So I previously had given this place a five star rating but unfortunately things have turned. I got my regular fill in done two weeks ago to only have to come right back in the very next day because a nail had chipped. I was literally opening up my car door when it chipped. I called and they got me right in to fix it which I was very appreciative of. It wasn’t even a full 24 hours later that three more nails had broken. Again I wasn’t doing anything that would cause my nails to chip. I called them the next day and told them that now three nails had chipped. They did get me in during my lunch break and got them fixed which again, I was very appreciative. Two days later the same four nails had broken for no reason. I am a very understanding person and understand that things happen. But after the third time of them breaking for literally no reason, I told myself I’d never be back. I went to another salon yesterday to get them fixed and filled. The guy who did my nails at the other salon told me exactly what the issue was. He said that they were not using hardly any acrylic so they were weak. When he was doing my fill, he said there was barely any acrylic there. To say I was disappointed in Deluxe Nail Time is an understatement. I will not be returning unfortunately. They are really nice there and clean, but the quality is horrendous. If you go there, do not get the lady who sits at the middle station to your right when you first walk in as she’s the one who did my nails when they broke and “fixed” them. If you have to wait for anyone else, do it. The guy who sits at the first station on the left is very good and I never had an issue when he had done my nails. Also the lady who sits at the first station on the right is good too. Those are my top two picks who I personally know will do a great job.

Brought my granddaughter in. She was so happy with her nails. She had designes painted on, they looked fantastic! The girl was quick but meticulous. Will definitely go back.

02/26/21 This was my first time here. I was very pleasantly greeted when I entered, very clean place. They also have 2 very cute pedicure chairs for little girls. I received a pedicure and gel fill in. The pedicure I received was the best I have ever had, the young lady took her time and did a great job on my feet & nails. The colors to choose from are GREAT. I am a very satisfied customer.

I tried giving this place many chances but after wasting so much money on hideous nails I will never be going back to this place. sometimes you can walk out with cute nails but it depends on who you get and what kind of mood the tech is in. I’ve also been cut numerous times and they are not very clean either. I actually went here a couple weeks ago and the nail tech was in such a rush she didn’t let my nail polish dry and she layered on numerous amounts of nail polish so by the time I got to my car it was raised and bubbly I had to redo my own nails by the time I got home luckily I found a better place

I had a very scary experience with Tony! When I first went there a young lady was yelling at him. I thought she was just being too picky. I had him one day unfortunately. He kept pulling my fingers and saying something is on your remind relax He was incredibly unprofessional and mean. The dip kept chipping when he used the drill and he blamed me each time telling me I wasnt relaxed! Make sure youre of the preferred culture before you go there. Thats my opinion. I was in shock and almost to tears really didnt know how to respond to such craziness!

Came in for a fill in and polish change. He did a great job and my halloween nails came out great! Thanks again ☺

(Updated review at bottom) nice people, unfortunately I paid 55 dollars for nails that had dirt embedded under the nail polish, the color is uneven and different shades on certain nails and the accent nail I asked for was nothing like the picture I showed him or colors and I told him if he could not do it or if the flame design was too hard I would be more than happy to have a simple white nail for the accent but he told me no and that black would be better than what I shown. I work hard for my money and I shouldnt have to be ashamed of showing my nails to people. The pictures are of my nails and I have included the picture on the nails I wanted. (Update I came back in and they fixed my nails and they look really good they even offered to give a new full set , I recommend Brian or Silvia)

I Went in for fills. I originally had acrylics put on elsewhere... they were a disaster. The staff at Deluxe nails time were kind and professional. They fixed the disaster that my nails were in and they looked a million times better. Im very happy with the service I received.

I use to go to another salon before I tried this one .. this is my second visit and I am very happy with the service & experience! Very clean and calm atmosphere. Will never go anywhere else again!It’s also like a 30 min drive for me but WORTH IT!!

I was immediately greeted upon entry. The techs were very prompt with getting me signed in and serviced. A week prior I had a bad experience at another shop and decided to give this place a try. Even better, its closer to home. Tony started out a little rough but eased up after noticing my discomfort. Even made small talk to further my ease. 😁 Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely be back. I think I have found my permanent place for Me Time!!!

Very displeased with my fill in. Had to explain several times what shape I wanted, nail tech seemed to struggle with shaping. I even asked if another tech could attempt the coffin shape, she ignored me. I walked in with a fine set of coffins, walked out with 3 different shapes and uneven lengths!! Never again!

Deluxe Nails Time is the very BEST nail salon that I have ever had in 48 years!!! The Customer Service is excellent and they treat you like family. I will never go any other salon since walking in the door here. If you are looking for a fabulous nail salon you will be so happy to come here. The decor is so lovely and they go above and beyond for there valued customers.

The establishment was clean and they got to me very quickly..... but this was honestly probably one of the worse mani/pedis I’ve ever had. The polish job looks really bad. It’s not neat AT ALL. There’s polish in the crevices of each nail & finger instead of just being neatly on the nail. And this is on both my finger and toe nails. My gel polish looks blotchy. I’m getting my nails polished over today somewhere else. I will never go back there. Total waste of money.

Such a nice place! the staff was very very nice, and it was super clean!! Brian did my nails and what can i say,,, they’re amazing!! perfect shape, they’re all straight, and perfectly painted!! although i ran late, came in 6:40 and left at 7:35 (mind you the shop closes at 7) he didn’t rush at all. I strongly recommend this place!!

I have been going to this nail salon for years. The staff is very friendly and you get what you pay for. The owner, Celine is awesome. She truly does a great job and I am always satisfied when I walk out the door. I go about twice a month and I have tried other salons, but nothing compares to the work done at Deluxe Nails Time. My acrylics look amazing and they’ve lasted me over four weeks without having to get them filled!! The prices are great and I definitely recommend this place!!

I recently moved to the area from MA in August and have been searching for a quality nail salon. This is by far the best I have visited. Prices are reasonable and service is quick.

It was a very clean place and through the staff were mainly nice the nails were done very rough and sloppy. If you go I recommend having one of the women do your nails they seemed to be a lot more skilled. I definitely wont be returning.

I then asked for a rounded nail shape and she gave me square - not even remotely round and when I tried to explain it she didnt really understand me I guess.The technician was aggressive with my cuticles and after cutting them she poured acetone on my nails which was a little painful since she cut so deep.They do have a lot of pedicure stations which is nice since that tends to always have a wait at other salons.They were attentive - I have to say my nails are perfectly square.I honestly wouldnt go back for a manicure just because they are so limited on shellac color options and because the shape I asked for isnt close to what I received.

My acrylics were uneven. They didn’t last a week. The lady doing my nails was in a rush to other people’s nails. I understand I’m young but I’m paying money so I should get what everyone else is getting. Also not to mention she didn’t even fix my cuticles. She just left them alone in touched.

Ive been here several times for pedicures. Deluxe Nails is reasonably priced and has several pedicure options to choose from. I like the massage chairs and walk-in option because sometimes I just feel like going in on a random day to treat myself to a pedicure and take some time to relax.

I got my nails done for my wedding with almost my entire wedding party. The place is nice and clean the staff was very friendly. My 6 yo daughters nails came out beautiful they even embellished them with little painted on flowers. I got a shellac mani pedi, the cut my fingers 3x there is dirt embedded in the polish of 4 nails. 3 of my nails arent fully painted.normally I wouldnt even leave a review but I made it very clear this was for my wedding and the sloppy job just is a huge let down. My older daughter, 17, gout a full set adds was also cut multiple timers.

Please dont go to them for dipped nails!!! The older lady did a messy, rushed job!! The color was completely different then what I chose. When I asked about the color, she just gave me a blank stare??? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE FOR DIPPED NAILS.. PLEASE DONT CHARGE FULL PRICE FOR A SERVICE YOU HAVENT PERFECTED!!!

I had never had a manicure or a pedicure until a two friends wanted to take me out. I have to say, that this was great!!!They did a wonderful job with my hot stone massage pedicure. So much unwanted dead skin was scrapped off my feet, my nails look beautiful, and they actually massage you for a LONG time compared to reviews on other places I have seen.I had a 19 year old boy do mine and he was great at his job. Didnt ever hurt me, didnt mess up my nails... This is a family run business, so if you see a little girl helping out, dont be alarmed! They are all hard workers. :) The little girl even did hand massage and brought us drinks, got our foot water bath sorted out...I will be coming back here with my friends again!!! DONT GO HERE!!!I went here hoping to get a full set with coffin shape and my eyebrows waxed they at first aid it would be around $35 which is a good price for those services but when I was finished the total was $50! OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED DONT GO HERE U WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

Usually when I go in this place they do a really nice and neat job. But today was just horrible. The nail tech I had today the small older lady that works in there was not neat at all and my nail shape is horrible, I specifically said make my nails square before the shellac and her response “I know” and still didn’t make them square I had to tell her multiple times to straighten the shape out because it was uneven and when she used the nail file she barley applied pressure or force like she was scared of it which is why she didn’t shape it right the first Time. Not to mention my shellac is clumpy and not smooth whatsoever. Either they’ve gottten worse or I just won’t be getting serviced by her anymore

I called 10 minutes before they closed and they said I could still come in I figured that it would be rushed but that was okay because I needed them done, she ended up taking her time on my pedicure and they wanted to give me a manicure even though it was already an hour after they closed but I refused because I couldnt keep them any longer! My pedicure turned out great and was still relaxing! And they were all very nice about it!

Came here with my sister two weeks ago for pedicures. Thought it was kind of expensive for a basic pedicure but the staff was professional, accommodating and friendly. Today, I tried a few other local places before coming here but they didnt offer that or the wait was to long. This was a blessing. I came here for a soak off and manicure. When I say I have never had someone remove acrylic nails and leave my nails with such good integrity, I mean it! They took ma y steps and my nails feel strong and look great. This is my new go to nail place!

Their name is not actually delux nails that’s why I had a hard time finding the place... this place is mediocre in nail art and work quality! And customer service was only ok.

Not happy what so ever with my nails. Started lifting within a week, and shaped badly. I use to go all the time and loved them but after returning from moving out of state , u2t was all new faces/workers and i dint recommend.

We had a bridal party for 7 reservations... piss poor service! They didnt have enough staff, they did a 20 minute pedi for the bride and tried charging her 37$ for hot rock massage which says 40 minutes on their prices. The female manager argued when i brought up the service for the bride. A random guy justin came in late and spoke English and we finally got great service after that. Justin went and finished the messages for everyone. Its took an hour and a half for all 7 of the bridal party to even start their pedicure. No water, no drinks available for customers!!! Never going back.

I had a beautiful curly natural eyelashes I did and eyelashes extension for more volume by Kim at the salon second day two of them fall and I had no eyelashes in that area so basically now that they all fall down I have no eyelashes they like most of my eyelashes Are gone Im so sad she should never do eyelashes extension the way she does them please dont go there

Dont let the 4.4 stars fool you. Worst nail place I have EVER been to. The lady did not know how to do nails AT ALL, she was trying to teach herself as she was doing them. My nails are horrendous and she took an hour and a half to do them. Waste of my time and money. DO NOT COME HERE.

Best salon Ive been to. They carefully paint the sides of your nails so there is no ridge that usually leads to peeling. If my nails didnt frow so quickly I wouldnt have to change unless for color. Never had a single chip. My go to place now

I have been going to the salon for over a year and the staff have always been welcoming and helpful. I bought my husband and daughter pedicure gift certificates and they had a very nice afternoon of pampering.

I read reviews before going and they were very true. They were professional, gave you price list before they did anything. They were very nice to my 9 yr old who came with me and got a mani/pedi with me. My nails 6 days later still look amazing. I will not go anywhere else from now on.

Worst experience Ive had getting my nails done and Ive had them on for 10 years. They first quoted me a price of acrylic + shellac on the phone then raised it 5 dollars once I was there. I didnt say anything and opted for regular polish. The lady was in such a rush doing my nails... she was burning me to the point I made her stop 3 times, they are all mishaped (even after telling her more than once to round the edges) and the paint job looks like a 3 year old did it. She then tried charging me 3 extra dollars for glitter on my ring fingers which wouldnt have taken her any longer to paint. I could not wait to get out of there. What a waste of money. Such a shady and unprofessional place!

Their $20 spa pedicure is literally them just filing your nails and then painting them...something I could do myself. Id rather go somewhere else and pay $23 for a full pedicure. Their color options dont even match the way the color actually turns out. It was frustrating picking a color that was different once they put it on. Not going back.

I went to this place too have 1 broken nail repaired. Worst mistake EVER! Seemed cool at first so while I waited, I had eyelash extensions done, my eyebrows cleaned up and finally so far so good so I had them do my fills. I am very finicky when it comes to my nails considering I only have 7 fingers. And when I was done not a happy girl. My repaired nail was crooked and to short, the nail art was horrible! I told them graffiti art and showed pics before we started. My nails were alreadyDine so they could have copied what was already on there but no! And the thing that really got new streaming was they charged me 97$$$ I expressed my concerns but since it was already 9 at night since everyone was gone figured Id go back the next day..My misery continued the next morning when I work up and half my lashes were gone :( I had to take off the rest to go to work. When I got out of work I went to my normal place Yaya nails and had them fixed. another 43 but worth it. She had to take off the nail this hack place put on and it came right off...After left yayas I went back to express my displeasure and he told me to cone back Monday. This is still Saturday- the next day I wss unable to go in Monday soI went in Tuesday to speak to the owner and she told me to bad. Sad thing is I asked for a store credit I figure how can they mess up a for message. But instead she insulted me, told me I pulled off my eyelashes and should have went to work like that and they were going to do nothing for me. So it cost me 97$ to have my eyebrows done..... Lesson learned NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEThe nails that have a few lines and look the same are from them.Three other amazing ones are with the bling are from YA YA nails

When I came in, i knew exactly what i wanted. Upon me walking in, the ladies told me i needed acrylic nails (more expensive), made it clear they didnt like the color i picked, did a crappy job like getting the polish up onto the skin above my nails, which bothered me so much i accidentally peeled them off the next day and had to pay someone else to re do them. This nail salon also didnt rehydrate my skin which was the whole reason i needed a manicure. Will not return.
