Arrowhead Automotive is Amaxing! Highly recommended for Anyone. We took our denali in and in the process not sure what happend but a few hours after getting my truck back I had more mechanical issues. Thankfully the Guys at Arrowhead completely understood took my truck in and fixed it on them not necessarily knowing the actually cause though they feel so good about there work and take care of there customers 😀 they replaced what was needed for me the second time. Also worked on my Nissan! Fixed in two days! Great work! Fast pace done right though.

We checked on the internet and found Arrowhead, thank goodness! They took us right in! They repaired our vehicle, loaned us a car for a few hours and made sure we had what we needed. The parking lot was overflowing with vehicles and all of the many car lifts appeared to be full as well !Upon entering their very nice and clean reception area, I confessed that I am in SF working and live several states away and that I need to drive home for the weekend,…..essentially, I had just adjusted the target on my chest and pointed it right at’ em. I explained that i can hear something clunking and rattling in the front end and that I just wanted to have them check to be sure it is safe to drive.The Owner said that as soon as one of the mechanics returns from lunch, someone will look at it. I took a seat in their comfortable waiting area and readied myself for a lonnnnnngg wait.5 minutes later I see the Owner drive off in my car!In another 5 minutes, he drives back in and drives it up on what must have been the only lift left unoccupied. 15 minutes after that, he returns to the service desk and announced what the problem was, that it was Not a safety issue, how much it will cost to fix it (cheap), and that he could get me in shortly (I requested later that afternoon) ! What a pleasant surprise !!I came back at my convenience. He had ordered/received the parts. 30 minutes later and my car was repaired and the cost was exactly as quoted (again, very reasonable) and I was on my way with a big smile and a feeling like I just drove out of the repair shop I’ve been using for years !Highly recommend Arrowhead Automotive.Surprisingly Great Business !!!😁👍👍Thank You !Ted Zontelli,….from states away.
