Stay away from this very expensive place!!!! We brought a dress to get hemmed for our granddaughter and my husband (72 years old) not knowing what the cost should be paid $48.71 because they did a rush job because he dropped it off on a Thursday and needed it by Saturday. It was rushed alright and crooked! A hem!!! My husband called to complain and of course they wanted to dispute him. I guess the old days of the customer being right is out the window! Take your alterations to people who do it in their homes! It’s not like they made a tuxedo for us! You cut it and it was sewed on a machine! Your place should be ashamed of yourself! And he was charged before the work was even done! *********This is my new response to your response! First of all my husband is 72 as I mentioned before he doesn’t know about these things, he was just going to drop it off! Second of all you had the dress on a hanger folded in half when he went to pick it up! Thirdly people pin or mark things all the time especially if they work or in school. Hard lesson for us!

I brought a suit in for my birthday that didn’t quite fit and wasn’t very flattering. I asked to bring the jacket in and give the pant leg a skinnier look/fit. They did an awesome job and it fits my shape to a tee. I absolutely love the work. I will definitely be back!

Somewhat expensive but they do a great job. Ive gotten a pair of jeans hemmed and it looked perfect (I want to say it was probably around $20). I also took a maxi dress in to get altered and it was about $50. The turn around is about 2 weeks.Update: They finished the dress a week early and gave me a courtesy call. Great customer service!

I recently had my wedding dress and Bachelorette party dress altered and they both fit perfect! These ladies make you feel very special and their work speaks for itself. I will continue to take anything I need altered to this great family owned business and recommend to all my family and friends.

Absolutely LOVED their service. I came to them with an all beaded gown for the Miss Texas America pageant and they hemmed it perfectly about 3 inches, included hand stitching the beads back on to give it its original look and fixed any other beads that werent intact perfectly anywhere on the gown. They were even able to keep the train. They had it done in about 3 weeks and the price was reasonable for what I was asking them to do. They are AMAZING.

Very disappointed!!! The alterations cost more than the coat, n it was a nice coat I got at Dillard’s. Sleeves were cut too short n cuffs no longer match width of collar. Coat is wearable but the look n style of the coat is changed forever.

I needed my pants hemmed in less than an hour for a job I was starting and they helped me out in the best way. Pants fit perfectly and they even pressed them for me so I looked sharp for my first week of work. Thanks again ladies!

They do awesome job even on short notices! Yes they charge a fee for short notice but its a favor theyre doing for us! I had my clothes either shrunk down or sized up and you cant tell that theyve been altered. I trust them only so I drive the distance for them. Will be returning.

I had an over-sized bridesmaid dress I needed altered and shopped around at 4 different tailors in my area comparing prices and reading reviews online. Two things that were most important to me were #1 good communication between myself and the tailor and #2 a good price for what I needed done. Alvinas hit the target on both! She was so easy to communicate with, had true care and concern for what I was needing and gave me a great price compared to other tailors. She did an EXCELLENT and very accurate job on my bridesmaid dress which included some skill from what the other tailors had told me.Thank you, Alvina for your excellent work and for being easy to work with!

This is my go-to place for tailors. They are so great and nice to me! The staff here makes you feel apart of the family and the quality of work is A+. I would recommend anyone to check this place out! Ive gone here over 15 times and have never had a complaint

I took my dress to ensure altered to be done by Saturday. $35.00 plus a $15.00 rush fee..I went next door to Monogram and she was able to promise me Saturday...and only $16.00!!!!!!! Awe man!! Im so thankful I didnt go with Alvinas!! I got my dress back for the wedding and it was an amazing and professional job!!! For 16 dollars! People! Dont waste your money! Go next door! They are professional, quick and cheap!!
