I went in for an oil change, it seemed to be too quick for them to have done my oil change, it took like 10mins, but I cant prove it, I just know when I have taken it elsewhere it takes a good 20 to 25 mins minimum depending on people ahead of me!

Oscar is a great and honest guy. Hes reliable and dependable. Prices are great. Hes knowledgable on variety of cars. I trust my Audi in his hands than the dealership.

Was kind of rude and was acting like if I didnt speak Spanish and was speaking to his buddy but I understand Spanish and I told him so the tone have changed but the guy was able to do it and offer me a decent price so just be careful for those who are non-bilingual when dealing with mechanics

This has been so far the best service Ive gotten in an auto shop. Everyone there was so professional and made me feel welcomed and most of all comfortable. We all know that being a girl that has no clue about cars is very challenging to find an honest mechanic. This place never made me feel like they were trying to take advantage, and explained everything so I could understand and be on the same page.

Saved by Emmanuel! Got off work today to discover an almost rim flat tire. Went to Discount Tire to be left waiting for 30min with no word. I left and drove down Bandera to find Speedy Gonzales. Emmanuel was there and helped me with mo hesitation- even though the shop was closed! Charged a sliver of what Discount Tire would have charged and was super friendly!! We have been going to them for years. They do great work and have no problem with letting us know what they can do or what we really need to do. They give us heads up on cost before doing things and we have never felt taken or overpriced.

This place sucks. I took my car to get my brakes fixed, and I know for a fact that they did not change at least one of the brake pads. These guys are a bunch of thieves who do not how to run a freaking business. But dont worry, I will be investigating this so called shop. You try and have faith in people, and they turn around and screw you over. If you do end up going here, stay and observe what repairs they make because they save costs by not replacing parts that need replacement. Thats how they spend less money; not only that, but you have to pay cash if you want to avoid taxes. The reason? They dont report the revenue coming from cash. Why? They pay less federal taxes. Ridiculous, but theyre so predictable. Theyre just a bunch of freaking chumps looking to screw anyone over. My advice: never go there!

Emmanuel took care immediately of what needs to be repaired. After one call, did not even have to set up an apppointment. It was a quick in & out repair. Pricing was fair too. I would definitely recommend this shop for any auto repair needs.

This place is so dishonest. Seems like $300 is the labor cost for EVERYTHING. I took my car in for AC work. Carlos told me to order the parts and hed charge me $300. I ordered the parts...the car parts store ordered us the wrong part ( I know not the mechanics error) but he didnt make sure it was the correct part and took the seals off so we had to pay for another AC kit costing us another $325. Took him the parts. He cut a hose and fixed it. Two days later my hose was leaking. They said theyd do us a favor and fix the hose but we had to provide yet another. He gave us a warranty for labor and his work but because he didnt fix the hose right he was gonna eat the cost of labor to re do it. Thanks for the favor. I went to pick up my vehicle and now my radiator had a huge leak and even though I live an hour away he said I could drive home just not to let the car get hot. I refused to take it. He wanted to charge yet another $300 to put a radiator on. Plus $200 for the part. I went over to the parts store picked it up for $150 took it to him. He took another 3 days to get it on. Now two weeks later the hose is leaking again. My car has been there all week. I called and they hung up on me. I call back no one answers. They are very dishonest and I think they do things just to get you back at thier shop. I have spent 1200 now. This is not right.

I wouldnt even give this place one star if I didnt have to. Took my vehicle there telling them that its possible a head might have been blown. They did $305 worth of work. Had to take the car back a day later after getting it back for the same thing. They charged us $40 to do more work. The owner said the engine was good and everything was working. Had to take the car back yet again the next day for the same thing. This time when we dropped it off one of the mechanics said he told the manager that we had been dealing with that he thinks a head is blown. This time when we picked it up they finally said a head was blown. Feel so ripped off and that they are dishonest and unprofessional. Dont go here.

Great place. They have been Fixing my Infiniti since I arrive in San Antonio. Very friendly and respectful staff. Emanuel was very helpful in fixing the problem on my SUV. No run arounds just straight to the problem. He was very helpful and showed a lot of care towards my families well being

Worst place ever still fixing my car after a year of all the work they did owner is rude and arrogant will never go back . dont care if they fix it right always just ready for next money coming in . its about time truth was posted.they act like there doing you a favor after they screw up . I just ask the lord for justice after the way they treat people. Dont even chance it youll regret it .
