It was my first time coming here and I am very satisfied! I read the reviews before coming and I seen a lot of good reviews about Cindy, so I decided to book an appointment with her. When I got there I was greeted by everyone which I appreciated. Cindy was super nice and sweet! She made sure that I liked the color she was putting on my nails and did a really good job! She was gentle and she took her time doing my nails. Since my last experience at a previous nail salon was horrible, I am glad I came here and booked with Cindy!

Yesterday was my first time going there. They have great colors and designs. The prices are great. I have found my new nail salon

Cindy has done a great job every time. I enjoy going to Blue nails spa, its clean, relaxing, and they are always friendly. I broke a nail, Cindy not only fixed the broken nail, but gave a look over and applied a fresh top coat to all my nails. Very refreshing compared to past nail salon experiences. Cindy was my nail tech and she is amazing I absolutely love her work! My nails came out so clean and pretty, I’m definitely going to be a returning customer. The guy that did my feet was good too. The place was very clean and everyone was friendly to my friend and I. I’m happy to have found this nail salon!

I asked for Gel X nails when I called. They said yes they did them. I waited an hour before I was serviced. Then the girl put acrylic on. At this point I stopped and showed her the nails I wanted - the gel X. She said she doesn’t have this. I have had acrylic before so I figured ok I can make it work. I was there 4 hours! I kept correcting how she was shaping my nails. My nails are very thick and each nail is slightly different. I got home, my toes are a completely different shade. I am so upset I am taking them off. These photos people posted do not look like what I ended up with. Very disappointed I spent over $80 there.

My wife took me here, with a bit of convincing, but it was worth it. The people who did my wife and Is manicure and pedicure did an enormously great job! This might become a regular because it was so great!

Needed a fill and repair. Reasonably priced for services. Cindy is the BOMB.COM. She thinned out my previous acrylics and fixed my broken nail & recommended an Easter accent on nails. Hate to say, but could be my New salon. Definitely will be back to see Cindy.

Wow I was so impressed with this place! It was so clean and Cindy made sure periodically to ask and make sure I liked what she was doing. I showed her a few pictures and she made my nails literally PERFECT. I did something for St Patrick’s day as it’s also my birthday. I couldn’t be happier than I am still a week later! It was my first time coming here and they have anything and everything you could think of to do nails and pedicures with!! Even chrome colors and glow in the dark! Stickers, stencils and so much more. This will absolutely be my new main nail salon! I can’t wait to bring my daughter here for her first time at a nail salon. This place had great customer service ! They were very clean and tidy about their job. The place is very beautiful and has very talented nail artist. As soon as I got there me and my friends were welcomed and seated right away. The whole time I was getting my nails done I was having a great conversation with the nail artist, I did not get bored once! It was my first time going and I really recommend this place.

Went for a “me” day and I was impressed. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked my name. Cindy, the nail tech who worked on my nails, is a BEAST! She did such an amazing job I called my mom to get hers done too. We enjoyed every second and she works in a very timely manner which is appreciated! I would highly recommend to go see Cindy!

Was very eager to try this nail spa, however, we went on Saturday morning to try to get in as soon as they opened per their listed hours (google and the sign on the door said the same hours). The place was dark, locked, and not open. We tried calling incase there was a message left to notify of a delay, but nothing. So, maybe the store hours on the sign need updated? In any case, Ill have to see if I can try this place again on my next stop back in Michigan. But my suggestion would be maybe make sure you have an appointment, and its not the first of the day?Edit:Tried to come again. Same issue. Not open when their hours say they are. Didnt answer when I tried to call. They have signs everywhere saying open.

The young lady that did my nails was very welcoming and nice. I went to get my nails done for my bestfriends wedding. The nails looked beautiful, one week later my nails started to lift on 4 of my fingers on the left hand. I’m right handed so most everything I do is using the right. I was on vacation for the wedding so nothing that I can think of that would have caused it. Including tip I paid $75.00 for nails that only lasted a week. Will not go back.

Salon so clean and staff is so friendly, they take time to making wonderful work , come here like about 4-5 time , highly recommended, Thank you Blue 💅

I love this nail spa! They are very clean and friendly. They do your nails in a timely matter. . You will not be there all day. The process is quick and BEAUTIFUL!! I love my nails everytime i leave here. They always last for a long time, unlike other places.

I was excited to see a nail salon right next to my new apartment. The sign on the door says they open at 9:30am during the week. I tried the door at 10am and it was locked. Open sign was on, but it was obviously closed.

This was my first time coming too this place and they did a fantastic job was really impressed!!! They did a fantastic job with seating me right away!! Very clean and great customer service!!! I like the design she made on my nails.. And made my nails look the same way as I wanted it to be done ..

Cindy stayed late to do my pedicure and help me with my toe problem. She was extremely kind about it and even when I gave her a tip, she seemed grateful even though I had kept her back so late Thank you Cindy see you in a couple of weeks!

I was pressured into doing the more expensive powder dip nails when I wanted acrylics. Then the powdered acrylics were done over the top of my cuticles so Ive had a gap after the nail has grown out and my hair keeps getting caught in all of the gaps and for all of the money that I spent, it was just disappointing. I havent been able to run my fingers through my hair in 2 weeks.

Absolutely loved them told her to do anything she wanted and she made them amazing when i come back to town again i will be coming back thank you

Not good service..really rushed job. After i finished with my manicure, there was nail polish all over my fingers. Instead of trying to remove it, the nail tech said it will fall off with time. Not to mention, my daughter got a gel manicure and her nail tech had soaking her hands in water for 30 minutes while the nail tech sat in the back. When nail tech came back to do her, she cut her cuticles on one hand and then left to help someone else. A male nail tech completed my daughters manicure. Overall, all the techs handled us roughly.

HORRIBLE first time experience. I patiently waited 45 minutes after my appointment time. Come to find out the nail tech wasnt even there he shows up and do a RUSH JOB on my nails. Uneven lengths, sloppy polished, crooked etc. After I pointed out the mess he tried to fix it but not to my standards. I will NEVER go back. Ill drive the 25 minutes to my other nail salon.!
