Everytime Ive been to this shop they have taken care of me. They are polite and attentive. If they are unable to locate a part Robert will do his best to find a solution to your problem. My car has been in his shop several times this past month for different reasons, I was able to drop off and pick up same day. Hes the shop you want to take your car to. (Dont ignore the light)

Robert was very unprofessional, he broke our key, left wires pulled loose from our dash.Jammed our battery box in backwardsThen made it seem like we didnt know what we told him. Charged us to diagnoseNever provided any kinds of new information other than what we told him then tried to say we were lyingHe can garuntee I wont be recommending him ever

Took my son s10 to the body shop to fix his doorThe pins and bushing needed to be replaced and the roller and the door needed a brace on the hinge the door has lots of wear and tear from the previous owner so we wanted to address the situation RobertBody shop is very Unexperience when it comes to this issue he act like he knew what to do but his works didn’t he over charged on work he didn’t do. He presents his self as a godly man I don’t know what kind of god cheats people and take there money for a job they didn’t perform over charged my son the door is worse now then before taking over there. His nothing more then a scam don’t trust his body shop....Scam!🤬I ask for money back you gave half and the bank gave us the rest for you negligence

MY RADIO AND DASH WAS STOLEN from this shop, Robert Guerra left my doors unlocked so it was easy access for the thieves inside of my vehicle. My truck was only there for a diagnostic because he kept putting me off for 2 weeks and in that time my property was stolen while my truck was there because I was waiting for him to replace my fuel pump, which he never did because MY PROPERTY WAS STOLEN from me and my truck was just sitting there waiting for them to get to work done so I had to get my truck towed from his shop to another one without a radio and dash.DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!

Left my car for 3 months and hasn’t done nothing to it all he did was take my engine out and made up excuses to why it’s not done . Worst service I’ve ever experienced will not recommend doing business here.

His worker caused more problems for my diesel truck. I had transmission parts robbed off my truck. They had me replace parts that didnt need to be replaced. Bottom line I will never recommend this place to no one.

Rrantys receipt. Asked why he did not say anything about the thrust bearings in April. He said because we werent looking for it. Complained to his landlord. He wont do anything. Complained to the Better Business Bureau Case ID # 9908633. I am out a total of $1550 plus parts and going down there half the time. The work has to be done all over again. I have the car and can show anyone the quality of his work. He does not take Credit Cards. Has a similar complaint on Yahoo. His landlord does not care. No guarantee. Do NOT take your car to Robert Guerras Auto Repair!!!

I never return to that workshop, I charge a lot of money and just have to change spark plugs and wires to my Ford Explorer 95, and it looks like a new one. With the gasoline pump was changed, and many more parts that were not needed.
