They are courteous and can do quick repair for extra charge.

I came in the other day needing some last minute alterations done on my suit coat. The bad part was that I needed the alterations done in a few hours for a funeral the next day. The good part was that these ladies were able to get it done and do a GREAT job! I had to pay an extra fee for the expedited service, but worth every penny due to getting it done so quickly. Thank you, I will definitely be back for more alterations.

Very good results and very quick turnaround.

Disappointing service.My hem was uneven when I tried to pick up my dress the first time and when I returned to pick it up, the dress was still uneven. I will now have to take this to another alterations location as I am not confident that they will be able to make the appropriate corrections to the dress if I give them a 3rd opportunity.The other alterations that they made to the dress were fine.

I was in desperate need of having a formal dress alerted for my daughters wedding. Kelly was able to accommodate my request in a weeks notice. She also made me a mask to match my dress. Amazing work. I now have a new place to take all my alterations.

They messed up a dress a planned on wearing during my honey moon. Lost my rompers. Stains on my white suit, took a extra day, they were rude. Not one good thing about this place.

So much for quick alterations, called in and said it would take a week turn around time to hem a dress. I would think that is just standard alterations.
