I really enjoy working for LOD. Ive been doing work for them at FFT for about 5 months now. I have never had problems with them. Pay isnt always on time BUT I still get paid. No matter what I still get paid. I love my job and Maria, Kim, Hilary & Daniel are amazing & very understanding people. Whenever Ive been sick or have had a family emergency they let me go. This place does not criticize. They hire everyone. Keep up the good work LOD & Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your team.

I didn’t get paid for Mondays work . They lied when I called and said “for sure today” it’s already Thursday and still nothing . I do not recommend this agency to nobody no more it’s poorly staffed . Been getting the run around

Im giving it 3 stars for the reason that ever since they recently gave my son a pay card because they told him they are going to stop giving paper checks he has been having a whole lot a problems activating the card we have made so many phone calls back and forth the labor on demand tells him to call the pay card company but then they tell him to call the labor and demand then he is told the problem has been fixed but when he checks the account to see if he can take out his money the pay card is still not active. Now his pay from the beginning of the week was not put on the card. We have been at this problem since Nov.13. We are still trying to get this matter fixed. He is waiting for a phone call once again to see how they are going to fix the issue. The good things that the Labor and Demand do is find you a job fast they do answer the phones quickly they do get back to you. And do explain what you need for the job your going to be sent to. But the pay card issue is a very big hassle for him. So many calls back and forth.🤦‍♀️

Completely unprofessional. Told to report to a work assignment. No point of contact info given or where to check in. When I did check in with someone there that wasnt LOD. I immediately began calling the Culebra Office that sent me to this location. No answer!!!!!!! I called ALL MORNING!!!!! AND HAVE THE PHONE RECORDS TO PROVE IT!!!!!! No answer phone rang until sent to a voicemail box that was completely FULL!!!! Stay at the site and assisted sorting and passing out food for the food bank. Stayed till 5pm as that was my scheduled stop time. Tried calling CULEBRA office then no answer. Sent an email to the CULEBRA office and have still yet to get a response. Spoke to someone today. Saying I cant get paid for my work at the assignment. Said I should ask questions when going to an assignment. When told I called that morning ALL morning to find out who or where exactly I should report to. Wouldnt answer question as to why the phone was never answered. Completely unprofessional staff and Manager Christina Osbourne.

I give it 4 stars because Labor On Demand is mostly really TOUGH labor and manual work. LOD was one the FIRST temp agencies that gave me work after getting out (from you no where) and after 4 months of job rejections, I drove past LOD office on my way to interviews and I decided to stop and check it out and they gave me work. Pay is low and work is tough but daily pay was perfect for me since I had no cash, no life and a sorry looking work history. The people I worked with at LOD were decent, polite and hard-workers that were grateful for the chance to make money as I was. After 1 year with LOD and other temp agencies I was offered a fulltime job with a little more pay but from time to time went back to LOD for a little extra cash for about 3 years. I always recommend LOD to anyone who needs extra cash no matter their situation in life. TIP: I always called office next day after a shift to make sure my hours were correct and ONLY USE their payroll card because you get paid daily your own bank will be 3-5 days, I only had 1 time payroll issue and never again after that.

All I can say I have always been payed sometimes a mix up in paper work but been payed everytime this place gives u freedom to work when u can or want just call to bad I didnt find them sooner..37

Whats the whole point of signing up for a job .unprofessional they send you to jobs. But no guaranteed your gonna work. Pathetic company embarrassing to work here.I guess the reviews of not getting paid are very much true 3 Rd time lod has not paid me next day .. they always have some lame excuse. No offense to The owner but plz dont respond you apologies mean nothing if this has happened to me 3 times you are not doing your job. Nor your staff. Been waiting for 4 days for my check.

People are very nice but on the other hand me and others have not been paid for working. Our payments Where never deposited. We seriously worked for free. When calling about this issue they will not help you and hang up. Very unprofessional place I recommend going somewhere else for work.

Saturday, August 158:42am right now. Google maps states that on Saturday’s they open at 8:30am. Vehicle is here, I assume they would’ve been able to open the doors by now, wasting my time. (Edit: no hours of operation posted)8:53am: Edit/update-you are required to fill out applications”in your car”. I use public trans, that’s okay, I ask for a clipboard, and they “aren’t handing out clipboards right now”. She actually intended to say “we just got here almost 20 minutes late and haven’t gotten things together like we should have been doing at 8am.10:11am: Edit/update-On the application it specifically states “I also understand that I am responsible for registering myself on the availability log at a Labor on Demand office no later in than 8am every morning while unassigned.”I questioned this and the employer responded with “oh it’s not updated.” Highly unprofessional and completely ridiculous! Despite such an incredulous mistake, I worry what else must be “not updated” on such application, if any of those “legal rights” I supposedly have are even valid... I’m so disappointed, but I need money, so off I go. :)

If you want to work a 12 hour shift then fight with labor on demand for 4 or 5 days for your next day pay then this is the place for you! Very rude and dismissive employees who dont take issues seriously. Avoid this place like Covid-19!

I worked alamodome this past Wednesday and have not gotten paid 2 days later, even though I know the badge number that they handed me at the job site, labor on demand does not seem like anyone wants to help me with this issue, iv asked whats the status of the issue and How it needs to be fixed but the response is they went by email and its only getting pushed further and further throughout the day, did not get a reason why they could not call anyone instead of going to buy any email given the fact that its been 2 days,[Update]The issue was reviewed, and explained that Mr Lawrence had an issue of misplacement of badges and the timed worked for 5 otherwise employees had the same issue, on top of that when it was finally realized Mr Lawrence was off for the day.. and had an event, said it was to busy to send it out the next day. Monday was veterans day, god bless thos with patients.

First day working with them i was told I get paid the next day after 4 oclock PM at the office ok kool. Went to office to get my money and ask for my check and they didnt find it so they ask If I got a card and I said no. So they said its a 10 dollars fee for a replacement card and I said i never got one when i signed up so he said its protocol for them to do that but the woman with glasses was helpful about the situation. Now I gotta wait all the way to monday for my money was supposed to be giving the following day after 4 oclock pm from behind desk and then they told me I shod have came earlier. This was a waste of time and effort working for free and getting charged 10dollars for a card I didnt get. I would recommend this place if you bout yo money, my first day working I gotta wait 4 days for same day pay bad business for a company.

Labor On Demand has good jobs but I wouldnt recommend Labor On Demand to anyone because they hardly ever pick up the phones I call at less 20 times a day and they never pick up and then I have to drive to Labor On Demand just to sign up for Fresh From Texas and when I shouldnt have to be wasting my gas just because they dont pick up the phones they need to get more people to answer the phones

This company is by far the most remedial facility Ive ever encountered . Lucinda Leal and Yvonne Sanchez are best friends that steal peoples information to employ family members and friends that cannot work legally in this country. IMI DESIGN is a cheesy fake spiritual company that is working with these two women in robbing people of their pay. 6 employees did not get paid . Ive got proof of every lie they threw at us . Trust me, Youd be better off picking watermelons somewhere.

I applied with this company on culebra went to the alamodone on friday to work they told me i will get paid the next day still havent got paid i call them today to work the overnight shift tonight they told me to be there to be there at 8:30 i showed up at 8:00 the driver told me my name was not on the list i could not work wasted my time going down there very unprofessional company

Ive been off and on with this co. For 3 1/2 years Ive never been treated with respect. what I suggest is keep personal track of your job and work hours on a separate sheet of paper and get the manager at the job to signature and leave phone number as proof you went to work. Ive been through some hardships generated by this co./staff that I shouldnt have had to go through. I look past all that because I need to work but it doesnt help that the staff are relatively still ignorant 3 1/2 years later

Have jobs everyday. Some pay weekly and some pay next day. If you follow the rules you will have no problems with the staff. If you are arrogant and rude then you may have issues.

I have to say I have never worked with such a disorganized bunch of people, I would never refer anyone to this company. Every pay week is different, they never pay you on time and when you finally get paid they screw something up so that you cant cash the check and delay payment. Other than the inconvenience of delayed pay for your work the staff is extremely rude, since the staff never last your constantly having to speak and explain yourself to everyone before anyone can help you. WORST STAFFING AGENCY EVER.

I called thier office 6 times in a row and nobody answers the phone and durning business hours

I have been discriminated because of my relationship status and gender.This is a place to make a quick buck but thats all.If you are an employer then you should know that almost all the employees hired by LOD have felonies and still get sent to job sites that request clean backgrounds, so you may want to conduct your own background checks.I have seen people with criminal backgrounds selected over those with clean backgrounds for job assignments working with hurricane evacuees. LOD obviously cares more about keeping their usual employees happy (even if it means treating another unfairly, discriminating, or lying) and sending them to job sites than they do than actually honoring tue requests their clients make when it comes to having clean backgrounds.

This is the WORST staffing agencie I have ever been to! The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. The jobs are unpredictable and they make evrything so complicated. Ive been going with them for a week now and I hate it. Theyll call you to see if your available for work... if you sign up for one and show up theyll tell you they dont have any openings even if theyve already signed you up. They are also extremely inconvenient as you have to show up to the agencie every day just to see if you have work. When its time to get paid they are never on time to pay you. I was supposed to get paid by 4 oclock but the idiot who has to bring the checks didnt get there until 5. Id recommend going anywhere else but here!

I had accompanied a family member for a clarification needed for employment; The Lady in the front explained to us in a very exasperated way, and then just snapped at me and pretty much told us to get out!. Just because I had asked not to write over the documentation of my family. ALL THIS IN FRONT OF HER MANAGER another lady who did NOTHING. Never took charge of the conversation and let this getto Lady yell at me and my family. This place is ok at first,then they start charging for every thing,then they try to short check your pay check. If you dont go to a specific job that they want you to go to,things get worse,then they send you to a job site where many people have had problems with the security there,the site then strands you and you have to make your own way back to the office.When you make a complaint the hold your paycheck hostage for a drug test,then look for any reason to dismiss you from working there.
