Car Inspection ReviewCar inspection took the length of completing the mushroom cup on Mario Kart 8 plus a few minutes - so 10-15 minutes. They charge $7 cash or $10 card, but I would have needed to use a $100 to pay in cash, so I was told to just leave a review. I can only speak to the car inspection, but will likely return to see if I can get a larger repair for free :) Really though, Robert and Karen(apparently theres more than one) offered friendly and quick service from my limited experience.

Chris and Skylar were so great accommodating to my busy schedule. They squeezed me in early morning and we thought it would be close, but they and the staff finished my oil change early with plenty of time for my to still get to work. The price was also fantastic. They are kind and professional, I will definitely be coming back here!

Goose Automotive is the best auto shop I’ve ever used. They are extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. They kept me informed of my car’s progress from beginning to end with texts and handled all the pricing details the same way. I took the car in on Friday morning and the job required more than one day, so even though I wasn’t able to get it back that day, they repaired it and got it back to me Monday afternoon. My customer service representative Skylar was the best and even helped me with an unrelated interior problem that I discovered as I was leaving. I would recommend Goose Automotive 100%.

After being referred to Goose Automotive, I was pleasantly surprised that quality work, done right with pure professionalism and great customer service still exists in todays impersonal climate of doing business. Angel G was my Tech during my cars stay here, and let me tell you he sure did live up to his namesake. I own a 2008 SAAB turbo V6 and the head gasket catastrophically failed on me. I scrambled to find a place to do an engine install for me and Goose was the only place that heard me out and was willing to take on the task. These cars are not easy to work on, on top of this being an extra hard engine bay to work in. In what I feel was a reasonable enough time frame, I got my car back with a near brand new engine that Frank was able to locate for me. I know personally how much of a headache these cars can be and I never got one excuse or complaint or even an inkling that they werent confident! Angel went above and beyond for me, and Goose Auto as a whole looked out for me as a customer. I highly recommend Goose Auto, Frank, and my man Angel for being so patient with me and my car. I LOVE my SAAB. Im ecstatic to have her on the road again.

I took my recently purchased used Mini Cooper S to Goose for a simple check engine light diagnosis. They were listed as a reliable and kind local European specialty motors mechanical service. Frank and Chris initially helped me with enthusiasm about my new baby, clarity about their services, and honesty around what they found and how to care for this little beast. Their shuttle drivers were very punctual and enjoyable to ride with back to the shop. I also had the pleasure to meet and work with Karen on closing the service ticket and talking about the joys of Mini ownership. I had an outrageous estimate from the dealer on my Mercedes for brakes. I knew was too much. I called Goose Automotive and spoke with Chris. He was great and helped me get my car in quickly. He came in way under my original estimate and got it done fast. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up when the car was done. Great service. I will definitely be back!!

What an awesome garage with the most attentive, kind & generous young men! Not only did they swiftly replace a bulb over my license plate, but they also ordered in a new bulb for my headlight, swiftly replaced the bulbs & promptly refused any payment! Now, if that is not good old fashioned service, with a smile & a bottle of cold water, then you’ve got a long way to go - these guys are the BEST!

I wish I could honestly give this shop a higher rating, but I didn’t have a very good experience. I paid $1800 just to have the car back in the shop twice before it was correctly repaired. Then, I learned after the fact that I could have had it done for less than half the price somewhere else. I’m sorry, but I did not get a good feeling at this place.

Got a complete ac system for a good price. They told me what to expect and delivered on every promise. Frank was very helpful. They actually finished in1 day what they originally said would the 2. Other shops wanted 5 days! We will use Goose every time!

New to Texas and I was in need of service to my 2014 Q7 without breaking the bank. I was referred to Goose and Chris was that guy!! He quoted me, explained the the services provided and set appointment (which was followed). I was there 2 1/2 hours, the service was done by Angel who also communicated the service that was performed they all was very good people. I definitely will be back for services needed!! Easily the best experience I have had with a mechanic. It was easy to make an appointment, they communicated with me at every step in the process, and the diagnostics and work were done very quickly. They even washed my car at no extra charge. Karen was very knowledgable and personable, and she walked me through all the work and recommendations. I wont take my car anywhere else as long as I live in San Antonio.

Didnt appreciate an $18 charge that was not previously mentioned for shop tools used on top of the agreed $159.99 service I got.I could have gotten the work done for less than half the price but had been led to believe it included more than it did. Left me with a very bad feeling about the place. I will not go back.

This place is absolutely a pleasure to go to. They are the nicest folks and I am always surprised at how affordable everything I have ever gotten done there is. I cant recommend them enough. Go see for yourself, dont just take my word for it.

Where do I start? After hearing from several close friends about goose I had to try them out. My Audi has been my dream car for as long as I can remember. This is the first shop I’ve been to for my 2005 VW Jetta where they know exactly what they’re talking about and all of the staff is absolutely wonderful. I felt comfortable that my car is in great hands the entire time. I won’t be going to anywhere else for my car and I recommend it to everyone I know that needs repairs.

Nice place, good area, pricing is expected BUT as far as staff ( guys working in garage area) total disappointment! While unloading vehicle had 3 employees pass us up 1 laughed while my wife got off truck and jumped on trailer and help push vehicle off she then stopped a guy that was passing us up for the 3rd TIME and asked him for assistance. Couldnt believe what had just happened. Shes still p**t off-lol. Skyler is the reason this place recieve 3 stars- LET THE TRUTH BE TOLD!!!

My VW had been burning oil faster than normal. We took it to VW dealership to look at it and they said it was normal. I took it to Goose to get an oil change and asked them if they could figure out was wrong. They found the problem in the time it took to change the oil. Shout out to Karen, Skyler, Chris, and the mechanics for their help! Also, I was able to drop off my car at lunch on a Thursday and they had it ready by the time I got off work. The 1st time I went to Goose everything was kosher. This past encounter, however, not at all. They had my car sitting for over a month with no estimate of damages or any work done on it. I tried to get the car moved to another shop because no progress was being made. They had my car the whole month of December and half of January with no progress being made on the car. Frank wasn’t there that’s where everything went wrong. Chris was being unprofessional with my insurance telling them that he’s not releasing my car because they have to be compensated for storage fees. However, when my insurance asked the price of the fee he took at least another 2 weeks to get back to them. I was informed by my insurance that someone in the shop tested positive for COVID, which set them back. If that would have been communicated earlier in this process things would not have been such a pain. The lack of communication on Goose’s part has made this process way more complicated and stressful. I love Frank and I wish he had been there when I brought my car in. DO NOT GO TO GOOSE IF FRANK ISN’T THERE! You will be wasting your time! I won’t be going back to be serviced due to the major inconveniences they’ve caused, but for further references only deal with Frank people.

Chris was great! He told me my problem and within a few days my car was ready to go home. I love that they do full inspection of the vehicles to let you everything they see. Their advertisement focuses on European vehicles;however, I was pleased they were also able to work on Asian vehicles.I’ve been to mechanics in the past who will only work on certain type of vehicles.:(Frank was very helpful and timely when it came to the repairs of my Lexus. I needed a new temperature sensor and a vac hose. They were very transparent with what needed to be done, I also enjoyed their online capabilities to approve work.

Frank at Goose automotive managed my truck in a timely fashion and got me in, repairs done, and out the door. Goose placed new spark plugs, wires and a few other maintenance issues in my engine. They did a solid job and the truck is running a lot smoother. The tech did not see that one spark plug was cracked, and I had to return the next morning to have a new one put in. They got it done and squared away, free of any fees or charges which was awesome.Thanks for the work.

Id just recently picked up a new to me audi and wanted to get a good once over on it because Id seen a small oil leak from underneath the car and it is a little rough around the edges. But boy when i say they were quick, it was 2 days and i was back in my vehicle driving home. 1 day to diagnose and 1 day to fix and get it back to me. Prices were great and everyone seemed fairly nice. Im definitely keeping them as my go to on my Audi for any concerns i have. Glad i found their shop.
