Ian and his partners did a great job rotating and balancing wheels on my car. The job was done pretty quick and professionally. Place was well managed, staffs and guest were wearing mask.They had pucks for Tesla too!

Beyond amazed at the service here. I found a nail in my tire today (9/9/2021) at around 5:45 and Google said that they closed at 6PM. I called them and talked with Ryan and he said to bring it in anyways. They plugged and patched my tire and I was back on the road within 25 minutes (maybe faster, I wasn’t keeping track). The best part, they did it for free.I will add, I work retail and I think all retail employees can relate to customers walking in 5 minutes or less before close, when you’ve been working for the last 8 hours, dealing with people and their problems, you just want to go home. Ryan happily helped me, and literally saved the day for me. I will buy all my tires here in the future, and I won’t even think twice about it.This was an amazing experience. If I hear anybody tell me they have tire problems/ needs, I will most definitely be referring people here.

Highly recommend discount tire.I was in the market to buy 4 new wheels and tires and Ian made the entire process so easy. Keep in mind I didnt understand the basics even of the sizing/fitment of bigger wheels/tires on a vehicle. The price was what would you expect buying 4 brand new sets of larger offroad wheels/tires but I did get a nice discount for military service. I returned later to have my vehicles tire pressure calibrated and lug nuts torqued and 2 very professional and knowledgeable technicians came out almost right away despite it seeming to be busy at the time. Not to mention Ian remembered my name which is an amazing touch on customer service.Thank you guys!

Im literally sitting in your store. Positive atmosphere except 1 issue... wait time.Quoted 1 hr and 40 min to get a tire repair. Ive been watching 30 plus min of at almost no less than 4 employees at a time congregate in a circle and laugh and joke around. Perhaps if everyone was working, your customers wouldnt have to wait 1 hr and 40 min to repair a nail.

Pros: I was traveling from out of town and was able to order tires online at 10pm and get them installed at 9am the next day. The price was fair and I was out by 10 am.Cons: 1) I specifically told the service writer I was from out of town and that I would like the pressure checked in the spare. When the tires were finished and I was brought to my car, I again asked the technician if the spare was checked and he said it was and it was at 60 psi. Well, both were wrong because the very next day in the middle of nowhere South Dakota I had a flat and the spare tire was also flat. 2) Once I finally reached Rapid City to have the flat tire replaced, the technician at DT showed me that one of my brand new tires was installed incorrectly, the inside side of the tire was facing out. Thankfully the Rapid City location fixed it for free.Short version: Service is quick, but dont take them at their word and verify the work yourself. Prices and speed of service gives them more than one star, but you get nothing else for lying to me and installing the tire incorrectly.

The only place I go to for tires! The staff provide excellent customer service and are very efficient in everything they do. They break down your options in a very understanding way so that even someone with no clue would be able to make an educated decision that best fit their needs. It’s nice, especially in times like these, when a company is out to actually help you rather than take whatever limb they can.

I have done business with Discount Tire for over 10 yrs and have sent friends there. In the past I was well taken care of. I had a flat tire. I called and was told stop by. I did. Was told it will be 1.5 hours. I said ok. While I waited I watched old clunkers come and go and get service. At about 1.75 hours waiting I asked for an update and oh its another 45 minutes and we are hardly busy. John there (who is of Asian descent so you can identify him) also tried to sell me an extended warranty on my existing tires which are on a current brand new 2021 model year car with 6500 miles which seemed fishy&as a result I think he ignored me and screwed me. Walmart had no problem getting me in. Stay away from these dudes.

My Grandson Noah needed a new tire but by the time we got to the store they were closing in 30 minutes and there was still several people ahead of us, they did say they could get it in early the next day. Noah was a little flustered because he had to go to work in the morning. The man who assisted us said he would get it done yet that night. Two hours later they called us back ... they were done and we could pick up the car. They were amazing!

I have been doing service with discount tire for quite a few years however after the service I received in Sioux Falls, I will no longer be doing service with discount tire. When I went to put a new set of summer tires on my truck and pull the winter tires off, I noticed one of the winter tires was deteriorating unlike the other three tires. I asked Ian to let Bryan the manager a person who sold me my new tires know that there was an issue. Next week I had to call as I wasn’t contact. Bryan said he’d look into it but a week later I still haven’t been contacted. I’ve had good luck with other discount tire locations, but after this service I’ll choose a different place to get my tires. I buy a fair amount of tires for vehicles and run a business. Feedback is important even if it’s not feedback a customer wants to hear.

A couple days ago my wife had a flat so we returned to discount tire and David took great care of us and replaced the tire with no hassle. Purchasing the tire protection is well worth it and pays for itself.

There is a reason why this business has a 4.8 rating. Actually, there are a lot of reasons. Ive known Discount since my days living in their home market of Phoenix. Ive never had a bad experience with them, anywhere. Im a loyal, lifelong customer because of it.Most notably- their service stands out. A+! I came in for a complimentary tire rotation this afternoon. Despite a full parking lot, I was able to schedule a same-day appointment. John told me they could have me out in 30 minutes. The team had my car ready in 29. How refreshing when estimates are reliable!Kudos for John, who shows a type of professionalism way beyond his years. Same goes for David, who is friendly and enthusiastic to no end. Great work to whomever made those two hiring decisions.

Absolutely best experience anyone could ask for, I was running short on money a couple months back and I really needed tires, I asked discount tires if they would be able to work with me and wait until my next pay check. They said of course, they put 4 brand new tires on with no extra charge, and even automatically took out the money on the day I had scheduled. They were friendly, understanding, and had an amazing work environment. 5 stars and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I phoned in because I cracked a valve stem on my motorcycles rear tire. It was about 430 on a Saturday, although Discount tire wasnt able to service it this gentleman helped me find someone who could. Every other shop I called were rude and dismissive. I cant remember the gentlemens name, but he said he new to this area... dude needs raise because I will be coming there for the next set of tires on my truck

Decent price on tires, quick and friendly service.

Took my van there. I have never had a problem until this last time when I had 4 new tires put on and they left my rear driver side tire loose. It started making a knocking sound so I took it back in so they could tighten it. The technician took care of it but tried telling me it wasnt an error on their part, which I understand. Nobody wants to be held liable for a customers safety after leaving the shop. But that was a serious error on their part and hope they are more vigilant and careful where their customers safety is concerned in the future.

Love their centralized system. I installed a set of tires in Michigan ~2014 - great service (had one trouble with a tire not holding pressure in couple months and they quickly replaced with new one under warranty) - tires lasted 55K (approx). Then moved to Springfield MO and it was time for new tires (~beginning of 2020). I did some online shopping found latest Good Year all season tires which were not listed on Discount Tire website- the guy at local store made few calls and got those ordered with slightly better price than what I found online! He was able to look up when I installed my last tires in Michigan and all the history (I honestly forgot about that one tire giving me trouble). Now in Sioux Falls and had the tires Balanced/rotated with ease and they have access to all my tire history. Discount tire will be my go to for all my tire changes/repairs!

Traveling through the area.I had a blowout and needed a new tire, I wanted my other three tires to match the new one.I Spoke with David in regards to the Bridgstone tire (matching) he claimed he ordered from the warehouse which he checked while on the phone and said they were going to pick it up.David said he would be calling back and get it installed today, no problem...never heard back from David or Discount Tire.Terrible follow up and follow through and customer service.I Cannot recommend this location, zero stars.

I used Graham Tire in Sioux Falls since I started driving before switching to Discount Tire this year. I wont go into the details as to why I switched because really its irrelevant. I was ready for a change and Discount Tire ended up being exactly what I was looking for. They had my new tires in within 30 minutes and were cleaned and shined. Saved me money with rebate. All of them were hustling and running from task to task. I respect hustle when I see it. These guys are the real deal. Superior.

We love that they have stores all around the U.S., that is a major plus when you are traveling! Today we were pleased to see a Discount Tire in Sioux Falls. We had a slow leak in one tire. The guys at the Sioux Falls shop were super courteous and not only quickly fixed our leak, but volunteered to check our records to see if it was time for any maintenance. Very Friendly and attentive. Have always made to feel welcome when here. Feel like they truly appreciate my business. May not be the cheapest but when feel like value my business i am willing to pay a little more. Get you in right away. Their goal is to have you in and out as quickly as possible and not wait over hour for tire rotation as an example. Will definitely refer people here over other tire tire place in town.

Had one of my new tires losing air due to a screw in it and was about due for rotation. Salesperson and technician were great ! The technician brought to my attention that there were spacers from the previous owner behind the rims that were unsafe .Was glad it was noticed. Definitely recommend Discount Tire ! Gene

Took my tire to get it flat repair, because I purchase the coverage on the set of tires I bought for my lexus. Discount tires could not repair the tire, due to it leaking from the side wall. They told me they did not have my brand of tire on hand and had to get it delivered, which would take a couple days. 3 business days later, I didn’t get a notification of when I will get my wheel back from them. So I gave them a call and they told me it would be a couple more days. 1 week with out a car to get to work, and I decide to give them a call again. The manager told me they will have my tire mounted and ready to go the next day. It’s now been a week and a half and I still haven’t gotten my wheel back and now I’m going on a week and a half without a car to get to work!! I would say this was a bad customer service and poor communication with the customer. Not satisfied with the service I got from this experience

First time I have ever written a review for someone, but it is extremely warranted. We all have bought tires a many times for cars, probably from a few different places as well, and Discount is easily the best. I will never buy tires from another place ever again. They always accommodate you and make you feel like you are their only customer they have when you are interacting with representatives. I highly recommend buying from these guys!

This is one of the best tire shops Ive ever experienced and I buy a lot of tires. I bought a vehicle in town and HAD to buy new tires before leaving to head home, Saturday about 3:45. They were the only shop in town with quality tires in stock and were willing to put them on right as they were closing, 4:55pm. They got me in before they closed for the weekend, price matched Sams Club, and gave me a great warranty on wicked tires (Wrangler Duratracs A/T). I highly recommend these guys. Derek was manning the front and made all this possible with his awesome staff of men in the garage.

Took 2016 f150 to ford for service and recall. They did not do my tires so I took it up to discount they took great care did it perfect only tire place Ill ever go very helpful and fast very good place

Got to love this place. Pulled in and asked if they could fix a tire with a slow leak. They got it in almost immediately and fixed it without charging anything. You can believe me, I will remember that when it comes time to replace the tires.

Went to get my tires check. The guy was very helpful and nice, check my tires ask he could do anything else, I said that all I needed. Thanks come again, A few days later my husband notice that one of caps is missing. was not happy about that.

In 8:04 out by 8:15 for tire rotation. Derek at the front counter seemed genuinely interested in how my tired felt to me. Very clean inside the office and work space. Had new tires put on my vehicle around closing time and service was good at that time. Asked as it states on my receipt PUT OLD TIRES BACK IN VEHICLE which they did not and forgot too. I called the next day asking if I could get them. The first guy told me they could’ve been taken from whomever takes their old tires on that Wednesday. I’ve been in contact with them 3 separate times “we will take care of you” it’s been well over a week. I will be in contact with corporate.

Impressive service!! I had driven on a flat tire before realizing it and figured it wouldnt be repairable. I had 15 minutes before daycare closed and Discount Tires happen to be near by. I had planned to dump it in the lot and call in the morning. They were still open and took my keys and info as I ran off. They called me 20 minutes later and said they repaired it at no cost! I dont know if they do this for everyone or just because it was their grand opening but they just said think of us when you need new tires.
