Given the run around, told I would be sent an offer letter after my interview, told to be patient, waited a month never received it. Got an email today acting like they never even had my information and asked if I wanted to interview again. I wasted time and money for nothing apparently. Id apply directly to jobs if I were you. Never had this kind of mishandling of information before its baffling and astonishing how easy they can forget they already interviewed you!

Do NOT work for this company. I am in utter disbelief and completely sick to my stomach with this company. My wife worked for Forma Automotive at the Toyota plant in San Antonio building the truck beds. Last week my wife was ran into with a paint pallet while on the job. The man who ran into her was not following safety procedures or protocol. She was injured to the point we had to seek medical attention. After being seen and given meds for the pain and her being put on work restrictions she went to the HR to fill out the necessary paperwork in regards to the incident. 2 hours she was there being drilled and pried with the HR staff playing good cop bad cop trying to make my wife feel thy she was some how responsible for the gentleman running into her. Not only was that unfair but ultimately unethical to try and make her feel as though she was in the wrong. She went back to work that night after signing a contract stating she understood her restrictions and that if any of the team leads which are the supervisors didnt comply to just let them know. My wife then went to work that night to be harassed! She was teased and picked on for having ruined the safety record. She was belittled and humiliated for being a woman and being weak. She came home that night in tears not just from the pain of her injury but the pain of her pride. This continued for a week to include her personal belonging being thrown away. Jokes in regards to running her over. Inappropriate remarks about how she was not strong enough to do her job. The worst of all the team leads whom are supposed to help you and relieve you from position when you need water or to pee purposefully ignored my wife. They did not fetch her parts they did not give her water and she was unable to walk away from production live without relief that would never come. Grown adults acting like petty high schooler bullying and abusing there power. HR did nothing and is continuing to do nothing and wondering why the once predominantly run by females organization now has only a handful of females left. I am in shock and disbelief. I understand she is a temp and can be replaced. But this is outrageous. She would quit but she has to for-fill her contract and give a two weeks notice or her 12$ gets cut to 7.25$. So yet our hands are tied. Watch out though because the guy who couldnt follow safety protocol and ran into my wife not only did he not receive any form of disciplinary actions hes been hired on full time with the company!
