Nesloney is the only garage Id take my car to in San Antonio. Unless youre under warranty and going to a dealer, this garage is your best bet. They mechanics are pros, incredibly responsive over the phone, detailed in explaining their work flow, and most importantly, it never ever has felt like I was being mislead in all the times Ive trusted them with my car. They are worth every penny.

I always Take my Trk to Eric( Nesloney auto) i believed in his work and always happy when service was done ! I am heart broken to hear of Eric. My condolences to all his love ones. He will truly be missed.

Great service. My wife and I took a vehicle in for some work. Eric told us it would be done at a certain time and it was finished as promised, in fact a few hours early. I just moved into the Dellview neighborhood and I will be bringing my business to Nesloney.

Thank you for the quick fix! We were on our way back to Houston, our car hit something on I10 and the metal part fell off from the bottom of the car. We Googled the closest car repair shop and it took us here. The owner quickly had his guy perform a check and took the broken part out. The employee was very friendly and told us the metal part might not had been installed properly and then advised us to go to a dealership to order a new one after we get back to Houston. He didnt charge us anything for the labor and we were able to get on the road within 10 mins. Thank you so much for giving us the peace of mind!

These guys are the example of what you want out of mechanics. They keep it 1000 with you!I was test driving a car from a small lot down the street. They said theyd look it over for free. As soon as they got it on the lift, they came banging at the window.I went out and they went through all the things wrong with it. They so honest and forthcoming, it was incredible. They told me to take the car back and run! The very next day, I got ahold of a 2006 Ford Taurus and they were so ready to help again.They were very pleased at how great the condition was. There were no issues, minus a tire to replace and they gave me a couple tips and sent me on my way.If you are looking for a shop in San Antonio that wont try to gouge or scam you, THEY. ARE. IT.THANKS BOYS!

I live close by read review on here about state inspections so i pull up around 12:15pm. Two guys sitting in break room eatting lunch. I open the door to ask about inspections and im greeted by this little boy mechanic licking his dirty fingers asking what do i want. When i begin to ask avout inspections he rolls his eyes and in a rude tone tells me to close the door cant i see the AC is on? Now i understand when ur working hard and you are on lunch you might not wanna be disturbed but if thats the case dont eat in the front office and if you do dont get upset when you meet a new customer. You lost a customer for life in the first 30 seconds of interaction not a good look for your buisness.Update 1:34pm response to owner. Sir first off i could care less that fact that yall were eatting. I would never expect anyone to cut their lunch short that was not the issue the issue was the way that your employee spoke to me. And you just contradicted yourself if your employee was not rude to me why did you feel the need to speak with him when i left about the way he spoke to me? I know your gonna stick up for your buddy so its ok i know what happened and i would not get on here and lie to other folks but now a days reviews go a long way like i said the reason i tried your buisness was because of a review. So yesyou lost a 7-8$ customer today but also lost any referrals or buisness that would have also generated from me. Nothing left to say about this buisness but did find another shop to get inspected right around the corner. They were on lunch in the back of the shop not in the only place were customers can sit like at yours and even ran out to me to see what they could help me with when i did not see them and almost left. On top of that the guy says they were on lunch and come back in 45 mins no problems came back in and out go my inspection within 15 mins and very frindly service @ Texas Collision right around the corner on West Ave.

Great service and true to their word! They know their stuff and wont try to take advantage of you, you can trust what they say and be safe in the knowledge that they did a job well done.

Mr. Eric and Mr. Clay were incredibly kind and direct during my visit. They let me know exactly what was wrong with my car and what they did to fix it. Driving home, my car felt almost like new. If I ever have any more problems with my car, Im taking it back here!

The service was very straightforward and honest. I never felt taken advantage of which is important to me as a young woman who knows nothing about cars. Went in a couple weeks ago and the owner took time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way that I could understand and never pressured me to get unnecessary expensive repairs. I will be coming back next time I have a car issue and I would recommend this shop to a friend.

This place is REALLY REALLY BAD.......customer service is just not a priority for these guys, also nobody wearing face mask........I never mentioned anything about my vehicle passing or not the inspection if it didnt pass well I have to fix what is wrong with it,my review was based on customer service you guys have no people skills you guys are rude, and read that paper you posted on your door it says employees and customers have to wear a face mask Im assuming you are the rude guy that was sitting in the office without a mask on the entire time I was there, you did not even say hi when I walked in,have a good day.And I already got my inspection done and it passed!!

Had a car towed here for an emergency and was taken care of immediately! Would’ve taken the dealer multiple days to even look at it. My car was fixed and back on the road in no time. I called Nesloney Auto Repair because I was looking to purchase a used vehicle. I asked them if there was any way I could bring the vehicle in on the same day for a pre-purchase inspection. They were very accommodating with my last-minute request and told us to come by.Bringing the vehicle by Nesloney was the best decision I could have made. Clay and Eric immediately evaluated the vehicle I brought in. They visually inspected the whole vehicle, checked engine codes, took a close look under the hood at fluids and the engine. As it turns out, the vehicle was not in the condition promised by the dealer. There were many underlying issues that I would not have noticed that were obvious to Eric and Clay. I decided not to purchase the car after being informed by Nesloney and I can not be more thankful that they enlightened me to the issues.Thank you for they help Nesloney, I will be a returner.

When you go here ask for Eric. He is very skilled and well-trained in Automotive. It is well worth what he charges. He has very good equipment and very good knowledge.

Dropping off a vehicle for service

If you go anywhere else you are doing yourself a disservice. Smartest and most reliable mechanics out there. I come from 20miles away because I know the work will be done right everytime. Keep up the great service guys.

Eric and his team always take great care of our cars and are very patient in communicating what they are doing, how long it will take, and how much it will cost--and then following through. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who does great work in a timely fashion at an affordable cost, I could not recommend Nesloney Auto Repair more highly.

Worst customer service. Don’t even bother going in. After I paid and noticed they shortened me out on my money after I left I called them and it took them 2 weeks for them to call me back saying that they did shorten me on my change, when i went to pick my money up, the owner just threw the money in the counter.. never again coming to this place.. ooohhand they didn’t pass my inspection due to a missing lug not on my wheel after I had bringing my vehicle here the last 2 years and they never said a thing..

Great place for automotive repairs. Took in my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 for a squeaking in the left front. Eric diagnosed a bad hub bearing. And he was right. They replaced it and had it done the next business day! I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve had plenty of work done here and they’re honest mechanics who will keep you on the road at a fair price. A hard thing to find these days. I found them when I lived by the shop and have moved since. I continue to drive across town to get my work done here.
