Mayfair was the only store in SA who could get my dress in and altered in time for my wedding. By choice we planned our wedding in only 3 months and Mayfair had my dress ready early! They also ordered and altered my moms dress. They have a simple rate for all alterations needed which really helped my budget. This style of dress is rare so I was ecstatic when they told me they could order and have it delivered in time. They made several alterations to my dress to be very form fitting to my body. I was still able to move and dance freely. This is very hard to accomplish since my dress was crepe material! Mayfair Bridals are pros at what they do with years of service in the bridal industry. They were so patient with all the appointments necessary for my alterations. Thank you Mayfair for my perfect wedding dress!

The ladies at this shop were wonderful in helping me explore my options, particularly the stylist that helped me. Taj was incredibly helpful, and gave me all kinds of different things to try that I never thought I wouldve liked. I didnt end up buying at this store, because I found my dream dress elsewhere, but the customer service at this store was still amazing, and still deserved a 5 star review. Mayfair Bridal will be on the short list of shops I recommend to people in the San Antonio area for sure!

Such a wonderful experience finding my gown. The ladies made me comfortable and were even accommodating that we did a zoom with family that were out of town. Found my dream dress and the process was so easy!

I cant say enough good things about Mayfair! My sisters best friend recommended I go here and I couldnt have imagined a better place. Do not let the size deceive you! They have so many gorgeous dresses inside! Maria knew exactly what style of dress for my body type and after I told her what I was looking for she went searching for my options. I ended up getting a beautiful Eddy K gown that made everyone cry when I put it on. They offer alterations that made my dress fit perfectly and even offered to store my dress so my groom wouldnt see it. My sister told me I was also given a coupon for a cleaning after! If you want to be taken care of with genuine customer service and find the dress of your dreams, go to Mayfair! You will not be disappointed!!

We went to another place first and the bride to be left disappointed because lady didnt seem like she wanted to help us find a dress. I then called Mayfair Bridal because many years ago I got my dress there. We walked got a warm kind greeting. We were asked what we had in mind and they found several dresses we like and one we loved. Bride was laughing and had a great time and that meant everything to me. Loved them, loved the kindness, loved everyones help and attitudes.

She had been to many places in San Antonio none had the type of dress she wanted and they where super rude one of them even kicked us out...for not having an appointment even tho the website says every where that we did not need oneso Mayfair has my 5 stars there so helpful and lovely and nice :) everyone there help us out and made us feel welcome thank you

I purchased my wedding dress here! I went alone to try on dresses when I came here, and the assistant was so sweet & great at picking out options to best suit my body type. She made me feel so comfortable, and even took photos of each dress for me to show friends/family who were unable to attend that day. Store is a little small, but they do have a great selection there! My only complaint is they were priced a little higher priced than another bridal shop, and they measured me for my dress length, but the dress arrived a little too short. Still would recommend them. Much better experience than many other shops I visited. My friend got her dress here too!

Love it!! Drove from Corpus Christi after 6 different store this was by far the best in customer service and made me feel relaxed and excited! They have it all from dresses to ear rings! I highly recommend!!

But Courtney was so fun, and helpful, & really listened to my wishes. She and all the ladies who work there really hyped me up & made it a wonderful experience for my mom and I!

These ladies were so kind and helped me find the perfect dress! They stayed in my budget and were very positive and encouraging when trying on all the dresses. They offer the alterations in house so you know you can get the whole in one stop! I am getting married in three weeks and they were more than happy to accommodate even in a small time frame! Will definitely recommend this shop for gorgeous dresses.

I went to 5 other stores looking for a dress and hadn’t found a single one I even considered. The one I ended up buying would have been a quick no if it weren’t for Anjelica’s recommendation to trim the top lace. It transformed the dress into exactly what I wanted! 😍They have dresses at reasonable prices and were on time and prepared for every appointment. I have no complaints!

Mayfair was my last store of my shopping experience and I was truthfully tired, hangry, exhausted - and I had mistaken believed I had found my dress in the store prior. However, Maria & Angelica still gave me personal attention, patience, and were determined to find ME in the dresses they pulled. I wasnt entirely sure what I wanted and hate shopping, but still they worked with me and eventually pulled a dress that I wouldnt have even pulled myself - and it was THE ONE. It was perfect. I cant wait to get my dress in the next coupe of months. Its clear that this is more than just a business to the women working here but that they truly care about what theyre doing and who theyre servicing.

I had Trish as my attendant and she asked me all the right questions, where my wedding is, what I like, if i had pictures. All dresses she brought in were within my price point, and every dress we tried on she told me if it came in different colors or lengths. She stayed in my price range religiously and when it came down to it, the first dress she pulled became my dress! I tried on all of them, but left with the first dress. And she even made sure to find a veil that worked perfectly with the dress. The shop was kind and understanding when I said i wanted to take a day before buying ti make sure it was the right one and were so happy for me through the entire process. HIGHLY recommend looking at this shop if you want personalized experience in bridal fashion, in a wide variety and for brides with higher or lower budgets.

Amazing bridal store. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The owner and staff are all extremely sweet and helpful! I came in on a busy Saturday with no appointment (I dont suggest this...it just happened on a whim for me) and they let me look around and even try on a couple dresses in between appointments. I then made a real appointment to go back and it was amazing. If you say yes to the dress they let you ring a bell and take a picture with a cute sign! Great selection within any budget and the alterations are very reasonably priced. I said yes to my dress here and I cannot wait to continue working with them through my fittings and to my big day! Definitely go here! You wont regret it! 😊

Mayfair Bridal SAVED me! I highly recommend this boutique for ANY alterations you may need! I arrived at MB on a last minute referral and I am SO glad I was steered there! Not only did they alter my wedding dress beautifully, but they did so with a very small time frame. They listened to what I wanted/needed and were so kind during the whole process! 5 STARS ALL AROUND!

I am a bride to be and had a TERRIBLE experience at Mayfair Bridal. I am not even sure where to begin due to the fact that there were so many unprofessional instances that took place during my very short time there. First of all, despite making an appointment, we were abruptly notified upon our arrival that it was a walk in appointment (which makes no sense) and that if another bride were to come in, then I would have to get out (the representatives word, verbatim) Secondly, the store was stuffed to the brim with bagged dresses, so much so, that there was barely room to walk, much less, have the ability to review each piece in a comfortable fashion. It is a nerve wracking experience, choosing your first wedding dress, and the environment should make one feel relaxed- certainly not the case here. Regardless of the first two items mentioned, the final occurrence that prompted me to leave immediately, was the treatment I received from the two customer service representatives at Mayfair Bridal. I am a curvy girl, but am considered very normal in correlation with my height; despite this, I still remain self conscious about my body. Upon trying on a sample dress, my Matron of Honor was unable to zip the zipper because it was off the track; I walked out of the dressing room and an employee immediately took hold of the back of my dress and shrieked OH MY GOD, YOU BROKE IT. After explaining to her that we had been unable to get the zipper to move, much less had the ability to break it, she rolled her eyes and walked away, while I was in mid sentence. Seconds after, another employee grabbed the top of the dress and accused me of defacing it, claiming that it was brand new and she couldnt believe I had already ruined it. No matter what the story may have been, you do NOT treat a customer in that manner and I had never been more humiliated in my life. It is safe to say that this business lost out on a large investment by their unprofessional/catty attitudes and I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could rate them at no stars, I certainly would.

I was referred to Mayfair Bridal by another vendor because I was looking for an excellent seamstress to work on my wedding dress. It was important that that person understand the importance of my dress, as I was wearing my mothers wedding dress. I still cant believe my good fortune in discovering Mayfair Bridal. Angelica took over and displayed the most wonderful understanding of the sentiment behind the dress. She then made recommendations and also listened carefully as to what I had in mind for the dress. I wouldnt have known what the dress needed....she did. She remade the underskirt and the chiffon overskirt, giving me options on the fabric available. She removed all the lace, cleaned it by hand, and reapplied it to the new skirt, and my dress looks like it did the day my mother wore it! She altered the top a bit to fit me perfectly, added extra pearls and satin buttons/loops, all keeping the dress with the same style and looking like it was original. She even bustled the back to allow for dancing! She did all the work with the intention that if my sister wants to, she will be able to wear the dress too. All of her recommendations were perfect, and she listened and respected any and all of my concerns. Appointments were easy to secure and also to change. I am thrilled with my dress and know that I took an heirloom to the right person. Because my wedding is taking place in Maine, Mayfair Bridal even packed my dress in my carry-on suitcase so that I can be assured it will arrive with me. I cant recommend Mayfair Bridal enough. Whether you are buying a new dress or hoping to wear an heirloom, you can be sure you will get the best attention, excellent work, and the kindest of interactions. They truly love their work and consider their brides as their first priority.

I went in on Saturday with my bridesmaids and mother, and when I got there I was told my appointment wasnt written down. Having only experienced chain bridal stores, I was immediately disappointed, expecting to be turned away. Not here! Yazmin took me in and said not to worry. She looked at some pictures I had pinned and started pulling dresses. She pulled a dress I didnt care for, but she smiled and insisted I try it on. Well, lo and behold, it ended up being the one! It is GORGEOUS and sparkly and everything I didnt know I wanted. She even had me walk to the door of the salon since my wedding will be outside so my party could see the dress in the sunlight. I cant say enough wonderful things about this salon and will recommend it to every lovely engaged woman I know. Mind you, this incredible customer service is on top of the designer gowns and standard perks they offer, such as 2 free steamings and dress storage until the day of your wedding. LOVE!

My son to be sister in law went here to look at dresses and found the dress of her dreams. Staff is super nice and they have a price cap on alterations. Plus the prices are really good the same dress was at Davids bridal from like triple the price.

The dresses are beautiful but some of the people are rude. I felt like I was being looked at with disgust because I was just trying on dresses. Duh, thats what a bride is suppose to do! There was one girl that was super sweet and fun! I think her name was Angela. I know for sure it started with an A. I want to go back because there is one dress that I loved but I dont know for sure because of the staff.

Let me just say I love Yazmin and Mayfair Bridal!!! Mayfair’s dress selections and customer service is outstanding! Yazmin and the other ladies were always so accommodating and provided exceptional customer service. I ended up getting a dress that was sleeveless, but I wanted the bohemian flare of sleeves. So the talented seamstress created sleeves that were from the same fabric as the dress and it turned out amazing! So many great things to say about Mayfair, I would refer them to any future bride. Thank you ladies for creating the dress of my dreams!

I first walked in not really knowing what to expect. The weekend before I had visited Davids Bridal and was disappointed with my experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted promptly. Yazmin attended to me and was wonderful. She asked if I had any photos on hand, I told her I didnt, but let her know I had some pictures on Pinterest. She looked at the pictures and quickly started pulling dresses. All the dresses she chose were amazingly beautiful and exactly what I liked. She was very patient and attentive. It was hard to choose from all the lovely gowns, but she helped me find THE dress! I was definitely impressed and will highly recommend them in the future.

Had got dress and stuff but do to change of venue and extera $$ was im going to need I decided not to put glitter That extra tull I ordered that they never came or was told me how much it was to order I wasnt given price tell it wasnt wanted $500 for just the material was asked for and I had to pay you restocking 250 and put head peice back to cover that other than that I am I have a snag on dress still it was never fixed and they said that they would fix it & and to top that the sales girl lied about ordering stuff like a new Veil when it was the one that every was and using. ImSo sad. upset took dress to Colorado so i wont see it tell wedding day in july

I had the absolute WORST experience imaginable with Mayfair Bridal. They nearly ruined my wedding day and took no responsibility for almost ruining my wedding dress. This is a very dishonest establishment and I would avoid Mayfair Bridal at all costs. My mother and I experienced the worst customer service imaginable. I ordered my dress in September . When it arrived in January, it was a little big, so I set up a date to have it fitted. They made the alternations, and I came in for my final fitting. The dress fit perfectly except the lace around the armpits was tight and uncomfortable. In the store with the dress on, they cut the lace under the armpit and said that they would just have to clean up the last cuts they made. My schedule then got very busy and I didnt have time to pick up my dress or try it on before they sent it out of state for my wedding. A few days before my wedding, I decided to try the dress on for my sister and we couldnt get it on! It had fit perfectly several months in the store and I had actually lost 2 lbs since the fitting. Someone had taken it in AGAIN! The next morning, I took it to my trusted tailor who saw that it had been taken in twice with all the excess material removed. He wasnt sure if there was enough material left to fix the dress (2 days before my wedding). My mother called the dress shop and asked if they had sent another dress. They assured us that they had not and that we had the correct dress. We then told them that someone must have taken the dress in again--having misread the adjustment note. Then they told us that the dress had fit perfectly (they had a video of me trying on the dress after the 1st alteration) and DENIED and further alteration orders. Luckily, they had sent us the 2 alteration slips, which we sent back to them. With this evidence, they reluctantly admitted to just altering the armpits but denied any mistakes on their part. They told my mother that I must have gained 15-20 lbs and they told me that the stitching that my expert tailor exposed (assuring us that none of it was original) was just the original stitching. Luckily, my tailor was able to fix the dress and I barely ate the next few days so I could button the final button. I spent nearly $3000 on my dress and their overpriced alterations which nearly ruined my dress. This was among the most stressful experiences of both my mother and Is life and we were treated terribly by Mayfair bridal, who refused to admit any fault and was downright rude to my mother and I. I want to mention that at no point did we ask for a refund or compensation for their terrible error. They were just this awful.This company cares nothing about the brides that they supposedly serve and cares only about protecting the bottom line. This is a very shady and dishonest establishment--avoid it at all costs!

Okay so I am getting married next year Yaaaay!!!🎊 and I have been going to quite a few bridal shops searching for the perfect dress. However a lot of these bridal shops are really stuck up and either they didnt greet me or when the did its as if they judged me and hardly gave me the time of day so I thought for sure thats what would happen here but to my suprise the most pleasant energetic Miss NERY greeted me and never left my side until I found the dress of my dreams I cannot say enough about her patience and professionalism she is the best. So to all my fellow brides to-be reading this go there and ask for NERY you wont be sorry every bride should feel special looking for her dress and she did that for me

This bridal shop has a good selection of dresses and seemingly good customer service when you walk in but dont be fooled. Everything was going great until my bridesmaids decided to get their dresses from the store (which is $$$). They charge premium prices but fell completely short after they took our money.1. Did not deliver the dresses on time:Although we came a little late to the game, my bridesmaids picked out their dresses in early February for my wedding on April 22. The owner assured me that she can rush ship the dresses for an upcharge on 65$ and the dresses would be there well in advance so alterations could be done. Needless to say, the wedding was 3 weeks away and we havent heard a thing. It was very stressful and each time we called we received vague answers about when they would arrive. They finally arrived with one week to go...and they were the wrong length. (see below)2. Dresses were ordered in the wrong length without our knowledge, and she still made us pay for the alterations!!The owner promised that the dresses my bridal party picked out came in a short and long length and there shouldnt be a problem getting them in short length in time. They ensured us that if they were not able to order the shorter length that they would call my ladies to let them know. We didnt hear anything from the shop so we assumed that everything went well and our dresses would arrive how we wanted them. In addition to arriving much much later than they originally stated, they came in long. The owner assured me that she left me a message telling me she wasnt able to get the dresses in the shorter length. And to make matters worse, she still made me ladies pay for the alterations to make them short. There was no apology about their mistake.TL;DR This place is not honest. They will make promises to earn your business that they cannot keep. And once they have you locked in, they will nickel and dime you to death. Super disappointed.
