I planned on purchasing bigger tires for my truck but the manager and employees wanted me to check out the way it was going to look, they told me it would rub my front bumper. The team at Goodyear was very fast and efficient installing the new tires that I had bought. What made it even better was that Corey (the manager) didnt try to pressure me into buying something that was more than I wanted to spend. In addition to this, it was noticed that the tires I had on my car seemed to be wearing out on one more than the other. They checked the alignment on my wheels to make certain that my new tires werent going to wear incorrectly.

Staff is very friendly, and honest! I come here all the time for my maintenances, and they always take care of me!

THE BEST PLACE EVER!!!! I got a flat on Sunday night and needed a new tire and I went to pep boys (BIG MISTAKE). They said I needed a wheel and a new tire okay understandable ill have to wait a few days and I was okay with that but a whole week?! I couldnt drive on my spare for that long so I decided to go to Goodyear and they were able to get the part and the wheel And installed ALL IN ONE DAY! I dropped off the car at 1pm and picked it up at 530pm!!!! Veerrrryyy satisfied. If I ever do need a tire again ill definitely be coming back, Thank You!!!

I went to this location and asked for a tune up and the guy on told me 185.00 plus tax and oil change is separate which I understood that’s normal . But then he starts to give prices for gas filter change added 100 bucks and then told me I need to pay for air filters 151.39 . Which is a complete rip off . I waited on air filters but end up paying 185.00 just for spark plugs to be changed . Per good year website all the above is covered under a tune up . So I’m trying to understand ? But if your a female take a guy with you because they pull fast ones . I will never do business with good year at all my first and last time .

Took my vehicle in for scheduled routine maintenance and a wheel alignment. Pleasant experience once again. I had an appointment scheduled so, I didn’t wait long at all. I only sat in the lobby for about an hour.

Went in for brakes to be checked n replaced if needed..... The was there for 24hrs n i never got a phone call so i called them.... I was told my brakes had nothing wrong.... When i got the car back my gas tank was on empty from half a tank and my brakes were still grinding... Took it to another major chain company and they replaced the brakes now they make no noise.... Bottom line be careful when going here my experience was not good but maybe it is for others

Had a bit of of a wait for my tire appointment, made online. Both service guys I dealt with were pleasant and professional. Everything was explained clearly to me.They inspected brakes while wheels were off and informed me back brakes needed to be cleaned and adjusted, explaining there was a lot of brake dust in the back brakes.They offered free alignment testing and said back wheels were out of alignment. I had that work done as well.Initial feel of the combination of new tires, back alignment, and brakes being cleaned is very good and smooth. Steering is easier and turning seems a bit sharper. Braking seems more complete.

The service they give is always excellent this is why I and my family take our vehicles to them at Goodyear they are extremely through and professional. Ive purchased four sets of tires at this location and Im always pleased with the service and attention to detail both during the original sale and any subsequent service needs.

Was told l had a dead cell in battery so l purchased another in april 2019. My battery still had a year left on it however l did not get one free or at a discount. They sold me a cheap battery not the same kind l had . after moving had trouble and found out this battery also has a dead cell. Not even 7 months. Please make sure you get the best battery and that you get it installed correctly. Would have saved me a great deal of trouble down the road.

Not only did they treat me good but sitting here waiting for my vehicle; I saw them help other customers with great results and go above and beyond when necessary. For many years I’ve been going to discount tire, but I started to get tired of all the up sales and BS! I was referred to Goodyear by a friend and it was the best decision! I was really impressed with Corey and his staff! First class and they streamline the process of buying tires. No up sales, they explained everything about the tires and warranty. You’re in and out in a timely matter!

Needed tires for my daughters car as she had a flat and needed new tires anyway. I called late in the day on a Friday, about 3:30 pm. Adam sent a driver to pick up tires for my daughters car at their warehouse. I made an appointment for 5:30 pm and was rolling out 45 minutes later. I dropped off my car for an oil change with Adam Castro when I came to pick it up, I had left my wallet at home and without hesitation he offered to give me a ride to go pick up! This was such great service and I had only came in for the cheapest deal! You cant find great management like this anywhere I promise you!!

Went in to get my tires checked out. They were quick, efficient and very professional! Ill be back!

Walked in at 12 and the manager said he will take care of me for an alignment and wheel balancing (maximum wait is 2 hours acourding to him). After almost 5 hours of waiting they are about to close and the manager tells me the alignment guy is not in and they only know to adjust the toe on the steering. I’ve done work on my truck at a lot of other shops like discount tire, firestone and pep boys none of them have ever made me wait this long on a Sunday with an empty shop without an alignment guy to start with. I’m really disappointed by their horrible customer service. Also don’t purchase the 3 year alignment or any warranty from here because if you aren’t paying you will wait. Almost 8 new/paying customers who showed up after me got out before they touched my truck. I expected better from a shop with the Goodyear name on it.

I got a new set of tires and the service was fast and efficient. A few months down the road I ended up with a nail in one of my tires. I stopped by and they took care of it quickly free of charge. Great shop with great service.

Fast and friendly service

Came to this Goodyear store expecting expert service. Purchased top of the line all terrain tires and drove them at highways speeds. Bad vibrations - took them back for a re-balance. Same thing happened. Got frustrated and called customer service. With some heavy complaining I got my money and original tires back. Went to Discount tire and found out the Goodyear store didnt even take the original factory weights off the wheel to balance the tires. Half of the rim had weights on it. They took them off with the new tires I purchased and put 2 small weights and bingo! No issues. Customer service from this store is no good if something goes wrong. Goodyear should look at making some changes here.

Javier & Andy are True Professionals--Ive had a good variety of issues to my car (as I do a lot of driving) and they ALWAYS seem to find a practical and cost-efficient solution!When it comes to my 2013 Dodge Charger, Im very weary about who I trust and whom I have confidence in to do my repairs--but over & over again, Javier and Andy take care of me and never push what I dont need! Thats why I keep coming to this location even after I moved further away two years ago from this repair shop! Ask for them by Name--theyll win-over your business, guaranteed!!

I took my car in to get inspected. The mechanic on duty said I need to change my brakes. He said There is an extremely loud metal to metal noise coming from your brakes. I had my brakes changed a year ago. He quoted me $550 to replace my brakes and failed my inspection. There was no noise. I took my car to another shop, which they said I still had 80% life remaining on my brakes. There was no noise and he passed my inspection. He also said there are a lot of places making stuff up to buy there stuff. I never expected from this place, but now I know.

I always take my vehicles here. They do excellent work and are very honest. Not pushy at all. They tell me exactly what I need done and fix the problem.

Half fast alignment. They could of done a little better. Only fixed the red part. The green range wasnt touched.

Went there because our car was wobbling and we knew it was a the back tire. We got there 10 minutes before closing and they took one look at the tire and said it was fine, we went up the road to a ntb shop and they confirmed our tire was about to blow due to separation. The people at good year saw our car seat and baby stuff in the back & HAD notice Im 9 months pregnant and still lied to my face and said the tire was fine and let us drive off knowing we could have got in a serious accident if that tire blew on the highway. Will never go back and if I were anyone I wouldnt trust them at all.

3 hours for tire rotation and oil change, people came and went my car sat outside finished for 20 minutes before they checked me out. Friendly but not fast/efficient by any measure.

Ive been going to this Goodyear location for over a year and will continue on doing business with them. One, because they always do a good job. Ive never had problems after any service (note: Ive only gone in for minor things like oil and battery changes). Two, I never feel pushed into getting any extra work done. If the mechanics note something off about my vehicle, like a misalignment, they let me know and ask if Id like it taken care of. If I decide to wait until a later visit or just let it go, there is no pressure. Three, the workers are very respectful and professional. Ive dealt with a few and theyve all been great, most especially Doug. I can trust them to not try to con me (unlike a previous place who took it upon themselves to run a $200 computer diagnostic on my car when I took it in suspecting--rightly-- that the spark plugs needed a simple change). Four, they have regular seasonal oil change with free tire rotation specials. If its not being advertised at their location, check the Goodyear online site and all coupons from there are honored.

I took my rental car to this place for free servicing as they had tie up with enterprise.But as soon as they came to know it was a rental car they didnt do any 30 point check to the car just changed the oil .I would rather recommend Firestone since they offer much better servicing in there.

They screwed up my alignment and they claim they couldnt do it because it needed control arms. Manager claims that the guy who does alignment has 30 years of experience, everyone there looked like in their late 30s so i dont think they started working there by 10 years old. So I took it to another shop and payed nother $100 for alignment and they fixed it. No parts needed. Theyll just take your money go to another place for your vehicle needs. Dont waste your time.

I have been taking my ride to these guys for a while. They are friendly and have always done excellent work.

Oil changes and inspections are perfect here, the wait isnt a pain and they have coffee and water while you wait. Anything other than that is crazy expensive however, but theres so many auto repair shops nearby so you shouldnt have to resort to getting it done there.

I tried to get my car serviced, and I would comment on their performance if I could have made an appointment with them. The person at the front desk was short with me, dismissive and maybe even a bit insulting. I won’t say anything about their service, because I didn’t get any; but they need to make big improvements on customer interaction.

The guys have helped us out with all 3 if our cars over the years. Loyal customer has been earned!

Worse customer service horrible communication I have ever experienced all I wanted them to do was replace fuel level sensor. When i called i was told mechanic was out and I should wait until next week. So I waited brought vehicle in at 0900 friday and waited to be called but they insistent that they needed to perform a diagnostic ($99 dollar upgrade) but would call me within 2 hours...5 hours later received a call saying tell mechanic was behind....hour later i stopped by to check on vehicle still nothing...I got me keys and left VERY DISAPPOINTED inconsistent customer service poor communication with customer... lost my busy

Set an appointment for first thing in the morning for vehicle inspection. When I get there they tell me their inspection system has been down so they arent doing inspections but I can go downtown...

Everything they do here takes forever. There is no haste in there movement and you can tell in the first 10 minutes there talking to anybody. A tire change took 4 days because they screwed up the calipers and on top of that they charged the company I work for, fleet account. Would not suggest this location.

Absolutely horrible I went to get my alignment fixed and now its so much worse! This is my steering wheel trying to go straight down the road. Its sideways!

I have never been helped so much as I was when I went to this place I really needed assistance and I got it and they fix my cable and my battery and the price was very low I didnt believe it was just low and the people very nice and you can watch TV while you wait
