Whats better than snagging a new to you tire on a Friday afternoon? Snagging a new to you tire for under $50 and being called maam and young lady so much that you almost believe youre young again.The guys were quick and funny... just how I like them. Given how often Im in need of tires for various and sundry reasons I should see if they have a frequent fliers club.Thanks again. Quick and courteous and priced just right.

Had an alignment and tires put on both of our cars at Tire Motive. Delt with Mike who is polite, direct, and honest. Tire and allignment prices were comparable if not better than everyone else I called for quotes. Called for appointments early AM, both cars scheduled and completed same day. Mike offered rides to and from home/work for drop-off and pick-up. No attempted up-sell on either car (both over 70k). Got a verbal warning to keep an eye on the brakes on one vehicle. I perform a lot of maintenance on our vehicles. Upon inspection a few days later, the brake diagnosis was correct and I replaced the brake pads on that car which were 90% worn. Thank you Mike and Tire Motive for your help and honesty.

There a great place for a fast good oil change, I got a tire patch just 2 days ago and the same tire is leaking. I had them try to fix my a/c which they said was fixed, but I have the problem of no air coming out at all. I thought they would diagnose it correctly paid I $100 for a recharge (which I could do myself for $27). instead of them changing the cabin air filters which I will be doing myself. Now that I have to time to research my problem which took me 5 minutes on YouTube. I just needed a/c for work.

I needed a new tire put on my compact tractor, I already had the tire, just needed it swapped. I called and talked to Jeff (super nice guy) he said to bring it on down, they are first come, first served. I arrived about 15 minutes later and they were able to get it right in. 10 minutes later I was on my way out the door! Great service, friendly staff!

Hands down the most trustworthy shop in Sioux Falls. Went in for an alignment a few years ago, they looked it over and turns out I only needed my tires balanced. This year they saved me over $150 on a new set of the exact same tires compared to that place with the Tire Man! If I could rate Tire Motive 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. Satisfied customer 12 years and counting.

Great Guys to work with.... Okay not just great. Incredible gentlemen to work with. They Checked my tire for damage from a screw and finding none.. reinforced it and really took care of me. The Billion said they could get me a new tire the next day. Sent me away with the screw still in the tire and come to find out... didnt even need a whole new tire.THANK YOU Tire Motive!Also my Van locked up just a couple blocks from their shop and one of their technicians came over right away to see what needed to be done. I was especially grateful because it was freezing out and I had my 3 month old son in the van with me.These guys have gone above and beyond to put me as the customer first. & Their fixes and maintenance that we have needed done is all pretty reasonable. :)Heck I have even referred my own mother to them!! :) What an awesome way to run a business and put clients first. :)

I came to Tire Motive after previously being quoted 2800 to repair a timing chain on a vehicle with 97,000 miles (weird) Mike offered to take a look at it because something didn’t sound right about the diagnosis I received. He made time for my vehicle the very next day and figured out what was causing the issues, which had nothing to do with the previous diagnosis.I will recommend Tire Motive to everyone not only because of the cost, but because of the customer service I received. I am a 23 year old female who doesn’t know much about cars. Mike walked me through everything, he made me feel like he genuinely wanted to fix my car and not just take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Thank you Mike and crew!

They were around $200+ cheaper than any of the other 9 places I had called. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. My husband and I arrived about 10 minutes early for our early morning appointment and they got us in right away. The waiting room was comfortable, we were there maybe 45 minutes and they were done. Not once did anyone try to upsell us or try to get a to buy a more expensive tire set. To the contrary they actually recommended that we get a cheaper brand of tires for the type of driving we normally do. I would definitely recommend Tire Motive to anyone needing tires. I know my husband and I will be back once we need another set!

My mother has gone to TireMotive 3 different times to fix issues from a previous shop. Every time, they have been very accommodating to her. They even squeezed her in on a busy day the day after her mother passed to ensure she could make it to her destination on time and safely. They also sent their condolences with her and helped her to her vehicle. She is very happy with the service and a special thank you to Jeff for your help.

I was a walk-in getting tires, which I already had, installed on an SUV. While I was waiting, two other walk-ins (one was also getting tires installed) were taken care of and left before my vehicle was even taken to the garage.What really upsets me is that within a week after doing business with Tire Motive my tires were unbalanced to the point that they were causing my vehicle to wobble when it was driven.Unfortunately, I dont live near South Dakota so I am unable to hold Tire Motive responsible for their low-quality work. I have since had to pay another business to do the job properly and have had no problems since. I recommend you avoid Tire Motive but if you must do business with them be sure to inspect their work when they are done with your vehicle.

I started going to Tire Motive because it was convenient to where I lived, we have moved now and I go out of my way to bring my vehicles to these guys. Jeff and the crew always treat us right on price, answer any questions I have, they very honest people and give a Military discount. I will continue to take my vehicles here as long as I am living in the area, a good honest mechanic shop is hard to find these days!

Beware this shop, they will try to rip you offWent there to have 2 new snow tires put on. They put the tires on then told me I needed new brake pads in the front and back also that the rear caliper was leaking. They told me my rear brake pads only had 20% pad left. I HAD JUST PUT NEW PADS AND CALIPERS ON THE REAR WHEELS ONLY 3 MONTHS BEFORE THAT. On top of that I had to go back to have them fix the valve stem sensor because my low pressure light wouldnt go off. Feel sorry for all the people that dont know about cars that they have probably ripped off.

Cant say it enough, LOVE THESE GUYS! had a few tire repairs before i could get a new set and they were the cheapest in town, also super fast, and their work spoke for itself. i had no problems and continued to go to them for all my tire needs. well, changed my brake pads last night and noticed a screw in one of the tires, and when it comes to what keeps the car on the road I dont mess around. called them and they were available right away so I drove down. they took the tire off and found that the screw didnt puncture anything (the tires were only a few months old) so they took it out safely and put everything back together, and wouldnt charge me! i was floored. even though there was nothing to fix, they still gave me the benefit of their experience and did it for free! I dont write a lot of reviews but i had to today. they had previously earned my business as long as i live in Sioux Falls, and today they once again showed me why.

Received the quote of $1,200 after car Hydro locked. Went and picked up the car change spark plugs air filter and change the oil. Flushed the engine of water. Charged the battery. Then it started right up. This shop would have cost me $3,600 if I had sold it to the salvage yard.

I took my old 1992 pickup in for an alignment and had replace all the steering components they told me that was bad last time I was in there so there wont be a problem, they call me and told that all the same components on the pickup where still bad, then i told them they have all b just been replace that why I was bring it to get aligned they came back with the upper and lower ball joint that where less the 2 month old where still bad. what a waste of my time. I wouldnt even give them one star but its making me.

Bought 4 tires from them in late 2017 maybe early 2018 asked then to check my transmission fluid since I couldnt find the dipstick they said it didnt have one asked how you check it then they said you lift it up and add fluid until it drips out the bottom I thought that sounded dumb well last night my dad looked over my car including transmission fluid well the dipstick is attached to the cap where you add it well if they added fluid like they led me to believe they would of saw that will not return
