I took my 1998 Buick over to have some issues looked at. I needed it back same day. Tony in service was great and found out it only needed something reset on the computer. No charge! I also needed some exterior side molding reattached. He called their auto body shop on site and they were able to take my car that afternoon and get it done. Very happy with the quick, professional service!

I bought a new Chevy Avalanche from Cavender in 2007, did all major service with Cavender GMC for years. Spent tens of thousands keeping the truck on the road. About 2 years ago they changed. Now, poor service, service providers and their managers dont return my repeated calls or emails, and wont send me any of my recent service history to help me with the sale of my truck. I would go elsewhere to a younger, eager dealer who truly cares about customer relationships.

For domestic this is pretty good service and installations. Friendly and helpful personnel. I will keep bringing my Buick here for service.

First repair done was $900. That didnt fix the issue, so a few weeks later I went in again and the second $800 repair left me stranded that same evening after picking it up. Upon my 3rd visit, it became a Were not sure whats wrong, but MAYBE its the TCM. And that would have been $1600! At this point, I realize they really dont have a clue what the issue is and never did and their master techs have just been guessing. So, I decided not to do the third guessed repair, but Im out $1700 for the first 2 guesses and still have a vehicle that isnt repaired. Very dishonest, incompetent technicians. Although, the sevice writer was great and that is the ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars. I may have to seek financial compensation. I should not have paid for services based on guesses that did not repair the issue.

I have never experienced such poor customer service from a place of business that is in the business of taking care of customers. It was a rough start because when I originally called it was like I was given a bogus name (Sophia) and apparently there isnt a Sophia there so then the reps were passing me off to help me even though they werent busy. Fast forward, after a full day of not getting updates on my dads car I finally just went to find out whats going on. Ashley from the Service was super rude, I dont know if she doesnt realize how annoyed she sounds when she asks you what youre there for but she sounds like customers are a big inconvenience. Then she storms off to check on our car and never came back? I tried to ask someone else for help but there was a group huddled together too busy chatting and laughing to look our way. Finally got greeted by one of the reps at the front that said he would find her for us. I wasnt the only customer in there waiting to be helped. Beware when you go here, theres too many Dealer options to be treated like this and I for one-wont be back.

These people flooded my email and text messages about a car I had inquired about, exhibited urgency in sending me a credit application which obviously deals with my personal, secure info. I sent it back in to which absolutely no one followed up. Companies like this are a prime example why it’d be a good idea to be sent an expense report that I can fill out and turn in for time wasted in having to constantly contact them to make sure they’re doing their jobs after pressuring me to send them my personal info. I then all of a sudden had two different people texting me hot about the same subject. I then politely declined doing any business with this company.

The service was incredible and the the people there were great. I will not take my vehicle to another service place in the future. Plus when I go shopping for a new truck Cavender GMC north will be the first place I go.

Went to Cavender Buick GMC looking for a truck we were greeted and helped marino jerez who was VERY helpful. And very attentive there was never a time we felt pressure to buy he showed us everything we asked to see and always made sure we were comfortable in the end we found a nice GMC terrain that we got for a great price and great mileage next time we need another vehicle im going to cavender GMC and i want marino to help us i would recommend him to anyone whos looking for a great deal and awesome customer service !!!

Mr. Marino Jerez was absolutely wonderful there was no sales pitch no pressure at all. We (Andy and I) went to look at several trucks and walked out with a great suv and a great price. Marino was very informative. I hope all that read this review and are looking for a vehicle to see Marino Jerez.
