This was an amazing place. On what seemed like a very busy day (I called a bunch of places and no one could help me since they were booked for the whole day), we drove a nail through our tire while towing through South Dakota.These wonderful people had us back on the road within an hour. Very much recommend this.

First time here... had a nail in my tire.the tread was to worn couldnt fix tire sold me 4 new ones at a great price and waived some fees was 200 on Saturday .. they got me in, put 4 new tires on and I got to still make it to go spend the weekend with my dad for Fathers Day!! Had tires rotated that I bought from then, excellent service. Would give 5 stars but 72 bucks for an oil change seems a little expensive. Usually dont get that done here but was having tires rotated so I figured 2 birds with one stone. Probably not going to do that again. Will go to usual place next time and save some money.

Tires Tires Tires has the best service ever. They have always come through in a pinch, and today was no different. My son blew a tire on the way to his football game. They got his car in right away, and worked out a way for us to pick it up after hours. Can’t expect anything better. Every time….

My husband and I had a very slow leak in one tire and we limped it along for months. Today when he put air in it, he broke the valve stem.He said to take it here. I was greeted warmly. I explained I had a nail in my tire, my husband wanted a patch not a plug, we had a broken valve stem to replace, and asked how much it would cost to put the tire back on where my husband had put the spare.The young man showed me a combination patch/plug system they use and explained they have success with them. He said cotton plugs fall apart. He said there would be no charge to put the tire back on.The young man came to find me later and showed me our Nissan Armada has a combination valve stem/tire sensor which would cost $75.00, but he wouldnt charge me any of the other fees. I failed to notice he had a small box with him, and I asked how long it would take them to get the part. He said he had it. I called my husband so they could talk to make sure we all understood the decision and cost.My SUV was ready in just a few more minutes. The young man told me I also had a screw in the tire. While one never hopes for a problem with ones vehicle, I know where I will be going next time.

I brought my car in for an inspection before a roadtrip. The guy on the phone was helpful to bring up a bad tie rod that the could replace easily. Later I walked in to pick up my car and stood around a desk while no one welcomed me? Also had an alignment and when it was done I still had a value in the red. Plus a tire was a two on the tread scale and I wasnt informed about it till I was there to pick it up. No one really explained it to me while I was there and I felt rushed to get out the door. Mind you I was there at 5 when they close at 6. I have used this place a lot and other times have been great but this time was different.

This time they messed up an oil change. oil all over my driveway and all over the engine. not even an apology for not putting a gasket in right and not checking to make sure the care was good to go. last time they put the wrong size tires on the car. kept coming back because they always have time to work on the car without an appointment and now i know why. when telling a friend about the messed up oil change he told me they tried to claim he needed new tire rod ends. when my friend told them he was taking the truck to the dealer to have the work done suddenly tires3 said the tie rod ends were not that bad. suggest going to anyplace besides tires3 to have your car serviced.

Tires Tires Tires employees are always super friendly, helpful, and efficient. My only complaint is whenever I get my vehicle back from being serviced, I almost always have to wipe down my steering wheel, shifter, center console, and door due to oil and grime residue. Today was the worst with two small oil puddles on my center console arm rest area. I hope management brings this issue up with the service team and have them be more aware of the cleanliness of their hands while in a customers vehicle.

Over the phone experience with the service advisor was great. After trying to pick up my vehicle then I had some issues of pressure and sensors not programmed. The next day issues again where I had to return to the center to have a tire looked at for leaking air. This is my company vehicle some time is something we all dont have to just sit around for mistakes like this. I get things happen and hope measures will be taken in the future to insure that customers shouldnt have to return for having air issue. If I would not have had an air compressor at home I would have had to call someone even to make it back to there center. The. Counter people were really nice with everything.

We had great service today. My family was traveling home to Texas from Minnesota, and had a tire issue. Have been taking our truck here for a couple years had a waterpump replaced . picked up the truck got down the road and it was still leaking. They told me they did a pressure check when I picked up the truck. Theres no way . The hose clamps werent tightened down. So I tightened them and the leaking stopped. I called them and pretty much called me a liar. I will be finding a new garage.

Installed the tires in a timely manner but didnt fill to recommended pressure. Was told to come back.. I just did it myself instead of negotiating my 37ft camper in there again..

I had to get new breaks and rotors for the front of my truck. They were booked pretty heavy but still squeezed me in. Very pleased with the service and speed. They called me to give me updates so I knew what was going on and the cost. Cost was about what I expected. Overall great customer service and experience. I always use these guys for anything tire or brake related and have never been disappointed.

Always a comfortable experience. Waiting room is like a living room with plenty of comfortable seating, wifi, variety of coffees, fresh cookies and TV. They offer good suggestions for additional service and do a thorough job but ask before adding extras at very competitive rates.

I was so happy with this Tires Tires Tires on 26th St. I showed up having gotten a flat on my vehicle and was afraid I would have to replace all 4 tires, do to my vehicle being all wheel drive. Bob was very kind and said we will take a look and see if we cant just fix the tire. Thankfully they were able to just fix the tire saving me over $700. Not to mention the facility was very clean and they have an amazing coffee machine! I will definitely be going back for all my tire needs.

They took my car in when I first got there with no appointment. They were finished with my tires and alignment 40 minutes sooner than anticipated. So I went ahead and asked for an oil change. Again, they took me in immediately and were done faster than any oil change I’ve ever . Super nice guy. I’ll be telling my friends about this place, and who’ve a lot of friends.

I was on my way to North Dakota and I realized my spare tire under the truck bed would not come down. I stopped at the Sioux Falls South Dakota at 3:00pm just before their 4:00pm closing time on Saturday and they fit me in and cut the tire loose. I was back on the road again in less than 30 minutes. No one else would even fit me in that late in the day on Saturday. Thanks again!

Previously I had been a regular customer to another garage until the service started lacking and had to foot a few bills that i didnt agree with. Have been in twice now. Always an incredible experience. I arrived at 4:00 on a Friday and had my tail light go out. I needed a replacement part as well and they drove across town, on a Friday to get it for me, and installed it all by 5:00 so I could make daycare pickup. My sons’ car got hit in the high school parking lot. Tires Tires Tures got us in the same day and swapped out the affected tires. They wrote a description of the damage for our insurance company, and helped carry the old tires to his car. Service was fast, friendly, and very helpful!

Lack of communication when services should be done. I’ve been there a handful of times and only have had one experience where I wasn’t waiting for longer than the time they suggested the job would take. AND THEY ARE SIMPLE JOBS - like oil change or a flat tire. EVERY time I’m the one who calls in to check the status of my vehicle or have to go to the front desk to ask.I believe since I am a young female they take advantage of me. My experience is always subpar. I work customer service so I may have a higher standard but this place has no care for me or my time, ever. Or when my car leaves the lot - I shouldn’t have any of my check engine or tire lights on.

My vehicle was misdiagnosed, and it was never driven afterwards to make sure of job being done correctly therefore costing me another $150 for parts. There was also a 4 day window between so I didnt drive my car as to not damage the new shocks.

6 hours and counting to mount, balance, and align new tires for my f-350. Now Ive never worked at a tire shop but 1+ hours per tire seems excessive to me. The staff makes that a little better with their professionalism and kindness. At least the waiting room has decent WiFi and is nice.*Update...3 hours after getting the new tires installed, my aftermarket remote start that was installed and functioning prior to this appointment (brand new), quit working! Went back to the installer and the module had been reset back to factory. Interpret this as you want, but something to be aware of if you have any aftermarket electronics in your vehicle.

Tires tires tires has been my go to shop for all my repair needs that i cannot do myself for years and they will continue to be for years to come. The guys at the 26th andst michaels location in sioux falls are awesome, honest, and understanding. The prices are always competetive and if we cant afford it at the time they dont judge, just offer adivce and guidence. Wish we could afford to get everything fixed with our current car now but its alot and luckily can wait. If you need a good honest hard working repair shop go here and they will not dissapoint. Youll drive off in your car knowing the job was done right

Took a blown tire in after hitting something in the road and blowing out sidewall. They covered about half the cost due to their roadside coverage. They had it fixed for me in notice and I am happy with the price. Tires tires tires has always treated me well and for that I will be a loyal customer for all my vehicles
