They definitely got a good laugh when they found out my husband sent my ring through the garbage disposal! Somehow they made my ring better than I’ve EVER seen it. I’m no genius when it comes to jewelry, but I had looked at some prices around town of the wedding rings my fiancé and I had in mind. When we walked in, the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely wanting to help us find what we liked. They were not pushy by any means, helped us try on multiple rings, some over and over to decide, and never rushed us. They understood when we wanted to take pictures and look around at other stores. When we came back to purchase the rings, they were just as friendly, ready to help us pay in full or explain their payment options through their credit card. Overall everything was wonderful! I was in the market to purchase a Rolex time piece for one of my managers for hitting a sales goal. While these items are super difficult to get I feel like Dustin went above and beyond for me with staying in contact with me about what he had coming in. Five stars on service ...price...quality! They custom made a pair of diamond earrings for me and the look amazing plus they cleaned and tightened all the prongs on my wedding ring!
