I have dealt with numerous pushy, rude, and unprofessional recruiters from this horrible place contacting me over the years. They so not see people in their potential or value. I have asked numerous times to not be solicited on a constant basis and to be removed from their database. These so called recruiters know nothing about the jobs they send people to interview with. I went through an interview that lasted 70 minutes and I was unprofessionally interrogated by the two hiring managers. Get a clue in that interviews are not interrogations! Then the hiring team drops off the face of the earth and go ten days without saying anything after the interview process. I got an excuse of oh well I was out of town for a week and someone was supposed to look in on you. Also the managers cannot make up their mind about who to hire. Well that was highly rude. Honestly my professional opinion is that these recruiters are highly unprofessional as well as represent highly rude and unprofessional companies. These people are trying to put peoples butts in seats for jobs that people are way over qualified for. I have two masters degrees, in what crazy world am I going to settle for a job that is 40K a year when starting salary in my field is 65K per year. These crazy recruiters need to stop smoking the crack. Bottom line do not waste my time. Take a hint & a long walk a short pier and leave me alone! Jordan N. and QTC are rude and unprofessional. Go sky diving without a para-shoot! I called them again today 7/8/21 and asked to be removed from their database AGAIN!!!. It is just unprofessional to keep someone in a database that has asked for years to be removed numerous times.

JEISHKA FARINACCI is the best worked Ive ever seen at insight global. Everyone else who I ever worked with promised to find me a job, and really just threw me into a pool whether I was qualified or not. Jeishka found me a job that matched my exact qualities after an interview didnt pan out, and I got a job within the week. She is phenomenal in my opinion.Not only that, but she stayed on top of everything for me, got me better pay, got me reimbursement for my trip down there, and offered to go above and beyond for me. God Bless her hard work.

They Contacted me with a sense of urgency,agreed on a Hourly amount said they would get back,they didnt i had to call whan i asked they were like trying to low ball me at the hourly rate and said they would call back.Never Did...Very Unprofessional............

This place should actually get negative 5 stars. They keep contacting me about positions that are 20k to 30k a year. These jobs are call centers and such. No one can live on this type of income. My problem is that they do not care about my resume, my education, background, management experience and so on. I tried once to tell them I was qualified for one position and they told me no, I was not qualified. Even the though I happen to have a PHD in that field. I tried to tell them I’m worth more than 30k a year & no one can live on this type of income. The recruiter told me I was rude. Well I proceeded to show her what rude was. She hung up on me. The over all point being these trolls care nothing for placing people in positions they are qualified for. They want to stick a person with a PHD in a call center at 30K a yr. Then they continue to contact, solicit, harass and be belligerent towards you. For job seekers don’t under estimate your worth and do not let fools like this be disrespectful. To this establishment: take a long walk off a short pier. Stop contacting people who do not want your rudeness. The last thing people need when they are searching for a job is to be put down, belittled, and told they are not worth anything. Just so you know job interviews are not interrogations.

I recently moved to San Antonio from San Francisco Ca and had worked for Insight in the past. If you are a Technical/I.T professional in search of a recruiting company that will ask the right questions and get you the position and salary you desire, hands down Insight is where you want to start. My recruiter Phillip actually found a Temp to Hire position that was a 100% match in scope of work and salary in as little as a couple weeks. Insight is a great Technical Recruiting firm that will go to bat for you. They are also very efficient at jump starting your career if youve moved or are re entering the workforce.

If I could give negative stars I would!! I was contacted by one of their recruiters offering me a position that was $2 below my asking pay, I kindly declined the position but the recruiter was sooo insistent that I interview with the possibility of becoming a permanent hire and possibly getting a raise, I stupidly attended the interview. However, during my interview I informed the recruiter that I was currently in a circumstance that may not have allowed me to accept the position but the results of the circumstances were not finalized during the first interview not during the time I accepted the second interview. On the day of the second interview they were finalized and it was determined that I could not accept the position. I called the recruiter one hour prior and informed her that I would have to decline. After hanging up I received a call from her supervisor who was extremely rude!! She stated that it was unprofessional of me to cancel an hour prior to the interview with the hiring company, in which I responded, that she clearly was the unprofessional one because why would she want me to waste the company’s time if I was clearly not going to take the position!!! It is clear this company only cares about themselves.

I appreciate the relating process that I get from my representative. I interviewed way out on 1604 which is a drive coming from Downtown San Antonio where Ms. Taylor offices. She called me in the morning to review her clients goals and escorted meher clients office and I got an offer. I was a FedEx Executive with lots of ettiquitte training and yes I am impressed. Got a call from them mid travel in another country for a job opportunity. Had been looking for awhile and it was a great lucky chance indeed. They where understandible due to my family circumstances and not only accomodated me but helped me prep and reasured me of myself. Specially Paige, she was beyond helpful throught the entire process and didnt mind me calling and emainling almost every other day. Fantastic company and amazing recruiters that help you along every step.

They cut your pay without notice. They dont return calls. Management is just as bad. They dont care and they tell you half truths.Runaway!

Very disappointed with my experience. 2 recruiters were unprofessional and did not pay sny attention to my background on paper or verbally.

Avoid at all costs! These recruiters are a bad joke and will string you along for over a month for their positions? They will not reach out, email or call for days on end and when questioned about that will make excuses for their complete and utter lack of communication.

After telling the recruiter to move forward with a potential opening, she asked for manager references. Shortly after I get a text from my old manager asking if I gave out his info because he got a solicitation call from a woman asking him to put her on the guest list so she could drop off a card and talk about recruiting for him. Thats shady, unprofessional, and ultimately pathetic. Save yourself the embarrassment and potential of jeopardizing old relationships.
