They were good but we asked Im the beginning for one window to be big enough for a widow jnite air conditioner my husband is not very pleased we called several times to talk to a supervisor no answer not good buisness on their end.

Window World is professional, from scheduling a sales man to give us a bid, to installation of 4 basement windows. The sales mans sent us a picture of what the windows would look like. These are replacement, so the glass was smaller than original. They wanted to make sure we would be happy with the look. They were in contact with us thru the entire process. The prices were great. If you need windows replaced, please give this place a call.

Forget about those other companies if you are on a budget. One third the cost and they dont brag about their lifetime warranty that includes broken windows replaced for free. Very pleased

All the parties from the salesperson, administrative assistants, and installation crew at Window World did a great job and were a pleasure to work with! The salesperson provided us with multiple options after we explained what we would like, as well as what we had to take into consider when making the decision (ex.ventilation, large dogs, aesthetics, price, warranty). The window option they recommended was perfect and looks wonderful both inside and outside. Dennis & Ricky, the installation crew, were very professional and nice. They arrived on time, explained the installation process as well as how to operate the windows, and cleaned up everything before their departure. This was an older picture window so it was no easy task removing it. They made it look easy even though we knew it wasnt! A couple of days later we noticed an issue with one of the screens. I contacted them and they immediately ordered a replacement and installed it as soon as it arrived. Thank you to everyone at Window World! I will certainly recommend and use your company in the future!

I honestly don’t even know where to start. Our windows that we had before where as old as our home. They were nice wooden windows from a very reliable company but it was letting in too much cold and even snow, we weren’t able to even use the crank outs to open our windows. Overall we just need a new ones and had put them off for years.When I contacted Window World, they came over to do a free estimate. We were so impressed by the customer service that was offered, the lifetime warranty, the ease of cleaning the windows and the maintenance. We decided to jump in with both feet and order them for the entire house.I was working the day of the install. When I walked in after a long day of work, I was overwhelmed by the beauty of these windows. It change the entire look of the house and of course the exterior appearance.Not only were we impressed by the look of the windows themselves, the installer took very good care of our home while he was there. The entire team at Window World was amazing to work with. Ivan in sales was professional and great at sharing suggestions on different styles of windows to suit our home. Window world provided me with the neatest bay window at a fraction of the cost from other companies. It has been in place for about ten years and my wife and I are delighted with it.They also put in 2 Glass Doors with full glass storm doors that are really nice. Windows look great. I did find some trash they left behind. Not a huge deal. I do think they need to rethink the Veteran Discount, or First Responder Discount. What the gentleman explained to me was not any sort of a discount.

Im a self employed carpenter with 25 years experience and i can tell these windows are higher quality than any replacement windows at home improvement stores or lumber yard. Not only are they better quality with warranties but the installed price was cheaper than what it would cost for me too do them myself. Ill never replace my own windows again

I had needed new windows and siding for quite awhile. I was going to do windows one year and siding the following year due to cost. After I spoke with Ben from Window World and received my total job cost for both, I was able to do windows, siding AND gutters all at once. The crew replaced 12 windows in my home in under 4 hours and they look absolutely amazing. A few days later they showed up first thing and started my siding. The siding looks fantastic. I am literally excited about the exterior of my home now. It looks brand new. We called Window World at the recommendation of our neighbors. The estimate for replacing all of our windows was quite reasonable! TJ and his team of installers took around 6 hours to complete. The Field Supervisor and the Sales Rep both stopped by during the installation, to make sure the job was going well and to answer any questions. I have bought many windows and a couple doors over the years, I wont use anyone else. The customer service is great and I cant say I ever had a problem because if I had a concern it was handled better than I even expected it to be.

Had poor experience with salesman. Requested window estimate and the salesman, Steve, was extremely rude during our 10 minute interaction. As soon as he stepped into my home, the first thing he asked was why I had requested 3 estimates in 3 years without buying anything - all before I could even get the front door closed. Dont know if I caught him on a bad day, but I will be using another company for my window project.Update: Management contacted me to apologize for my experience. Offered to try and earn my business back, but I will be using another company for my window install.

I bought the charcoal smoke vinyl siding and I’m very happy with it! The 2 guys that installed it, Bud and Denny, were very good at their craft and I enjoyed working with them. They installed facia and soffit as well so the installation took 7 days. Meredith did a great job overseeing the project and followed up almost daily with me. The only thing I would recommend is the salesmen should have pictures with them of homes they’ve done so the customer can get a look at some of the colors on the actual homes. The samples they offered were good but I think pictures would help the customer. Thank you Window World!

As a general rule everything usually goes very smoothly however this time we had some issues with measuring the wrong Windows coming in and a longer than usual wait time. The gentleman that measured was very nervous about being right or wrong whichever so he was paying a second person to measure he told me and yet they were still measured improperly

We had Window Worlds Steve Richardson give us an estimate on our windows and it was a great price! They got our windows in quick and set the date to put them in. JT and Jim put them in and was very professional on the installation. JT explained the whole process and showed me what they were doing as they proceeded. They did a complete cleanup of the whole work area. Foam filled all around each window, Trimmed out the outsides and caulked indoor and outdoor before finishing! Very easy to deal with from start to finish. 0% financing was nice. 5 windows were installed in about 3 hours.

We had an estimate for siding and windows and I was honestly very discouraged. The man who came to the house was very rude and acted like he had zero time to be there. Something was wrong with his arm and he couldnt even lift it over his head to measure the house correctly for the siding. If he was hurt, its fine but at least send someone who can do the job properly. We have gotten several estimates and his estimate for siding was more than $4k over the nearest estimate we were given. The cost of windows and installation was cheaper than anyone else but he didnt have to measure for those and just the fact that this company would send someone so rude and strange out to do estimates makes me wonder about the people they would send to my house to do the work. If you want to sell something to most people, you need someone who is great at their job AND customer service. And I actually mentioned the bad experience to a friend who contacted her mother who had just gotten an estimate for windows and she asked me what the mans name was, when I told her she said, Yep. He was nasty tempered when he was here as well and acted like he had better things he could be doing.Very disappointed.

The windows are nice and what I expected. I wasnt impressed with the fact that i was asked for more money. I had already discussed the price for the trim and what I wanted with the salesman. I also wasnt impressed that I have had to caulk the trim on the windows to hide the gaps.

Installers did a good job, cleaned up well, windows look great. There were a couple of minor problems, but they were quickly addressed by the installers and company.

Window world staff was very friendly. However, the price was much greater than we expected and the wait time was about a month for one window. I purchase windows on Dec 5th 2017.The Windows look great, make the house look great. The windows are great but the most impressive part of the instulation. Mr Urbin was the instuller. You couldnt ask for a better guy and one that takes pride in his work. This old fashion type of service that you use to see .you just dont see this type of pruide for there job that i saw from this guy. He went above and beyond to make sure i was pleased with the job. All window trim is sloppy. Some ends are bent and others cut too long and hang over the bottom of the Windows. Do not look like they are caulked correctly.
