I always come to get my paperwork faxs to the food stamps office and they are very nice and polite. They also help me cuz Im not very educated on doing stuff like that,.thank you all.

Staff is conceited, unattentive, will take you in circles instead of actually doing anything helpful. They also give generally bad advice and dont accept input. If you get a job for training as a youth PROCEED CAREFULLY. I was physically assaulted and emotionally abused at the job they gave me, and all staff blamed it on me because I didnt turn away from the danger soon enough (I needed the money and TWC wouldnt have supported me in getting a new position because my case manager was overwhelmed).It made me feel victimized and to this day I cannot trust an employer or institution to support me adequately.Then, on top of it, they leaked my private data to hackers. Please just go to the TWC website instead, these facilities arent worth the salt used to build them.You can apply for unemployment without their help, theyre just an ugly middle man.

Not sure....closed at this location...kinda disappointed...will have to return Monday....

I have used this workforce center for the past 5 yrs. And personally know many of the staff. I personally feel like family with these people,They genuinely want to help you find a job. Not just a job, a good job and go beyond what is required to make sure you have the tools to achieve that. If you are like me constantly looking for the next opportunity and visit weekey or during your free time. They will constantly keep you in the loop and up to date on ground floor opportunity.

The physical location is closed, but shows as open on the site, havent been able to get in contact over the phone. This is extremely frustrating.

Maggie Cruz is awful. She does not return calls, take meeting or answer her phone. I don’t think she knows what her job is but she works for the people and the people deserve better than her. She should be fired and replaced with someone competent

Workers can do more to help. They dont understand that they could be the spark to making that a great place. It seems like its all about the check.

Very helpful and great people that work there! All the ladies in the front are all nice and courtesy.

They are quite possibly the most inefficient, incompetent, wasteful agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. You literally cannot call them, you can’t get an email response, and the SA office won’t address issues of unemployment. They stopped payment for no apparent reason when my husband was laid off and sighted “an oversight” when they finally started paying again. I cannot adequately express in words my loathing for the office and the institution as a whole. May they one day be subject to such inconsiderate treatment.

The works there are so unhelpful we ask one question and the female work went off say Im not unemployment Im not unemploymentwe got up from the chair and she kept ramping on guess she didnt know anything and walks away to two male coworkers in turn they start staring me down.Hope one day they close down that office and get rid of all those useless people.
