Left my car there for warranty repair and to get new tires. Took them almost a month to update software, change tires and a part related to the steering. For some reason they hold on to the car for a week without starting repairs the rep that took the car went missing for a week and After complaining as to why it was taking so long they kept saying they were awaiting parts and that once done they would deliver it. After getting a date it would be delivered I called that morning to make sure and they confirmed it was going to be delivered. Once late afternoon arrived no delivery had been made. Had to call sales department to call their boss to find my car and to deliver it since they forgot. Car had almost no fuel and it was a mess inside with tire change bolt missing and bolt caps. When I went there to get it they accused me of lying about the bolt caps but promised to get new ones and mail them to me. Another lie because till this day I have not received the bolt caps. Also had to get them to charge correct amount for tires they over charge me almost 1k extra because they forgot to apply the discount since it was a deal.

Worked with Doug today. Im impressed. Everything he said he would do he did. Thats all a customer ever wants. So simple. Much appreciation for Ken in parts also. Couple of great guys.
