I bought a couple citizen watches from this location over the summer. The staff was awesome and the selection of citizen watches was incredible. The reason they get five stars is for setting my latest generation navihawk before I walked out with it. Setting an atomic watch can be a huge pain and they probably saved me a few hours of frustration by doing it for me while they sized the bracelet. Everyone in the store treated me like they were the one selling me the watch. Id recommend this store to anyone serious about citizen watches.

I wanted to get my wife a special ring for our anniversary. We had the pleasure of speaking to Grace who was very observant and focused on what my wife liked. She put together a beautiful set for her and my wife is still getting compliments on her ring and questions about where it was purchased. My wife has been smiling every since that day and the jeweler who welded the three rings together as well as perfectly sizing it did an amazing job. She is so happy and that makes me happy. Purchased my engagement and wedding rings from Helzberg compared to the other diamond stores they hade better customer service very honest and great quality for the price. I have been married now for 4 years needless to say she loved the rings.The credit company was great also easy to deal with and was friendly.

I have always liked Helzberg, but this last experience made me not want to go back. I paid over 98 to have my engagement ring resized and refurbished (its a package deal at Helzberg, not seperate), it isnt the size we agreed would fit its still too big, and the stone somehow looks duller. I felt rushed out as soon as I picked it up, it was ackward.Their customer service could have been a lot better. There were three employees in each time I came in, but for some reason I had to wait for someone to greet me and assist each time. The lady working was that person, she was always the one busy, the guys werent doing anything.I will say they did have my ring finished before the over two week promised time they have (10 days), and that is a plus. The lady that assisted each time was nice, and I like that they text you when its done. At this point I wish we had gone to Jared, at least they were super friendly, informative, and didnt make me feel rushed when I called for assistance.

Absolutely wonderful. I was treated so kindly. The sales associate who helped me was named Autumn and she was WONDERFUL. Id give that lady a raise! I went to 5 jewelry stores that day and she 100% treated me the best and was the most helpful overall. I showed up (baby in stroller mind you) and she was very thorough on making sure I knew about helzberg being debt free, their warranty plans, their 10% down to hold a piece of jewelry/ their layaway. She showed me countless ring enhancers and wedding bands and treated me so well. When I found one I loved but they didnt have it in yellow gold like I wanted, she looked the enhancer up to make sure I could get it custom ordered in gold. She even asked another associate to clean my ring for me while we looked online. She truly went above and beyond. I will be coming back and buying from this store specifically because of her and how well she treated me. The prices and jewelry there being gorgeous is just a plus 🥰😍

My boyfriend gifted me a set of diamond and ruby earrings along with a matching necklace for Christmas this year. Little after a week of having said earrings I went shopping for my New Year’s Eve dress, after stopping at easily 10 different stores trying on different clothes I realized while walking to my car that my right earring was no longer there. After scouring through all the stores trying to find the earrings searching everywhere, I admitted defeat and was about to go home but decided to stop by the jewelry store and see if there was some sort of warranty or see if it would be too expensive to just buy the missing earring if they had another of the same set. A salesman greeted me and I explained my situation, him and the manager Jeremy I believe were able to work out an incredible deal on the missing earring and I walked away amazed at their generosity with my full set of rubies. I would give this location HIGHER than 5 stars if possible. Will be returning for absolutely every jewelry purchase from here on out.

I picked two bands but later decided I didn’t actually love the first one. But No Worries, he helped me get a ring that I actually LOVED & goes PERFECT with my 2nd band. Five stars for customer service. A couple of weeks ago, my son and daughter-in-law noticed their advertisement for eloping and thought it was a great idea as it would suit their personalities just fine. They didnt realize they shouldve made an appointment. So, when our tiny wedding party got there and his old room mate told us they didnt have an appointment down, I thought the plans for the day were doomed, I was heart sick. Fortunately it was the middle of the week and they werent busy. All the necessary paper work was done and accounted for and the desired ceremony was for it to be very short and sweet. Jeremiah and the girls were such great sports and they made it happen for us. Short, sweet, and fun. In this busy world it can be a wonderful combination. Thanks you guys! You started our family day out wonderfully! I would post pics but my son may want that priveledge. But if you see, in the next few weeks, a younger guy with a cool, old-fashioned mustache and a scorpion bolo tie with a small woman, that would be them! 😉😀

I have been shopping here for years! The customer service is great and the selection is good. I have stayed with them because of their warranties also. I bought a necklace about 5 years ago and was able to take it in last week (no reciept) when I lost the lobster claw clasp. They replaced it for free and it was done within a couple of days.

Always a happy wife when your in this place. Wether its a cleaning or a purchase you cant go wrong shopping here. Happy wife happy life. The folks here arent just selling you something, they are giving you a lifetime of memories. The employees at this store are top notch and always willing to help wether its big or small. Ive always experienced great customer service and reasonable pricing at Helzbergs... theyre never reluctant to clean my rings at no charge and show me watches (rings and watches are my favorites)... Ive bought two Citizen watches here and in Joplin in recent years...

Had a great experience in the store. Have been waiting months to get my card and statement in the mail. I failed to get a statement then I started getting calls for collection on a statement I never received. I finally received my statement for my credit card I opened with this company and I went to pay my bill and you have to have your card to register online. I have received multiple calls to pay my bill and I informed them that I will pay my bill when I get my statement. The worst service I have ever had with any company ever is this one. Again I had an amazing experience in the store but this is awful. I will never be shopping with this company again due to the rudeness of customer service and lack of customer service.

We got our rings for our wedding here. We ordered them on Saturday, October 5. We were told that my wifes ring would be sized in the store and be ready in a few days. We were also told that mine would have to be ordered and would arrive within two weeks. We asked several times to make sure because our wedding is November 1st. They had my wifes ring ready about two weeks after they were purchased (much longer than we were told) and at this point informed us that there were issues with my ring and that they werent sure when it would arrive. Its now been three weeks and it hasnt arrived. We have been informed that it likely wont be here in time for the wedding. Most of the sales reps in the store didnt offer to look it up when we called; as a matter of fact we only found out that it was going to be delayed when my wife showed up in the store. Its too late to buy what I want somewhere else now. Ruined the best day of my life.

The associates are very helpful and they dont pressure you to buy or try to push extras on you. The location is about the only downside. This mall is crazy.

Alrighty, so I cant give all of the details as to why I was in here as my the reason is as of now a secret and I cant let the info leak out to someone as that would be rude on my part, but here is what I saw here.So, jewelery shops are a little pricey, that is well known. I decided that I would look at watches while my friend was there for jewelery. They didnt have anything that caught my eye. My friend looked at a cone jewelery which was around $800 Im no expert in jewels so I couldnt help him out. The person working was urging him to purchase it, or at least put it on hold. He politely declined and then we checked out another store.We later found out that this store increased their prices substantially before Going out of business sale prices kicked in. So basically, they starting changing 5 times as much then gave a 90% discount so that it looked like you were saving tons and tons of money when in reality the item only costs 1 mortgage instead of two.Now, that last sentence is entirely what I was told and I have no proof of it beyond their competition saying this so take that for what you will. Im not assigning a rating based on heresay.My largest issue is that every other store we checked out, for $800 we could get a notably better item or items. I recommend checking with other places prices before settling for this stores.
