My family and I were extremely disappointed with our experience at this Mercedes Benz dealership. We ended up driving 100 miles north to the Mercedes Benz in Georgetown dealership because their customer service, their FIRST appraisal offer for our trade-in, and overall (and first time) Mercedes Benz experience for us was 10 times better than that of this dealership. It is a shame that this is the only dealership in San Antonio, as we will take our NEW 2021 Mercedes SUV to the Boerne location for maintenance services and anything related to our new vehicle.What could have been an end of the month sale for this dealership led to a sale in a different city. Please do better.

I’m VERY disappointed with this location! Here’s why: I left my car there for a week because some job needed to be done, unfortunately I forgot to take some money I had on my cup holder. Guess what? when I got my car back the money was gone (surprise), the situations was addressed to the Manager and they pretty much said sorry you lost your money plus you signed a form saying we’re not responsible for anything that gets lost in the car. So if you’re going to take your car there make sure you don’t even have a quarter in your car because it’ll get lost and they’re not responsible for it. Smh Mercedes 👎

I came to service my vehicle and while waiting on it came to check out the newer models, since we were considering trading in the 2018. Well, been here for a while now and no one, AND I MEAN, “NO ONE“, has turned my way, not even to say, “Hi!” I’m in my work uniform, but I don’t think I need to be well dressed to get attention at a dealer. I was proudly wearing my SAISD uniform and there’s no shame in that!

When you first walk into this dealership, it looks like a Mercedes-Benz mall, but in fact it is way more than that. The mall part might be entertaining but the service department is willing to take time out of their day and not read off a script like many other dealerships. They treat everyone personally and take everything into account. I would definitely recommend this dealership, both for the Mercedes Mall, but especially the service managers patience and accommodating nature.

Stay far away from this dealership. My husband bought an insanely overpriced truck from here and we found out recently that the practices they used were illegal (as in telling my husband they would give him a better interest rate if he bought a warranty). Shame on us for not being more informed I guess, we’re only human. I then went to buy a car from them, before we realized how they had scammed my husband, and had the worst car-buying experience of my life. Finance got the numbers wrong on my paperwork and would’ve had me sign for a payment $100 more a month than I agreed to if I hadn’t caught it. They then forgot to collect my down payment on that day, didn’t realize it until a week later, and harassed both of us for days until I payed. On top of that, told me they could register my car in another state (where my insurance is, my husband is active military so we move a lot) then proceeded to put me through a month-long circus that ended in me still having to register in Texas and pay the $500 myself to register in the state I initially wanted. And to top it all off, I tried addressing my concerns with management and was told it’s been a “joke to work with me” then hung up on by the general manager. Mind you, the manager was nasty enough to me that he called me personally the next day to apologize and offer to buy my husband and I dinner wherever we want. I am disgusted by this dealership and urge anyone reading this to stay far away. Maybe if you’re wealthy enough to buy a brand new AMG then you’ll have a good experience because you won’t miss the money they steal from you. But normal people that don’t want to be completely screwed over and mistreated when buying a car: AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I am disappointed with this location. I called this morning to set up my B service. The service representative was very polite, but told me I could not have a loaner vehicle because my car was not 2011 or newer. My car has never been outside a Mercedes dealership and I have spent plenty of money on service and parts over the years. Perhaps change your response to due to high volume we can not guarantee a loaner car, etc... This makes me think twice about purchasing future vehicles from Mercedes.

It must be the culture. Im from Austin and have raved about the dealer here. However, while in SA, my car hit a pothole. It was so severe that the rim of the wheel was bent. I got it towed to this dealership late at night. First thing in the morning, Martin Flores called me and gave me options. He cared. He was concerned about my unique problems. Seems that the culture of Mercedes is to treat you like a valuable customer (a person), not a number. They care. I will always chose Mercedes. Highly recommend.

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, at the dealership made us feel welcome, appreciated, and took care of us. From Sales, Finance, Warranty coverage, to product demonstration and everyone in between, they were great to work with. Mr. Taylor, the Sales Manager, took great care of us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He even worked with us on his day off! He is simply the best! Even the General Manager, Mr. Cavazos, helped us tremendously by sorting out a miscommunication on our end. Paco Gonzalez went above and beyond to make sure my first Mercedes service experience was exceptional. Woke up on a Monday to a flat tire on my new-to-me AMG E53. Called MB of San Antonio. They had the tire and booked my appointment for within the hour. When I arrived they introduced my service advisor, Paco. Throughout the visit Paco hounded my third-party tire insurance coverage to make sure I didnt pay anything for the replacement tire and labor. He didnt know it, but that flat tire couldve been one of many things to make that Monday a very bad day. The way he and Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio handled it turned the day around. Theyve got my parts and service business for life. Thank you.

We had our car window broken by a thief looking for guns while we were at a hotel in Texas. I called the Mercedes Benz store in San Antonio we were given an appointment the next week for 11:00 am. I drove over an hour to get there only to be told the appointment time was only a show up time, not an appointment for them to repair the damaged window. I had already called several auto glass shops in New Braunfels so I had an idea of the cost of the repair. However I was unable to get into their schedule for the week that was in New Braunfels. Otherwise I would have had it fixed at a local shop. I was told by Mercedes Benz of San Antonio the cost of the window only they would never tell me the labor cost portion.. As I had already called several other shops I expected $100-150 plus the cost of the window at $168.00 for the glass. Everyone quoted the exact same price for the window glass the only variable was labor. I finally got my car back at 4:30 pm and then they gave me the bill of $778.00 I was very shocked as this was greater than any other glass shop said the final bill would be. Mercedes of San Antonio was the only glass shop that refused to give me an estimate for labor. I can not recommend this shop for their very shady non transparent labor costs.

This rating has nothing to do with the Mercedes brand as I am a fan and will continue to be.This rating is solely based of the customer service received from the service department and more specifically a certain service writer whom out of respect I will not name.Our S550 needed some major repairs and we chose this dealership over the other two due to a relationship from our own businesses. The car was taken in and dropped off by my mother. When receiving the first estimate I we were sent an email saying it will be around $5,800 to fix.The service writer was told by my mom that she would be traveling soon and wanted an updated. She was trying to get her car back prior to her leaving. She couldn’t wait any longer and had to travel. She had multiple messages sent to this service writer for updates and would not get responses.She then asked me to come down and pick up her car when it’s ready. We are both under the impression it’s $5,800. So before I go in I call and leave a message for this service writer. He never calls back. Then I email , he responds it’s ready to go. I email back asking what hours can I pick it up on Saturday since I myself don’t live in San Antonio and have to make arrangements. No response.When I arrive , I meet this service writer and he tells me the total is $6,900 he said he had to change some extra parts out. Which I understand but that was not my point. The point was if this information was communicated to my mother. I picked up the car around 12 pm my mother was in Dubai and sleeping so I had no way to ask her. I asked the service writer if he told her about these additional charges. He then started giving me some story about issues with the car. I asked him again , then more stories. Finally I said “ sir I’m asking you a simple question did you explain these extra charges to my mother “ he mumbled he did. Which I didn’t know to believe. I then told him my mother was out of the country. He responded oh that’s why I can’t get a hold of her. So clearly after that comment something doesn’t seem right.He then asks me to pay, I kindly requested if I could see the car first. So the car is brought around. I went to look at it and it looks good. I went alone. He didn’t accompany me to show and explain what all was done. Bare in mind $6,900 worth of repairs.So then I go back to his desk while being with the car maybe 3-4 minutes. He disappeared , I walk around looking for him and see him lingering in the back. He sees me too. Then I figured he would be back at his desk after seeing me. NO … I wait even longer. There was a kind service writer sitting across from the one I had to work with he asked if he could help. I said yes can you please run my card. He said he would need to call the writer who’s been helping me.Finally this guy shows up and charges my card. I love Mercedes and came across many nice staff members here all except this one service writer. While also paying he tells me you’re paying good money for this repair!! The way and tone was not right. I was frustrated but had no time to respond because I needed to be back to work in Dallas.A few hours later I speak to my mother, and tell her about picking up the car. She had no idea about the additional charges.When they first found the problem , I wanted to call the other two Mercedes dealers in town to see what they might be able to do the repair for. I really didn’t have that option because this same service writer said oh no you can’t it’s already here and if you wait longer there will be more damage you have to fix it now.This was the most frustrating service experience I have ever had at any dealership anywhere in the world by far. I only gave this establishment a 1 star because this service writer is a representation of the Business.

We tried to buy a pre owned GLA 250 today. The salesman was unable to get three different keys to three different cars we wanted to test drive. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes looking at cars and still no keys. The sales manager was aloof and almost comatose in his stunted robotic explanation- basically we should understand why they can’t find a key. Waste of our time. We traveled out to Boerne the same afternoon. Test drove 3 cars, received great customer service and purchased a newer cat at a great price. They actually have keys. My goodness I have never seen a sales manager so detached and obtuse as the one in San Antonio. He made zero effort to track down a key. He lost a sale but I don’t think they care.

After damaging 2 tires and rims on our new car. I was dreading the repair situation as a whole. Paco was fantastic. He was able to get a an appointment within the week to bring the car in and we were offered a great loaner car. Paco called us within 24 hours with some repair options and prices as well as a game plan to see what we should be able to get covered with the warranty. Every day after that he called with progress updates and after about a week we got our car back as if nothing happened. Paco was a huge help and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the future.

I we’ll never bring my car here agin. I went in for a Leak ,was told that my gaskets in my motor we’re burnt out and that it was gonna cost me 4500 to fix it. I went home clean all my oil to find Where the leak was coming from my self . And I find it comeing from the turbo, all I neededWas to by a ring gasket that cost me 2$ dollars, and I fixed it my self , it took no more then 20min to replace. They saw me as a target because I’m a single mother, and I was going in there alone and they automatically wanted to take a vantage.that is wrong what they are doing to people, I really thought this was a safe place to go that I could trust. But I was wrong, thank you lord for protecting me.

My experience with this dealership has always been exemplary. My wife and I drove from Corpus Christi for her vehicle which was also purchased here, for a scheduled maintenance. Scheduling services through the dealership’s website was easy and plenty of spots to choose from. I selected the afternoon schedule to have plenty of time to walk around the nearest mall. After we dropped the SUV, the staff told us that there is no shuttle service on weekends so, what a bummer. But as my wife and I were at the sales floor looking at a 2021 Benz model, Ralph Mancanes approach us and gave us a very in-depth product explanation on the SUV model that we were looking at. He was very professional and very knowledgeable throughout the process. When we finished, we told him that we have to start arranging for a ride to the mall due to non- availability of shuttle services on weekends. He offered us a ride, dropped us off and offered to pick us up when we’re ready to leave. For our ride back to the dealership, I contacted James Hendricks and he promptly sent us a ride which arrived in 5 minutes. My wife and I are very happy with the accommodation and overall customer service that San Antonio MB extended to us. They set the bar to its highest level in customer service!!! The reason why we had to drive 140 miles for our vehicle purchase, it’s first scheduled maintenance, and for future services required.

Mercedes of San Antonio is hands down the best Mercedez Dealership i have been too. After haveing a bad experience over at Mercedes of Boerne, i came to San Antonio to see if they were any better and let me tell you they did 110% better than Boerne! I was in the lobby for 10 minutes before my service advisor came in and discussed my service that day. Not 10 minutes later i had my loaner car. They were friendy, imfomative and definetly quick. My service advisor Jeff i will definitely use again! I recommended MBOSA to my friends that have Mercedes to come to this dealership because this is what i feel like good customer service at Mercedes should be. I am a retired cardiologist as a result of a motor vehicle accident several years ago.(I was rear-ended stopped next to a school bus). Recently we were hit broadside by a young driver who T-boned our car probably distracted. We were spun around like a top and all the airbags deployed. Thankfully we did not die. We were driving a large vehicle and while it did its job, it was a bit to too large for the two of us. We wanted a safe a vehicle as possible but we are hoping to downsize just a little to navigate parking etc.A long story but a prelude because by car right now car buying is insane. We went to no less than four dealerships of all different makes and models. In one case we had just sat in a vehicle (at the direction of the salesperson) only to literally be told to get out because they just sold the vehicle. They then said just call us back in August ( it was June) and walked away!Andrew Morgan (sales) of Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio had reached out to me soon as I began to inquire a few weeks ago online. He was prompt ,very pleasant and kept me informed daily. Amazingly most of the large dealerships of all makes and models have something like five or six total cars in their inventory. We eventually settled for a GLE to be delivered to Austin dealership after its production in about five weeks. It was really not the color we wanted but custom orders of cars were 3 to 4 months out.Andrew kept trying and as luck would have it a vehicle that met our needs came into his showroom on a Saturday morning. He called me and we were able to literally purchase the vehicle over the phone. Amazingly knowing that we were in a car accident, and that the drive to San Antonio would require two of us; he volunteered to drive the car to Austin to my house on Saturday night. He came with the young man named Ebron (who was fantastic and a customer service tech) to help introduce us to the car. I felt really bad and volunteered to have family come pick it up the following Monday but Andrew insisted and sure enough at 7 PM on a Saturday night they cheerfully drove up put the car in our garage. I signed a few papers and they helped get the car configured.Bottom line, there are some decent people in this world. It was very traumatic being spun around in the middle of a busy road while the airbags were deployed.Andrew Morgan, Ebron and the team at Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio made a very nice memory to offset a very bad one.I would highly recommend Andrew, Ebron and of course the dealership management who were smart enough to hire them. Shout out also to Russell in finance who made it very easy to get everything done over the phone.

Had the best experience here! I went to the dealership about a week ago looking for a new GLB 250. After looking around at a few different cars with Sarah Martinez there just wasnt anything I was ready to commit to. Sarah sent me a text a few days later about a car that just came on the lot that was a great fit for me. I was able to do my financing application online before I went in and the whole process was quick and easy. Trevor was in charge of our documents and financing and took the time to explain every document and number to me. Sarah made sure to explain all the car features and got me set up on the app before I left. Overall, I got my dream car and a great price with even better service. I took my car in for some warranty work and was happy with the services departments handling of my third party warranty. They made it seamless and it was taken of care of by the time I checked out. However, I was horribly disappointed in the responsiveness of the person managing my case. I dropped the car off Wednesday morning and didnt hear from them all day. I only received an update the next morning after prompting him. The poor communication continued for the whole week my care was in.

I took my 2010 E350 to MB of San Antonio in May 2019 for the recall regarding the airbag replacements. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed my navigation screen had a thin black line at the bottom of the screen. I contacted Chrissy Schroeder, the MB rep I had been dealing with. When Chrissy would not respond to my texts, I contacted the service manager Daniel Lauer. Daniel Lauer said there was nothing he could do and said I needed to contact MB Corporate. Daniel Lauer even so far as imply that because my vehicle was a 2010, the damage wasnt that big a deal. Upon contacting Corporate, Corporate indicated MB of San Antonio should handle the claim. After attempting to negotiate the claim with MB of San Antonio attorney Sal Mauro and sending Mr. Mauro photos of the damage progressing as well as recordings of my conversations with Daniel Lauer, Daniel Lauer finally said he would be willing to offer me the replacement navigation screen at, what was supposedly MB of San Antonios cost, which was $1,500.00. By this time, I had 2 MASSIVE black spots on my navigation screen. Not surprisingly, I rejected their ludicrous offer. I was going to file a small claims case but figured it would be more cost effective to repair the item on my own and simply advise potential customers of MB of San Antonio of my experience. BEWARE if you take your vehicle here...if it returns damaged, expect NO HELP WHATSOEVER! Needless to say, I will NOT be recommending MB of San Antonio and will advise everyone I know of the damage done to my vehicle and the awful service I received. ***UPDATE: Alfonso Cavazos replied to this review that he was looking into the events detailed herein...NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I guess that is typical given my experience with Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio.

This was our first experience at MBofSA. We were promptly greeted by a hostess in the lot and answered a few basic questions. Eventually we connected with Agustin who took the time to answer our questions, compare models, no hard closing questions and created a great environment for the MB experience. The car sold itself and while another shopper snagged the one we wanted, Agustin found us a near match coming off the assembly line in GA. My loves her new Mercedes!

MB of San Antonio rip off. Customer be aware. They are advertising a service special, $75 off service A for $49.99. see Photo. The service guy tried to rip me off by tellig me service A, basically an oil change, was $315 and after $75 off would be $240. After I showed him the cupon, he calls someone and says ok he hadnt seen it before...this is the supposed service rep who claims he doesnt know his job.. Then he tells me it will take 2 to 3 hours. When I tell him that I had an appointment (1115) and that I had told the lady I was waiting when she had asked. He tells me oh the appointment is just with the service rep, him, to lie to me, and not for the service itself. I guess at 60 plus he thinks this is my first car service. At the end they also tacked on a $22 shop fee that he hadnt mentioned to me, to my oil change, another total trip me off. I have been going to them since my car was new in 2010 over 10 years but I will NEVER go again. MBof San Antonio has become too gready to lie, rip of customers and bait and switch. Buyer be aware!

Service department is not accountable. They will misdiagnose a problem and then charge you to diagnose it again. Frustrated with the lack of progress I took it to another shop and they were able to fix the problem. If your car is older than 5 years take it elsewhere. These guys literally made a list of BS recommendations for my car based on BS reasons. My car sat there for 3 days before they looked at it and told me that I needed a new battery cause of a “ slow crank” condition. The battery was replaced at the Boerne Mercedes service department in 2017. RIP OFF REACH FOR A SALE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Can not wait for the new dealer in Selma to open. I would’ve given 2 stars but they didn’t give me a loaner after they misdiagnosed it.

I searched the entire country for my perfect car and MBSA happened to have it. I was connected with Ralph at MBSA and the process was a dream from day 1. Ralph was simply a joy to do business with. The manager, Al, is super shady. They sold my wife a car telling her some issues with the bumper were body clips. Turns out it was in an accident. When they werent able to fix it, they told her to kick rocks and lose the money she put into it. When she got a lawyer they tried to lie saying she knew and that she paid for repairs. They even forged an invoice for the repairs. Dont go to this dealership.

Terrible service department. I was told by another shop the same day I picked up the car that they replaced my bad parts with used ones. I also received the car with more issues than it went in with and while it was running fine before it now is misfiring. The service advisor was rude and couldn’t care less about what happened. I had my vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio on San Pedro Ave and had the worst experience with Service Advisor Cory He was very unprofessional and clearly lacked training in Customer Service and Customer’s Satisfaction. At first I thought he was having an unpleasant morning, but when I returned several hours later to pick-up my vehicle, his behavior was persistent. When I arrived for my appointment, he approached me and said, “YOUR SERVICE WILL BE $550” without even first greeting me or looking at my paperwork. I informed him that it was covered under my maintenance plan and he did not apologize for his oversight. He informed me I should have seen a light appear on my dashboard to indicate the “Service B” was due. Instead, when I started my car it says, “key battery low” not “Service B due”. After several times telling him I did not notice the light, he firmly looked at me and pointed to the indicator saying, “IT IS RIGHT HERE”! He continued to firmly point several times and talked to me as if he was suggesting I was incompetent of operating my vehicle. After several times, I was becoming very intimidated by his behavior. When I read over my maintenance evaluation and saw he wrote I had a cracked washer fluid reservoir, I wanted clarification. When I went back inside looking for him, he pretended like he did not hear another representative looking for him. He was sitting in his cubicle ignoring us. When I asked for clarification, he sarcastically said, “I do not know what happened, maybe a rock hit it.” At that moment, I felt he and the technician he assigned to my vehicle lacked integrity. I left feeling embarrassed and insulted in many ways. As a business owner, I would not allow an employee like Cory to represent my company and tarnish the reputation of the prestigious Mercedes-Benz brand. Every customer should be respected and treated like a valued customer. I give my experience a “0”due to the poor quality of service. This was the WORST experience I have ever encountered in such an establishment!

I typically get my MB serviced at another MB dealership, but will be coming here from now on. He was very informational and honest.

If I could give less than than one star I would. Brought my car in for a headlight issue yesterday, Gary Sauter was my advisor. I was there for 5 HOURS. When I arrived they told me they didnt have loaner cars (they all had hail damage) so I told them I had to wait. 5 hours later they had no answers, no consideration for my time, and told me they need more money and need permission to remove my bumper ($1,000) but they were going to find me a loaner car. Thats where they lost my respect and lost my patience. After 5 HOURS they decide I can have a loaner? Unacceptable. I told them not to touch my car and I will never do business with them again.

Spoke with Erin over the phone in the Service Department Call Center. The rudest customer service I have experienced. Asked what does my vehicle need for the service and she would not even pull up the Vin to exactly see what it needed by mileage. She told me I dont need to pull it up, its just a oil change. How rude? Asked to speak to someone else and it was much more that needed to be done.

He turned what could of been an unpleasant car buying experience into an enjoyable one. He was able to communicate with me to ensure I had all the proper documentation prior to picking up my dream car for a smooth an easy purchase. They were trying to scam me by first indicating a no-charge inspection, over the phone then going in the store I spoke to a service person and made me sign couple of documents on an iPad where it cleared stated there was not gonna be a charge to see what was wrong with the car, then “Jeffry”, a service gentleman came to me to tell me that There’s going to be a charge of $170 just to look at it, that they can’t offer the service for free. Now, Im sure they have come across my situation. (My car problem was that the front right side of the car was very bumpy.) I thought it was a suspension problem. I had to drive to Houston and I didn’t want to drive to Houston with that problem. I’m sure they may have faced this situation before and they could have told me what could be wrong but they didn’t. What I did I took it to a local shop down the road only to find that on free of charge closer inspection a tire bubble was the likely culprit. If I didnt know better, Mr. Service Manager, Id be inclined to think you were trying to bilk an extra $170 out of me for a problem that was clearly visible to your technicians!I bought a new tire from that local shop. It cost less than $200.I hope this feedback may help to improve somehow for future better customer experiences.To the General Manager of this location.Your goal should not be to satisfied your customers, but it should be to AMAZED YOUR NEW AND OLD CUSTOMERS.If you need to speak to me directly over the phone I’ll be very happy to as well to confirm what I wrote here.

Horrible, Horrible experience. My vehicle was left out in the elements during a hail storm and received 9 grand worth of damage and no one even bothered to call me. The information was delivered in an oh by the way.... email. I have not even had my car a year, and the damage is extensive. Of course there is nothing they say, and have treated me like they are too good. I will never buy a Mercedes or go this dealership again and I will let everyone know about my time there. I am still trying to get my car fixed, deal with rentals, it is a mess. The worst part of all of this is my car is always in a garage at both work and home so this should have never been an issue. I am not rich, just a normal person a ICU Nurse in the Army and this has been very discouraging. I have never been treated so poorly.

The staff that received me when I dropped my car off were very polite and professional. I met my service advisor, explained the issue and pretty quickly was given a loaner car. There was a notice that I was allowed 75 miles per day on the loaner, which was fine for me but doesn’t feel very accommodating when you’re bringing in your brand new car for service because it shut off at a stop light.Unfortunately they couldn’t duplicate my problem after having the car for a week. I understand that some problems are harder to diagnose and fix than others. I had two issues with the service: The tech who had my car first took it for an 85mph sprint down the freeway. I’m pretty sure there wasn’t any troubleshooting taking place there. I have the Mercedes me connect app and set a speed limit warning that notified me when the car exceeded the set limit. I did inform the service advisor of this issue. The second issue was when I picked the car up the satellite radio was on and set to a station that I don’t listen to. I know that working on a car can take time and be monotonous, particularly when running bench tests, but you shouldn’t treat it like it’s your own. At least put it back the way you found it.If you have one of the newer cars and can set speed warnings and geo fencing to monitor your cars whereabouts, I highly recommend that you do so.

Was going to think about it since it’s local but I will be going to another dealership in the state that actually had a conversation and coming close to what I asked in price. The only place I take my car for service is MBofSA. They treat me very well and I know my car will be given the best of care. I also use their Roadside Assist and Customer pick-up service. If you choose to wait in one of their two extremely well provisioned lobbies, you can enjoy a newspaper or catch the news on TV, enjoy a freshly brewed coffee, or savor one of their delicious pastries. The service advisors are very well trained and knowledgeable...youll be greeted by one of them as soon as you drive up. My favorite is Ryan Lyssy...super professional and friendly!

When you take your car to the professional you would think theystart with basics that is not the case here they go to where they can make more commissions . We spent 3700.00 here and they were asking for another 7000. We decided to bring it back home. And guys what my uncertified mechanic brilliant husband found the problem. Guess what it was it was the car battery no check engine light on anymore. If you have the money to throw give it to them. I suggest you check most of the basic things because a 200.00 battery can cost you 10000.

I have come three times now to get my Mercedes Serviced here. EVERY TIME I pick it up the tire pressure light comes on. Mind you I’ve left it with them for hours to “service” my vehicle and payed the $500 plus dollars. Only to LEAVE and on the way home my tire pressure light comes on. This has happened every time I’ve come for service here. You’d think they check and make sure to reset it after they’ve rotated the tires or supposably serviced my vehicle. For $350 worth of “Labor”. Having to GO BACK to the dealer as I’m halfway home. I’m disgusted.
