I had 3 beach towels embroidered with last names and they turned out beautiful! Also ready super quick! They sent me a text with the finished product when they were ready to pick up.

This is definitely my go to place!I’ve experienced great service for the last 5 years.Very nice, friendly, and professional atmosphere.I’ve gotten alterations done on my wedding gown NEXT DAY, and custom towels made for my husband.We also received a Large towel when my dress was done.It reads our names and wedding date. That was a very thoughtful keepsake!Anyway they have our vote 5 years strong!

They do a great job on Monograms. Very helpful and the work was completed in timely manner. I received & a picture of finished product to let me know it was done. I highly recommend them .

Great service and great staff. They do an amazing job at everything we have ever brought them. They are always quick and friendly. Not the cheapest but I believe it is worth it for the quality of work that they do.

I tried to have a item monogrammed and hemmed. The lady apparently didnt want to hem it so she said I could fold it, and showed me how. The guy didnt pull the fabric back down before monogramming it. I took it to a much more expensive alterations store and what I want is unable to be done. Now the item is ruined. Do not waste your time here. I suggest pay the extra money and go somewhere else. Affordable isnt always best.

I am writing this review on my third visit of this business. The staff are always genuinely interested in finding the best design for your project and will work with you in defining every detail. The quality of the work is superb and often the items, at least for the times I have been, are done in a short amount of time.They can even put custom images on items. For any monogramming I will always choose this location. Keep local dollars local yall.

Went in for a last minute job at 12 noon, kind of an emergency as it was for work. Needed 2 patches put on and the lady said she couldnt get it dont by 1pm. Her attitude was very poor and the customer service wasnt great at all. I definitely will NOT recommend this location to people who need last minute things done. If she cant do last minute jobs (at least in an hour) especially something as putting 2 patches on a shirt, it needs to be specific that she needs at least (X) amount of time to get it done!

Went in to get shirt and pants altered and she gave me one price, and once I picked up it was $15 more. She didnt have a reason why. You can find a better place than this for tailoring and altaration
