We had 7 new windows installed today by Window Source and the experience really couldn’t have been better. The crew was friendly, efficient, and did incredible work. In about 2 hours we had all new windows and everything was completely cleaned up and hauled off. I can’t recommend them enough. The quality of the windows is amazing. We are looking at purchasing a new patio door from them in the future as well. The windows are of great quality and value compared to two other companies that I had received quotes on. Phil is an awesome sales representative that is very honest and wonderful to deal with. He actually found a error in his calculation and called me back stating that my second payment was not going to be as high as I though it was going to be saving me $500.00 from what I thought I was going to be paying. Now that is customer service. The guys who installed the 13 windows in my home were quick and professional even working through the rain that unexpectedly happened that day to get the job done in one day. Phil was professional and very easy to work with. He helped us to design our project and saved us money with his suggestions. We replaced our windows in two stages. The first stage took a bit longer because of manufacturing issues, not anything Window Source could prevent, but the second half of our installation was faster than expected. We put these windows throughout our new home. We got to choose the colors to match perfectly inside and out. They look great and are super efficient. The people were great to work with. The service was fabulous. I love everything about the company and my windows.

First off Jeff was great no pressure and was glad to answer any questions we had. The house looks like new, it was built in 73 and needed some updating. The windows are great and the siding is beautiful. His crew was fast, efficient and good bunch of guys. Cleanup was exceptional inside and out. I would use them again if needed, I do not make many recommendations but I would be proud to recommend this company for windows and siding.

The Window Source is a fantastic company to work with from the beginning. They are keenly focused on customer service and customer satisfaction. The day of the installation, our power went out and they still came by to install the windows even though it was going to take them significantly longer for the installation. Phil quoted my house and my sun porch. I got my sun porch done first, and I love the windows. We went with the mid level windows, and they are such a great window for the money. Very happy, looking forward to doing nmy whole house this spring. The installation team was fast and professional. Highly recommend them.

Ralph came for the installation along with a man whose name I didn’t get. They were very efficient and did incredible work. They were very friendly. I would definitely do busy with them again!

Best replacement windows and doors in the Springfield, MO area. They do a great job installing windows & doors. Extra time & attention to making sure they are installed properly. They provide better quality products similar pricing and with a lifetime warranty. Our house is much quieter & more energy efficient. We can feel a huge difference in places like our big kitchen picture windows, that used to get super hot in summers & cold in winter.
