So expensive and dont trust in the warranty because they cancel the appointments to fix many times without back to you.
Unfortunately, I had windows installed by Sears almost 4 years ago. The first two years after installation we had dry conditions but last year we saw record rainfall; and I had water coming into our house from the front window. I learned that the Sears installer did not completely caulk around the window (see attached photo). I spent the next year going back and forth with Sears trying to get them to honor their warranty with no avail and several missed appointments without a phone call. Now in year four I was told the windows are no longer covered under the 3-year warranty and they have no record of my previous calls for service. I do not recommend Sears for windows installation. Go with a company that can stand by their product and services with much longer warranty offers.
