Im a little late posting our experience, but we are so extremely happy and satisfied with our new front door! The sales team worked closely with me to make sure I was able to receive the exact door I described and envisioned. The install was great! He even fixed some internal issues from the previous door while he was at it. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable...I could go on and on. Weve known the owner Mike for quite a few years now and are so glad we used him and his team at Pella for our update! Thank you Mike and everyone at Pella for making it an easy process! We recently had half the windows in our house replaced. I couldnt be happier with our experience with Pella. We will be going back for the second half soon. Had several casement windows that wouldnt close fully. The technician (Jon V.) came out and was able to quickly adjust the windows so they would easily close. I also had to have a sash/panel replaced which they ordered and the technician was able to install. Fit right the first time. I also had a casement window locking mechanism that wasnt working. They were able to replace that instead of replacing the entire window. Overall, pleased with the service.

From the time we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. Even though we are in the beginning stages of starting our remodel, Macy took a great amount of time answering all our questions and showing all of the products we might be interested in. I cannot say enough about this company! We had a horrible experience with Anderson renewal 2 years ago, and were expecting something similar today when Pella installed a door for us. We could not have been more mistaken! Since Rachel came out to give us a pleasant low pressure quote, every experience has been great. They were completely professional, keeping us informed at all points in the process. The installers, Eric and Brycent were polite and did a beautiful job. The door lock was not as expected, and Rachel’s response was to order another, and machine it to fit our other doors. We have a 20 year old home that has required replacement of multiple systems over time, and I can honestly say this was perfect service. (the service guys also had great things to say about the office staff and the company as a whole which speaks volumes!)

We have been doing business with Pella of Springfield for over 10 years gradually replacing all of our 50+ 1961 Pella windows over that time. They just finished up all but the last 3 windows this week. The installers; Eric, Brycent & Ben did an outstanding job. They ran into some unanticipated issues, as you would expect with an older house, and didnt lose focus on making sure we were absolutely happy with the installation.

I had an issue with my patio door, desiccant beads were piling up between the glass. I reached out to Pella Windows & Doors; they noted my issue and immediately ordered a new panel. They kept in contact via the preferred method I chose & gave me a date for installation. They arrived before the time, which I wasn’t expecting but it was very much appreciated.I was asked the issue and showed him, he confirmed the issue and immediately went to work. They removed the old panel and had the new one installed in no time. They checked the function of the door several times and had me do the same. They cleaned up and went on their way. They were very polite, professional, courteous and did an excellent job. Jon and Ben were absolutely fabulous to work with, thank you so much!

I bought and had a door with jamb installed on 23MAY2021. The installer Chris V. did a great job and the door looks great. As a bonus it is slightly less wide so opens fully missing my tight bottom stair. He arrived on time and had it all installed in a few hours like it had been there all along.

My wife and I are thrilled with the quality of the new windows and patio door we purchased and even more happy with the customer support Pella-Springfield provided! It started with a free consultation from Jeff L. We weren’t pressured and Jeff seemed to genuinely care more about us than just making a sale. We had a small problem when the delivery came, and Rachel was super quick to make it right and was SO understanding of our concerns. They obviously take pride in taking care of the customer. I would highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors, Springfield, MO. We were visited by the estimator and senior installer to ensure that the measurements were correct and everything would go smoothly prior to the installation teams arrival. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The installation team was prompt, stayed on schedule and kept the job site very clean, both inside and outside. At the end of each day you wouldnt have even known they were there, except there were several new windows installed.

My 7 new Pella series 250 windows were installed by Eric, Ben and Bryant. They did a very professional and neat job, and on the proposed schedule, and am very pleased with the windows. Pella windows are expensive. But what you get in product quality, and the quality of installation, makes the extra cost well worth it. We have used Pella of Springfield a number of times now (about 21 windows total, by my count), and the experience has consistently been easy. Youre given a call to set up the installation time, and the crew arrives, does the work efficiently and in a workman-like manner, cleans up any mess, and reviews the work with you before leaving. In our latest experience, Eric, Brycent, Ben, and Denton installed some attic windows. They were here when they said theyd be; they were cordial and professional; they got the work done in a timely manner; they cleaned up after themselves; they reviewed the work with us before leaving. At first did not have the greatest experience, but after getting everything situated everything went great. the installers Aaron and Oscar did a great job even though my framing was out of square the made it not even noticeable. So besides a hick-up at the beginning of the transaction im happy with the service they provided.

My living room was so dark with only one window. Pella installed a window in the wall of my house that is next to a very busy street. What a difference! The window is beautiful, lets is so much more light, and looks like it was always there, The noise level from the busy street is the same as before the window was added...much quieter than I expected! Jeff was very helpful, and the installation guys could not have been nicer or more professional. They did a terrific job! Overall, this was a great experience!

I cannot say enough good about Jon and Ben the two professional, incredible young men who completed our window repair. I had the service appointment scheduled but unknowingly and mistakenly cancelled it when I replied to the text the day before the appointment (watch that 1 is confirm and 2 is cancel). After no one had arrived by the two hour window I checked my text again and realized what I had done. I called Lauren (also incredibly helpful and professional) almost in tears. She says she would check with the crew to see if they could come install at least a few. They came about an hour later. They worked very hard and efficiently. They were so kind and professional. They got 8 of the 10 done. I have rarely seen such great service and such professional young men. Highly recommend.

Pella Doors are an outstanding product unparalled in quality and service. The Springfield Pella team of Eric, Jeff, Brycent and Brad who replaced our two 8 sliding doors, had to elevate one of the doors 11 to the second deck level. The team conducted themselves very professionally and finished the project with a high quality result in a timely manner. We are already enjoying our new Pella doors.

I have been working with Lauren Bear (Arkansas office) in getting me set up to do replacement sashes that are rotted. She is SUPER to deal with!Jon and Ben V. (brothers) came out yesterday to replace 4 rotten sashes. They were on time and polite. They even caught that one of the new sashes had an ever so tiny imperfection along the wooden frame right out of the box (that would eventually crack) so they said they would order a replacement right away and not take the final payment until they come back to replace the bad one!Jan 1, 2021Just got our replacement sash installed today. Jon came out to the house to make some adjustments on my windows that were installed a couple years ago. He was so polite and flexible in working with my schedule. He was well identified when he approached the house and was very professional. He went straight to work and within a short time I was all fixed up. Jon explained what was going on with my windows and what he did to adjust. I appreciated his attitude and felt his integrity was top notch.

Hey! In my opinion, this company is the best. In this day and age of poor communication and no follow through, Pella Springfield has taken a play out of the old book as far as customer service. Everyone from initial call right up to installation were great to work with. No issues in the least. Installation by Eric and Brycent was quick, clean and professional not to mention friendly and conscientious. Highly recommended.

Eric and Brycent were very good at the install. They did a great job foam insulating and caulking the door inside and out. Will be much more efficient than the door they replaced. We will truly enjoy our new Pella sliding door with the extra coat of lowE. Our room will stay a more consistent temperature now. Next will be the other South facing windows. Not happy about constantly replacing Pella casement windows due to water encroachment damage, but the guys that came out to do the work (Eric & Brycent) were so pleasant & conscientious...they certainly deserve 5 stars; they did a great job.

Very happy with our new Pella products. Just installed today . Gail and Rachel in the Springfield Pella show room were such a blessing to us. They communicated about progress on our order being delivered and installation scheduling. We got new patio door, new French door , new kitchen window . The quality is superb. Doug Roy and his crew arrived on time and had all the tools and supplies necessary to complete our install in record time. Doug and his crew had to do extra work on the French door install because the opening was not square. They also cleaned up debris from the installation . Sales staff (Macey) was great to work with and helped us get the door configuration we wanted.Delivery and installation was on or ahead of the quoted schedule. From purchase to installation, this was a first class experience. WOW ! How refreshing experience we had with Pella windows for home. This crew of craftsmanship ( Jeff, Eric & Brycent ) done a great job of satisfaction. We had shop with other replacement companies but settled in with Pella because the sale associate gave a great presentation without knocking down the competition, but rather slowing their quality.We plan to do more window replacement in the future and it will be with the folks at the Pella store on Battlefield at Springfield, Mo.
