I walked into Albertos office on a Tuesday afternoon with a dress that I needed hemmed by that Friday. He was super friendly and assured me it wouldnt be a problem. He not only got it done, but my dress was also cleaned before I picked it up. He did exactly what I asked for and his sewing was perfect, the dry cleaning was an unexpected bonus. Im very impressed with the service here and will be using them for all of my alteration and cleaning needs now!

I seriously miss Mary at the Fredericksburg location- took our business there (over ten years)-and she is the absolute personification of courtesy and professionalism- but my wife and I moved over here (78232) and now we use Carlton Oaks- please let “Armida” know she’s not doing me a favor by altering my clothing and dry cleaning/laundering my shirts, etc. - also, a simple friendly greeting would be fine, and should replace the same bark I get each time I go in, (“Picking up or dropping off?!) - wow, night and day- can’t make the drive over to the Fred location, so gonna check out the local competition. I have used Five Star Cleaners on Jones Maltsberger Rd for years. They are the most friendly people who do an excellent job with my laundry and dry cleaning. Highly recommend them!

Ceasar is a miracle worker! He made sure my soon-to-be daughter-in-law got her wedding dress in time even though SHE had made a big mistake. When she realized her mistake and went to the store in a panic, Ceasar calmly said something like so you dont need you wedding dress on April 30, but day after tomorrow because your wedding is on the 24th? No problem! We will make it happen ... dont worry! And he did it! He is a true miracle worker with a heart of gold. The dress was ready and looks absolutely stunning! We are on our way to the wedding now ... thank you Ceasar and 5 Star Cleaners for saving our big day!

Dry cleaning. Dishonest services. I was dropping off uniforms and several times I got double creases on the pants. Even though I asked for military creases on the shirts, sometimes I got them, other times I did not get them. I was always being charged $6.50 for the two-pieces uniforms. After my last complaint, I was told if I wanted military creases on the shirts I had to pay an extra $1.50. Very dishonest people, I found a new dry cleaners, and I would not recommend Five Star dry cleaning.

I’ve been using this cleaners for years now. In my law enforcement and military job I bring my uniforms here about twice a week. They always do an amazing job and every time. My uniforms have to be done a certain way and if there needs to be a correction they will do it immediately. The tailor Alberto is a top notch tailor he has perfected all my uniforms both military and law enforcement. Not to mention you can’t beat the price for the service. I recently got a job where I have to dress up for office work. I didn’t know what to do as far as making sure that I look professional for every meeting. With the 1000 other things that my job requires me to do every day, who has time to iron everything in their wardrobe? Five Star Cleaners took care of everything. My clients always mention how great my clothes look. If I was to try this on my own I would probably burn all my clothes with the iron. This has save me time and money. The service is excellent, professional, and courteous.

I have utilized Alberto now several occasions and he is the best tailor I have ever used. He recently made pillows, and face masks and they were excellent! Better than I expected. Will definitely use him for all my alterations, and tailor needs.

We use this 5⭐for all of our day to day dry cleaning & pressing of clothes. They are reasonably priced, fast, & reliably good. The staff are knowledgeable & courteous, & on site seamstress is good, too. That said, some of our finer quality clothes for blocking have had shrinkage here, so we go elsewhere further a field for blocking & leather care.

I needed a pair of oversized shorts altered to my size and Alberto worked his magic and made it happen! He is super friendly and has a great turnaround time for all projects. I highly recommend him and to anyone looking for alterations!

Outrageous expensive. I took patio furniture covers in last week. 8 small pillow cases and 2 bench covers. First, it took a week then had to pay $101,60!!!!!!I was not given a pre quote at drop off, when it came time for pick up she told me the prize without any shame to their shady game.SERIOUSLY!!! 8 small pillow cases and 2 covers!!!For a little less I could have purchased a new set.Conclusion; ask for a quote, coupons and readiness.Business NOT RECOMMENDED

My experience at this establishment has been phenomenal! I initially came in to see if I could have a dog bed repaired, as a friends puppy had chewed the corner of the mat. To my delight and amazement, not only did the master tailor, Alberto, repair the bed, but he did an absolutely impeccable job!! I soon started taking clothes in for dry cleaning and ALWAYS encountered gregariousness and efficiency in the staff from Cesar, Jesus, Armida, and recently from another wonderful young gentleman who delighted my puppy with a few puppy treats! I must also mention Alberto again for the incredible tailoring he performed on my daughters bridesmaid dress as well! Thank you all so much for your excellence!

Anyone else noticing broken buttons on their pants? I like the prices here versus Dutch Boy, so hopefully its just me getting fat that is causing stress on the buttons, lol. Staff is very courteous, so leaving 5 stars for now, but keeping a watchful eye.

Five Star did an AWESOME job on my clothes! I had purchased Rebecca Minkoff pants and skirt in white from a thrift store and had some obvious stains on both items.Five Star was able to presoak and clean my items with no issue! I got the clothing back a day earlier than expected and the items look BRAND NEW. I couldn’t be happier.I highly recommend this location. The team is super friendly and honest. Courteous and professional service. Same day in-store dry cleaning. I dont think theyve ever lost a garment of mine, or even not had my order ready on time. They have online coupons, must be presented at time of drop-off.

After taking an heirloom leather belt to 2 previous establishments for a simple repair, and being told they would be unable to assist, Albert, at 5 Star Cleaners repaired my belt within 5 minutes. I was happily on my way, with my belt good as new. Thank you, Albert.

This place supposted to be a proffecional place to get greeted the right way..i was help by a guy named cesar hes very unproffeccional chewing gum with mouth open while he greeted me and also wearing headphones and using phone if i could i would give this guy and cleaners a 0 rate if i could..i hope the owners of this cleaners try to fix this is very disrespectful in my point of view
