I’ve worked with a few staffing agencies and this one has definitely been the best one I’ve worked with. I applied for a position on indeed on Wednesday, got a call Friday, interviewed Monday and was offered that position that same day. After looking for a position on my own for a few weeks without even having an interview offer, I was so lucky to have applied with them. I worked with Melissa Carrasco and she was very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend.

I have had an incredible experience with Trinity Staffing. Finding a job in San Antonio is intimidating and not being able to find one is heartbreaking. After going through a period of what I felt like was the worst luck- I had an interview with Allan and he was incredible. He was immediately warm and friendly, he felt like someone who really wanted to help me find a job and he did- twice. After interviewing and working in sales for a few months I reached back out to Allan and he helped me again secure a position at a law firm that I have been with for almost two years. Quality companies use staffing agencies to find great people and I would send anyone to Trinity Staffing if they are needing help finding a job.

She didnt write me off at all. She gave me an interview, all very professional, and in about one week she placed me at a great company. I have been there over a year and am very pleased. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a staffing agency. I worked with both Molly Smith and Leanne Loose and neither one of them seemed interested in finding a job for me. Ms. Loose was especially unprofessional as she actually told me I could “work with other staffing agencies if I wanted to”. After that comment, I knew I never wanted to work with them again. I’m just thankful I was able to find a job on my own with a major company here in San Antonio. Needless to say, I would not recommend Trinity Staffing to anyone.

Decent temp agency but I had an assignment thru Trinity go sour because of Melissa. I worked for a few weeks and didnt like my position so I voiced it to one of the supervisors that Id be better suited in another department where I had strong experience. Company supervisor was cool and tried to help me cross over. Melissa took it personal because she was having trouble finding bodies to fill these spots. It was made into a huge deal and I was told to stay home until they had a meeting about what they were going to do with me. She made me miss 2 shifts and when I called her for an explanation she said they had to let me go cause I missed 2 shifts. Sabotage at its ugliest!

This place is a waste of time i missed one day due to family emergency then called a week later asking for my form for direct deposite no answer then i get a email not a call a email saying they no longer need my service...they are sneaky plus they give you a hard time picking a schedule once you pick it they change it at the actual jobsite i dont understand what kinda business they are runing

At 70+ years I have had many employers with as many forms of paying for my time and services. I have never had such personal, yet professionalism in the course of keeping my time, and financial matters. It was a great disappointment when my company switched from the local San Antonio, TX based Trinity to a XX name (way) out of state. When I say personal, Nellie and staff took a courteous personal interest in helping any time I made a mistake and in such a way, she just made me appreciate their timely accurate handling of my funds all the more. I missed you all the first week of the change. I would recommend your company to anyone who would need the services you provide.

I don’t know if it’s a race thing or lack of professionalism, but I was promised decent service and I haven’t received that. I was working with LeAnne and Molly and both of which stop taking calls or wouldn’t return them or the emails. Little did I know while scrolling through the reviews I a lot of discrimination complaints. Then it all made sense, it’s unfortunate that companies like this still thrive even though they neglect an entire race, and then blame it on the applicants test scores being low or lack of experience. They have every excuse in the book though. I’ll give them that.

Rude staffing. Watch out for Nellie, shell tear you a new one. Shell start off by telling you all your faults and what she thinks about you. Then youll take the assessment tests, and if you did bad, shell make you feel stupid, then shell go on saying I want to help you and that you can take the test again. That was 3 weeks ago. Ive heard nothing back from the old hag. Not an email or phone call. Thanks trinity staffing for wasting my time.
