Traveling long distance road trip and had our check engine light pop on, the gentleman who helped not only reassured us the code was a oxygen sensor that likely was a non urgent issue but also topped off my coolant and gave us awesome advice for the next leg of our journey to Badlands NP. Brought my bmw here and Gary himself initially asked for 300$ to have my vehicle looked at first Gave me no receipt back. Never found the problem after a week excuse after excuse. Never got $300 refund for diagnostic deposit so Gary called it. Then over the weekend after week number 2 of no answers his son JUSTIN ZITTERICH messages me on Sunday night on facebook messenger. I have been looking forever for a shop to sharpen my pruning shears and grass clippers, this is that place, it took awhile but I had two pruning tools and a clipper, it was a little over 25.00. Which is way cheaper than endlessly replacing them. I am happy with the service.

Gary seams to be a good guy and he will work with you and treet you fair

This repair shop has had my daughters car for over a year. This is the second time the car has been in the shop for the same issue. The first time was for a period of around six months and when she got it back she drove it for a month and it broke again . They tried to say it happened because she had no oil in the car how does the oil leave the car within 30 days ? And when they repair a car shouldn’t they have checked the oil before they released it ? Now a year later we don’t have the car back. it was promised to her on May 15 today is now June 14 hello what is going on? I hope that she never ever use this is business again this is ridiculous I could go on anon but I won’t we already filed a better business bureau complaint they took away his good rating and I say is AMEN!!! If this is the way he does his business that he does not need to be in business.

Gary and his team were awesome. They kept me up to date on what was being done on my car and told me about what problems I will have with it down the road as well as the cost if it. They were able to Shade Tree it for a while and gave me a very fair cost at the end for the repairs they did. I even got to meet the shop dog. Bonus! I will be back. Thank you Zitterich!

The best customer service I’ve ever received from an auto mechanic. Knows his job, pays attention to details, affordable, etc..He’s just the very best you could ever find anywhere! I will recommend him all day!

My vw beetle has been in shop since May 2019 and before that had been in and out of shop since February. I would get car back drive maybe a week and then would be back in shop. I have been promised once the car was done at dealer that they would get car back and I would be able to drive my car but my beetle has been sitting at dealership since July 11, 2019. Very poor service and seems to me that they are guessing what is actually wrong with vehicle and replacing everything but the problem. I definitely am not happy with the service that I am receiving and have been lied to several times from the owner. He also has an excuse of why he cant get my car back to shop to get it finished up and on the road.

Best experience yet with a mechanic! We were traveling in from out of town and had a mechanical failure. Gary and his team were able to diagnose the problem and have it repaired within the same day. This prevented our short term trip from being interrupted at all. The price was very fair and they did everything possible to keep the cost down for us! Upon picking up our vehicle he explained everything that was done and where each cost came from. Nothing was left in question. Gary himself was very friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with!! I recommend his shop to everyone I know in the Sioux Falls area. Whenever we may be coming through again we know we have a very honest and trustworthy mechanic to rely on if there is ever a problem. Best shop in town the only place i trust

Fair and honest work. Keeps me informed every step of the way and always explains the mechanics of the problem to me so that I have a better understanding of my vehicle. Only complaint is that it is hard to reach them at times since it’s just the mechanic and no office help.

Cant stand the way he treats people. Nope Im talking about you Gary. You had an unlicensed person do the back axle. And now Im having all kinds of problems with it. You took four months to fix it. And when I get it back there was no oil in it. And now whenever I even hit a little bump my van goes to the right a little bit. I now have no shocks either cause of the axle. My van is pretty much trash now after it sat at your shop and David worked on it. I have calling you to set up a time so you can look at the axle like you told me to bring it back in two weeks and cant get ahold of anyone. Im extremely upset over this.

The one time I did not check Google for reviews. Lies from the moment I came in contact with them. He claimed to have had his dad do an inspection on the air conditioner but refused to provide an estimate as I have requested a number of times. Dont believe the b.s about we stand behind our cars. Attorney General complaint is underway.

Do not go here me and my aunt both ripped off on separate occasions. I was sold a vehicle from his son that was supposed to be good, come to find out the transmission was going out. He claimed his dad checked it out but sold as is. Also my aunt was told her tie rod ends were going, she had them replace it. The next shop said the work was never done that her old ones were still rusted on there. Charged hundreds for work never done. #Runnnnn

Was not even my vehicle here but we went to pickup his truck and I saw 5+ vehicles with windows rolled down and it was raining. The repair was good but the windows being down shows a lack of care for their customers property.

Gary is the best! I went into the big stores in town to get help with my vehicle, they kept trying to sell me things I didnt need and not helping the problem I had with my vehicle. Gary fixed my vehicle for half of what the other guy said as well as let me know that my tires were in terrible shape. Metal cords were sticking out meaning my tires were extremely worn and my 2 year old child riding with me he took the extra time to check everything over. I dont know anything about tires or mechanical things, I am glad there are still a few good guys like Gary Zitterish out there. Living in South Dakota in our extreme environment he probably saved my and my kids lives.

These guys are awesome, their prices are fair if not low, and they were as timely with my repair as a place could, considering how busy they were. Thanks again, Gary!!!! I will recommend to my friends!!!!

Have these guys work on your vehicles if you want someone to make expensive repairs without permission, appointments ignored resulting in an oil change still not being done four hours later and not getting your detailed bumper to bumper inspection report paid for and completed more than four months prior. Very nice people but very disorganized. My car key is sitting on a road somewhere after they put the spare key in my tailpipe without letting me know. Ridiculous!

My mom was referred here and only 1/2 off w/ later payments after work on the car when completed they were willing to let you still drive it! Great. $900.00 later 1/2 hr. Into taking the tester the engine blew. More work and no such thing as half now half later. Not to mention! The car was my elderly mothers and my whole wasted gas dividend from my oil Corp was spent mislead and jooped all in secog sec. Said they could sell my moms car by putting a missing Title no signature from the owner (first premier trust and investment) and to bring the key down too. WTH! Worst time ever

Great mechanic with reasonable prices had him do a repair on my Jaguar that took a few days to get a part Gary felt bad and didnt charge me labor while the place may seem a little chaotic they get the job done at a fair price!!!
