Joe Hudson Collision Center was great to work with! They give frequent updates on the status of your repair while the car is in the car is in the shop, were able to assist with getting the rental car picked up and dropped off, and even finished 3 days ahead of schedule! Quality of the repair is good, and my truck was shiny and clean when I picked up. I will definitely be a return customer for future repairs.

My car recently got hit from the back and I took it here based on good reviews. They did an awesome job and Rosalyne has great customer service! She stayed late after they closed to wait for me to pick up my car and when I wasnt satisfied with the bumper they fought with the insurance to get a new bumper. Would definitely recommend.

OMG!!! The work that Joe Hudson provides through it’s employees is beyond professional!! My BMW was damaged in the front and their repair work was just unbelievable! The detail to the repairs & the wax job, cleaning the interior afterwards was b-e-a-utiful!! When I arrived to pick up my BMW, I saw it and even asked myself if that was mine-lol; it looked brand spankin’ new! Went in with a ding in my 2020 truck and came out with compound still on the door and a bubble of dried clear coat at the bottom. Door panel was scratched and door panel wasnt put on correctly. Trim clips fit loose now. Checked the battery and they had put the positive cable cover just on the middle of the battery. Luckily it didnt fall while I was driving. I checked that the next day. My cup holders were full of white stuff. I was told theyd get me a new bezel for my door handle that had scratched in about 3 days. Its been a week with no response. Also, when I roll the window down and up, theres a sticky streak like something wasnt put together correctly on the inside of the door panel. Smh. I dont even want them to fix it at this point. This was on my 2020 truck. It was a month old when I took it in. Never again.

I am not known to write reviews, but when you get the type of service I received at Joe Hudsons; I felt it was my job to write one. From the moment I contacted the shop and spoke with Rosalyne up through the point I met Danny, the experience and professionalism was outstanding! They kept in touch to the point I was receiving step by step details as to where they were with my repairs. I had a choice to use anyone of six shops and I felt very comfortable with the reviews I read on Joe Hudson prior to making my decision. That is why I chose them. I dropped my car off on Monday and was told it would be ready on Friday. I found this to be pretty quick and they outdid themselves because I got my car one day early. Awesome! Being in an industry where customer service is synonymous with professionalism, I would emphatically recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

Great job had my car done in less than 4 days. The desk person is super nice and will keep you informed how your works progressing. Also they will text you Hoyt everything is progressing. This place was absolutely fantastic!!... I chose it as an option from a progressive claim and saw reviews. They live up to the high rating plus some! The service was genuinely friendly, the work was done right, and the work was completed early!!!. I received many updates on when my vehicle would be ready and what stage in the repair process it was in. Every time I called I was promptly assisted. 3 times I called and they needed to call me back, they did so exactly when they said they would. That doesn’t often happen so very impressed. Everyone is very knowledgeable and up front with repair necessities. I will have to mention one more time though. While the body work and process they have in place is awesome - the customer service FAR EXCEEDED any of my expectations and was phenomenal!!!. I hope to never need repairs on a vehicle again, but I would send people I know and love there from now on without a doubt.... There are many options out there to choose from, and I’m so happy that I chose Joe Hudson.... trust me. You should too!!Thank you Joe Hudson, y’all are awesome!!... especially you Rosalyn!! 👍

I will start out with the positives. Very fast turn around, friendly service, spotless facility. They are very conveniently located, and even arranged for the rental car company to meet me there when I dropped off my car. I chose them because they are a Progressive Authorized auto repair shop. The bad - the paint was not matched properly. When I called to let them know, they said my vehicle had been in an accident before (news to me, we bought it from a dealership and there was no record of an accident), and that it had been painted before. If you can take a sample of literally anything to Lowes and Home Depot and get it perfectly matched, I dont understand why they werent able to do the same thing. So now I have a bumper that doesnt quite match the rest of my vehicle.*Edit - I most certainly was not contacted to inform me about the discrepancy in color. In fact, nothing was mentioned at all. I brought the vehicle home and noticed it when it was in direct sunlight (It was parked in the shade when I picked it up). Its unfortunate that some businesses cannot take their lumps and admit when theyve screwed up.

I went to these guys with a simple repair and and they burned me when I went to to resolve the problem they gave me the run around I wouldn’t give these guys money if I was you or my time. So unprofessional and no communication

I really liked this collision center. First of all they did a great job on my Mazda, which is always the most important thing. Everything has a life time warranty which shows how confident they are in their work. The most impressive thing to me was that they updated me every step of the way. I was receiving texts, emails and phone calls just updating me on the status of my car daily. I liked that personally instead of just receiving a phone call randomly one day saying my cars ready. Im pretty busy so I was able to adjust my work and school schedule around when my car was finished. Hopefully i never get into another car accident but if I do Id definitely bring my car back here!!!!

I had my Dodge Ram pick up repaired at Joe Hudsons Collison center about 2 weeks ago these guys did a great job! I had damage on the right rear part of the bed and the bumper was also damaged they completed the repairs in about 4 days the paint matched perfectly the staff are very professional they kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. They detailed my truck before I picked it up. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

I always knew via text the status of the repairs and the expected date it was to be finished and returned. It was a good sized repair and it took 3 1/2 days and it was clean and looking new. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a collision repair.

Probably the fastest, easiest service we’ve ever had. Customer service was top notch and I really liked the text messages that kept me in the loop on the status of my repair. The body work was flawless. Would highly recommend.

Im going to give Joe Hudson 5 stars. Ive had damages repaired on my red Honda Accord and sliver Toyota Tundra in a span of 5 months. USAA and Joe Hudson took care of me. Danny and Rosalyn of Joe Hudson both did a phenomenal job catering to my needs. They did take a little longer than estimated to repair some rock chips, two dings, a rear bumper top, and grille. To be fair, they had to reject 5 grilles for my truck due to companies shipping them damaged. Some rock chips were noticed on the leading edge of the roof for my truck as well. USAA approved the additional work and that took some extra time to repair. I was highly pleased with the professionalism and the overall work that was completed. Danny even had the Joe Hudson team install a chrome bug deflector I had purchased for free! The bug deflector had to be installed partly behind the new grille anyway. I appreciate everything you all did for me. Thanks! Mr. Hicks

Lack of customer serviceTelling you your car will be ready and you plan your schedule. If we didnt call on our way to pick it up we wouldnt of known. Then the women tells us our insurance and rental company are updated but meanwhile the car owners arent updated. OH surprise the car rental company didnt know.REDICULOUS

It happened to me and cant imagine how many others. The work is great but horrible customer service skills. And its funny how the want to try and put blame on others when its their employees who say one thing and have u sign things when you drop off vehicle then you get a call that what was told to you was wrong. This is not just with the insurance company trust me. Its the staff that mis informs you and starts these issues. So plz dont apologize when everything was fine untill i received a call from your employees.
