They went above and beyond. Any other service center. I have ever been to. Told me what was wrong, amd and why the vehicle was a safe vehicle to be on the road. I recommend. Classic import repair. To anyone with a import. If your not sure. Let them go thru your vehicle bumper to bumper. There opinion not only saved me thousands. But it also saved our lives in the Short run. Had several experiences with these guys and they have always been great! my v12 Mercedes needed an oil coolant line and the dealer wanted $4500 to replace it (apparently you have to drop the motor and trans) Classic did it for $1500 and it was perfect. Would not hesitate to bring them business again.

Saved me a lot of money by diagnosing the problem and being honest of what I needed to fix, unlike other luxury places that try to get you for everything they can. You guys are the best! Brought my 2002 M3 to classic import no doubt the best place I have found locally that is respectful, timely, and walks you through everything that needs to be done or things you will need to look for in the future. Awesome place I will be recommending to anybody with a foreign vehicle.

We have had several foreign cars taken care of by this shop over the years, a VW, a Volvo and an Audi. I always felt we were treated fairly and the work was well done.

Ive being going to Classic for the past five years and they have taken great care of me and my older Audi. Fair labor rates, knowledgeable and honest mechanics. Highly recommend this company.

The prior reviews that stress their abysmal level of customer service are to be taken very seriously. It is the worst Ive ever experienced. I went in with my elderly father-in-law this morning and we were treated like vagrants! They barely responded to our questions, and then responded in a raised, sarcastic voice to a simple question I had. I am not one to leave reviews for anything, but my experience here was so poor that I felt I owed it to my fellow citizens to warn them. If you value being treated like a respected customer, then this is not a place for you. And that is to say nothing about the obvious price gouging!

I have a 20-plus-year relationship with Classic; they have maintained 5 of my vehicles (2 BMWs, a Land Rover Discovery, a Jeep Cherokee, and a Jeep Grand Cherokee). They have consistently demonstrated a willingness to save me money when possible, but more importantly, to make sure my vehicles are dependable and performing correctly when I am driving my family around. They go ABOVE and beyond in Customer Service (Jim, the owner one time giving me a ride TO MY HOUSE so he could fix AT MY HOUSE a brake-pedal switch on my Landy which prevented me from putting it in reverse). The easiest, no-pain option for him would have been just to have me hire a tow-truck to bring it to their shop.As a result, I have had ZERO qualms about recommending their shop to my Mom and Dad, friends, and colleagues. Actually, anybody who even mentions needing a repair shop.I have a level of trust with them such that I will be having them go through my 1999 Jeep prior to my 14-year-old new driver next year using that as her vehicle. I dont think you can really say anything beyond that.

Have had them service two Porsches and an AMG so far and they did a great job on all three of them. The work was done very well, prices were lower than anything I could find anywhere in the region and they were ready on time. No grimy marks or scuffs anywhere, inside or out.

By far one the best places in Sioux Falls to get your vehicle fixed. Good expertise on foreign autos, good price and proven track record.

The two people at the counter are just flat out mean....I think it was a Mom and a daughter. Cant decide who was worse. I had to sit there and listen to the older one on the phone with a customer and she was actually yelling at them that they didnt know anything about import cars. When she hung up the other one and her made several inappropriate comments before she finally got back to checking in my vehicle.The place is dirty, overpriced with no waiting room.When my car was finally done...( 4 hours for an oil change ) it had grease and oil spots in the carpets. When I went back in to ask about the stains the younger girl rudely stated that they were probably already there and that I just missed it. ( I can assure you my vehicle is spotless!!! )I’m never going back….

Bring your car to Classic and avoid wasting time going to any other shop with your import. I had gone back and forth with the VW dealer in town. They wanted to put 4 water pumps in my VW CC in less than 11 months. They were not going to cover the 3rd and 4th under warranty either. Took my car to Classic and found a leaking hose. Fixed the hose and two other minor issues for 1/3 the price of what Graham wanted to charge for another unnecessary water pump. I wont bring my VW anywhere else than Classic Import.

Since moving to Sioux Falls almost six years ago, my family has used Classic as our go to mechanics shop. It started out with just my mothers 2004 Volkswagon Passat, but when my father replaced his minivan with a Honda they completely check it over for him, as well as when that one was replaced with another Honda after the first hit a deer. When My older sister andI decided to get cars (an Oldsmobile and a Toyota), we both had them checked over by Cindy and Jim first. They have always been pleasant,honest, and funny. When I had taken the Passat to Pierre and ended up having car trouble (the starter wouldnt start the engine) they were willing to speak to the Chevy mechanics there to give them some areas to check out.Im looking at replacing my car now, and Im definitely willing to stick with an import vehicle if it mans keeping my mechanics.

I have dealt with Jim and his wife for many years and have always found their companys value to be of the highest caliber. Jims integrity in dealing with customers has been fair at all times; doing the right thing under all circumstances.

They did a good job working on my BMW when it needed to be serviced.
