Ive used hannahs for awhile now, I always get all my stuff medium starch and it used to be crisp and stiff where it lasted all day. Not so much , I hope it gets better soon. Hopefully u have a better experience.

I took my clothes in to be altered and washed and she completely lost my order for a week then charged me full price and a fine for not having the ticket when I paid for services.

I have been going there for years. If you take something there at a reasonable time in the morning, it will be ready by that evening. They have convenient business hours. They have a great seamstress who has repaired some of my clothes. All of my experiences with them have been very positive.

I have been taking my uniforms and Hannahs has always done a great job. They have a quick turnaround and are always courteous. I dont live close but they are worth the drive. Other cleaners close to my home dont give the same quality. I recommend Hannahs to everyone.

Apparently their pricing fluctuates due to who takes your clothes... while they do get the job done so does pilgrim for less. This time they charged my sons ROTC uniform as a sport coat, pants, and tie. Not like everyone else and its all one thing. When I called to inquire (my husband dropped it off) I received a rude response and when I said we wouldnt be back the individual couldnt have cared less. If they dont want my business fine, but Id beware of giving them yours.

Went to this place to fix my pant and they charge me 12 dollars and i went back to this place with similar problems and they charge me 22 dollars. Last week i brought in 4 curtains for dry and cleaning they plan charge me 18 dollars each... i decide look round and found this place (Comet Cleaner & Laundry) charge me 9 dollars each and they did good job!!! This place ripped off!!! Crazy price!!! They aren’t highly recommend place!!!!

Low quality and customer service. I spend a lot of money on dry cleaning. If I wear a jacket for 5 minutes, I will pay to have it professionally cleaned. So when I went to pick up my items today, I was disappointed to find my new shirt had oils stains, and my jacket was wrinkled (as were other shirts). Of course, I am going to complain that my items were returned to me this way. The manager said that she would not service me anymore because of my complaint. She also did not want to give me a refund for the other items I purchased. I noticed I am paying almost twice the amount for service than what is posted on the wall. I was told I needed to pay an additional $0.25 so my items would be placed in separate bags. So the $0.25 is not included in the $10.83 I paid to have one sweater washed. Because of how I was treated after seeing the damage on my new shirt, and requesting my wrinkled items to be redone, I will have to take this issue to the next level.

NEVER BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE... unless you enjoy prying staples out of your expensive clothing.They staple the tag TO YOUR CLOTHES and not just around the belt loop and then to itself like every other dry cleaners Ive been to ever in my life.You have to sit and pry 3 staples out of every shirt or pair of pants extremely carefully otherwise you risk damaging your own clothes because of their carelessness.There is no reason for this oversight no other dry cleaners would ever do this.There is no reason to put 3 pieces of metal through a $500 suit.I

I like that my dress shirts are done right!Took my wifes white blazer, which had a old stain and they got the blazer looking like new. Excellent work.

Horrible! One seam fixed on one coat. Another to be cleaned... Only one of two done. They tried to say second coat was cleaned. Recommend if you do come here, that you have separate tickets for different services to ensure it’s actually done.

A Long time ago, I began patronizing the Hannahs Cleaners; wherefore, Hannahs... has a contract to clean military uniforms and do alterations... yall maybe missing out on the satisfying alterations.

I’ve never had to take anything to dry clean so when I took my wife’s new work shirts to be cleaned I thought they could guide me on what I need to do for the shirts since it’s their trade. Was I wrong! The buttons on the shirts melted off and they said it was my fault. As dry cleaning as their trade you would think that they check all materials and see what their dealing with. They we’re very rude and took no responsibility for what had happened. I took those same shirts to Mavericks cleaners and said that they do shirts like that everyday and never had those issues. I do not recommend Hannah’s cleaners. I know accidents happen but the fact that they did not take responsibility for the mistake is what made me upset.

The prices is way too ridiculous high!! The total bill was the amount of a bill (cell phone, water, gas, car insurance, etc), before I decided to take some of the items home and wash them in the gentle cycle. I am from the Houston area and I have paid much less for the same items, approximately half!!! How does any of the dry cleaners in San Antonio stay in business really puzzles me!!
