Excellent customer service! We didn’t know we needed an appointment but they still were able to help us. I showed the super nice employee a picture and she found the exact dress. It was probably one of the best dress shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I said yes to a quinceanera-like princess dress to be my second look dress for my upcoming Disney wedding. So beautiful and excellent service. Highly recommend this place!

The customer service here is GREAT! Everyone is super helpful and the merchandise is beautiful. Pete was able to help us find the perfect dress and all the accessories. They were even able to do the alterations on time so my daughter could get her pictures done early. Definitely a one stop shop for getting all our outfits for her special day. Worst costumer service I’ve every seen in my life. They are not consistent with what they tell people. If you decide to come here make sure you wear your best clothes so they treat you better. Read their one star reviews they seem more accurate than all the five star ones they magically get. Their reply’s on their one star reviews reflect how they treat you in the store.

We had a fantastic experience at Alamo Bridal purchasing my daughters quinceanera dress. She picked the first dress she saw at Alamo. Having alterations done in house made the experience stress free. Shopping during pandemic presented challenges but the staff here planned and dealt with it well. We had great service at every step!

This place is wonderful for all of your bridal party needs! We got our bridesmaid dresses, groomsmen tuxedos, flower girl dress and flower granny dress all at Alamo Bridal. They were so timely in calling all of the wedding party to come in to get fitted and then again to come in for alterations. Pete was excellent with details. All of the groomsmen had pocket squares to match our theme. We looked everywhere for bridesmaid dresses, but Alamo Bridal had the style, price and colors we were looking for. They orchestrated everything perfectly so that when it was time to pick up everything for the big day, it was all neatly labeled and organized. They gave plenty of time to return the rentals and offered options for everyones budget. Highly recommend these people to help make your wedding day beautiful and stress free.

I saw that the owner replied with a copy and pasted reply and to say that my account is a ghost account is ridiculous. I simply didnt want to add a description, because I had a horrible experience with you and decided to not deal with it. Now will explain why, you guys are liars. You lied to my mother that you guys never knew that she paid for something in the dress. So will that explained why?

Yadi so awesome and patient with us in choosing my daughters quince dress. She was so sweet and made the process so easy! I went to Alamo Bridal on a Sunday, I found a dress that I really liked. When I came out of the fitting room (which they provided,) an older lady told me I could not be there as I didn’t have an appt. and had to leave.There are no signs on their door or Website that state by Appt Only! Terrible customer service!

My daughter is having her quince out of state on a short time they work with me I bought my daughter a charro dress custom made. They have the best service Yadira help us with the making of the selection of the crown and everything. Pete was always so nice when it comes to the service as well an Mrs Torres that did the alterations that were necessary for the perfect fit of the dress. I’m very happy and pleased and the most important my daughter is so happy. I highly recommend Alamo bridal ❤️

They day we went to purchase and try on dresses it was horrible. They rushed us and were no help. We bought 2 dresses and they gave us the wrong petticoats. We drove all the way back to exchange them. They lied and said they were the right ones. I called and sent pictures to another dress shop owner and they said they were too small that a charro hoop was bigger. That place is trash. Never returning and definitely going to make sure everyone I know never does business there.

Lady was so rude and didn’t have my dress the day she said it was gonna come in , she screamed at me for booking my pictures and told me to wait till I got my dress mind you were almost to the middle of august and my sweet 16 is at the end of September and I still need to put my pictures on the invites but overall the lady was just disrespectful.

If youre in the market for gorgeous dresses do yourself a favor and go to Ricarlo dresses on 3534 Fredericksburg rd, they have immaculate gowns & way better customer service then Alamo bridal. The only reason we chose this place was because my daughter loved the dress she first saw here, had I know sooner that Ricarlo had the same exact dress then rest assured I would have gone there instead.

Very disappointed after we picked the dresses for our daughters quinceañera only to find out a day before they werent the same dress we ordered and with proof the lady who places the order insisted they were. They changed the material of the dresses and didnt even tell us. Very rude and unprofessional. Please dont trust them.

Today was the first day of our Quince adventure! Pete has been wonderful from the first phone call to book the appointment, I was so glad to see him today and made our nerves settle a bit. Pete was also helping another family and he definitely gave perfect balance between the two with great attitude, and not the sarcastic This is just a job nice, and thats really refreshing these days. Our daughter had a great first experience because of Pete and all she/we did today while looking at other places, is compare them to Pete and they did not measure up. I know this is a long review but honestly you deserve so much more. We could never thank you enough and just keep being you, because its the best!

We had the best experience for sure. Yadi from the initial moment we called to book an appointment was so nice. When it came to the day of our appointment she definitely went above and beyond. Made recommendations allowed us to pick dresses and spent 3 hours with us never once making us feel rushed but made sure that every dress tried on by my daughter felt comfortable and listened for things she liked and disliked to recommend other dresses. We drove all the way from Austin and it was worth the drive, I highly recommend Alamo Bridal.

This place is great! The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. Pete helped me get different ideas and helped me pick out the perfect style for what i liked. They had a great variety of wedding, prom and quince colors and styles. I would highly recommend to anyone! It was also very affordable.

I found Alamo Bridal to be refreshingly honest and helpful. At first I was put off with their no pictures policy. I had gone to multiple quinceanera stores in Austin and they all let me take pictures but Alamo Bridal was not rude about it, just honest with their policy. They let my daughter try on 3 dresses (which is standard policy for most stores) and were very honest about which one they thought looked better. They immediately told me which dress they could have in time and which ones took longer and were very open about prices. Other stores offered a positive review on all dresses or no opinion at all and always had to go look up the pricing and how long it would take to get it. When we told them that we had other appointments at other stores, they reassured us we would be welcomed back if we didnt find anything else anywhere else. And they were right!! We were back and ordered the dress!! Overall, very positive experience and I would recommend this place to others.

Went in a few weeks ago to try on black dresses for my own wedding. Right away Pete pulled a couple out that I adored, and once i told him I was looking for something with more stretch he narrowed them down and I was able to find the perfect dress! This store has a great selection and the stylists know exactly what theyre doing! Coming back for my sister wedding dress soon!!

We felt so welcomed from the moment walked in. The fact that my daughter has a dress already that was gifted by a family friend didnt make a difference to them. When we said we were just looking for a Tiara, we didnt get dissed or given less of the best customer service that we deserved. My Baby Girl said yes to the tiara of her dreams. I’m giving 5 stars for Pete’s customer service. We rented the men’s shoes and I didn’t like the material of the shoe. They looks like a toy shoe. But overall I had no problems with the customer service. Pete went out of his way to deliver the shoes to my house after his work day was over. I appreciate that so much. The warehouse made a mistake and Pete came through. Plus my son said at the end of the night the shoe was comfortable

I bought my wedding dress here for my Hawaiian beach wedding. Pete really listened to what I wanted, had dresses already selected for when I arrived, and really knew what fits would look good for my wedding aesthetic. I ended up purchasing a dress he picked out!

I came in a few days ago and found the perfect dress but since it was the beginning of my dress search I didnt get it right away, I told them that I would still be looking but Id most likely come back for the dress. They were very kind and even left it out hoping Id come back to pick it up. When I came back they remembered me and the dress I had intended on purchasing and were very quick to get it from the back. Also, as me and my mom were looking at the jewelry, they were very helpful in making sure we got a necklace that complimented the dress well. I’ve tried contacting through Facebook and calling and can’t get through. I’ve heard so many good things about this store but I was told through Facebook they were book until the end of July. I asked what is available no response, so I requested for an appointment all the way in October and it got denied and they message me to call the store. Which I did that and that’s why I requested through Facebook. Customer service so far has not been good for me.
