I am not rating the salon itself I am rating based on my experience with the hairstylist Bassam. I had such a high hope having him do my hair for my wedding. Previously when he owned his own business he had a great customer service and will put his heart into his work and makes you look amazing. He was honest with his prices. He has done my hair multiple times before so he was the one I was looking for it having on my wedding. However my experience this time was awful and poor quality of work. He called us a day before my wedding to tell us he has moved to this salon and he forgot to mention he raised his prices because now he is renting a chair from this chair. I am very disappointed and mad. As a Bride, Bassam thought it was ok to over charge me an arm and a leg and had me pay over $250 for a simple hairstyle that was horrible and barely even held up before church. He barely hairspray my hair pretty much cheap out even though I told him more spray so my hair can last all day and all night. He charged me on everything I mean everything from blowing drying my hair which he forgot to mention when he called I needed it to be done and dry before I came to the salon, he charged me for doing a loose curls, putting a veil on which was very simple thing to do or a head piece that he just clipped on. He has not step up his credit card machine. Also he knew I was stressed and had anxiety on that day and was rushed with his horrible hairstyle and even more took advantage and charged me so much. It was ridiculous. My expectations of him as dropped from 100% to a 0% and very disappointed of him and his work. My hair did not last all day, it fall apart before I even walked in to church. Not to forget to mention he forget to tell the Owner that he had a bridal party which the owner mentioned they do something special for the bride. I guess I wont know what that is. That was overall the worst customer service and the worse hairstylist. I really hope the owner find someone better to hire then Bassam. As a bride I am very angry to be taken advantage of and be charged an arm and leg when we already are paying so much for everything else. So please as an honest customer dont book with him, he isnt worth the customers. He cheated me, my sister in law and sister. Over charged us for a sample design that was horrible. Very bad experience. If I could rate him 0 not 1 star I would. Please be aware.

Bassam listens to his clients. My hair looks gorgeous everytime I leave the salon. I receive so many compliments, even from strangers. I have seen some negative comments about the pricing. I know Bassam very well. He has always been fair with respect to the services he provides. I am a good, long-term client, over 20 years, and I have long hair, and the color is a custom auburn, difficult to execute and maintain. I understand if the price is a bit higher for the quality I receive. Yet, I dont find it prohibitive. Professionals with years of experience who know what they are doing deserve to get paid for their skills. So, if you are searching for beautiful results, go see Bassam. Additionally, Bassam is an expert styling updos for special occasions and he is a color expert. I trust him with my hair. That is the best compliment I can give him.

Bassam has a real passion for what he does, and it shows in his work. Cost less than great clips with a groupon but the work was worth many times more. 5/5, my new go to.

I bounced around from stylist to start for a long time because I was never quite satisfied until I found Bassams. I was able to give him an idea of what I liked and he used his expertise to set me up with the perfect cut. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

$160 for doing two girls hair, he said $45 each when I called but the reason why it was $80 each was because their hair was thick and needed to be straightened, ridiculous
