Took my moms Subaru in for an oil change. Wes and Tony got it done in about 15 minutes even though the drain plug was shot. Luckily they were able to get it off and replace it with a decent one. Excellent service and very friendly guys!

This is my second visit to Empire Oil Change and Ill be back again. This team is fast and they are great with customers. Their prices are reasonable. In and out pretty quickly over a Noon hour. It probably took me longer to exit to Louise Avenue then it did to get my oil change.

Our vehicle was overheating. We had requested a radiator flush. They checked some things & told us they would do a radiator flush but they didnt think that would fix our problem but they would do the flush if we wanted. They could have just done the flush, it wouldnt have solved our problem & we would have been out $100. Honest people. We will definitely do business with Empire Oil Change.

We were traveling from Washington when our engine maintenance light came on in the 4runner. When we got to Sioux Falls I did a search for a reputable oil change company and the reviews for Empire are very favorable. We gave them a try and thank goidness we did!They let us stay in the car while the oil was being changed and the vehicle was being checked. With two dogs, that is a very nice touch! We could tell they discovered something under the hood when the entire crew came over to take a peek! We had a mouse nest in our air cleaner! Not just a mouse nest! 3 lbs of rice kernels and a wad of insulation from our garage. I don’t think our shop at home dad checked our air cleaner in quite some time!The shop owner didn’t have the filter but offered to run down to the parts store and get us one. No charge and no mark up!I sure wish Empire was in our home town! Thank you so much for being thorough and doing what is suppose to be don’t during a maintenance check!

Empire Oil short change the oil in my vehicle. I had to add 11/2 quarts of oil to bring it to the level it suppose to be.

I was in and out in less than 13 minutes. Super friendly and helpful staff, good products, and prices are comparable to other drive-thru shops if not slightly lower. I had an issue afterwards (turned out to be unrelated to their service, but I want sure) and they let me come back and they checked a bunch of stuff to make sure my vehicle was not negatively affected by their service. VERY Highly recommended.

They informed us of what the issue was and what part to ask for at an auto store. We got it fixed the same day and prevented a bigger issue. She was very grateful for their assistance!

Let me put it this way. I got off work at 5. Went home to pick up my kids so my girlfriend could go to work. Drove here, received an oil change and got home before 5:40PM.I pay for the high mileage oil and its about 45 bucks with tax. Worth every penny. These guys are without a doubt the fastest in town and extremely courteous. Can not recommend them enough.

I know there are a lot of 5 star reviews, but theres a good reason. They ask you what you want, they do it, and theres no drama or BS. Theyre honest and professional. A lot of other oil change places had spotty reviews about professionalism and cost but Empire is everything I needed and nothing I didnt. I was visiting relatives in town but if I lived here this is the place I would go.
