Samantha is incredibly professional. Not only with placement; but also with options, information and quick responses.

Today would have been my 5th time to call this “staffing” agency. I’ve been promised a call back 4 times and have yet to receive one. The call backs were to answer question. The two or three people I talked to couldnt answer. The manager was always on the other line.

Spencer helped me and my husband. He was helpful at first but started to be very rude, pushy, and impatient. Also sent me to a warehouse and my first day the warehouse told me they had stopped accepting temps a long time ago. Just disappointed

Yesterday I received a phone call and it was a respresentive from reliable staffing telling me about a job they seen I applied for . And the next day they wanted me to come in and fill out paperwork for that job , so I came in to do that and they got everything else done and ready to go.

Staff is respectful and attentive to your needs. This is a GREAT staffing agency👍👍

I highly recommend Reliable Staffing. I went to the Cupples Road office for the first time and Samantha Deleon greeted me professionally and courteous. Being new she guided me through the process and made the overall experience very simple for me. While helping me, she was helping 2 others that walked in and also answering phones. For a one person office, I was very impressed with Samanthas ability to multitask without much disruption to the flow of helping everyone. They also had a computer I could use to fill out the online application and other employment forms. Since that first day, Samantha has been great to work with and has been very attentive to my needs of searching for part-time work and I have been fully satisfied with the jobs she has assigned!

When I was down reliable staffing lifted me up.. when no one took me they had arms wide open..Other staffing agencies don’t want us to succeed.. they don’t want to see us prosper.. but Samantha always had my back!! She told me one time even if I’m on my back I shouldn’t back down, And that stuck with me!! This staffing agency is top notch!! All the other staffing agencies all playing themselves.. congratulations!!

I walked into this office with the intention to only give them my resumes and got way more than I bargained for! I meet this wonderful lady named Adriane Gonzales and instantly I felt welcomed. She is AMAZING! I wasnt so happy with my resume and felt like giving up, but before I left she would not let me walk away the way I came in. TERRIBLE!!Didnt get paid until 3 weeks after I was supposed to!! The people are unbelievably rude. I had to call 10 times just to find out if my check would be in on time. Kept being placed on hold and then theyd hang up. Would NOT recommend.
