Wouldn’t even try to help. I was needing a coolant flush on my truck. I called got a price and drove it up there. My truck has been lowered but I haven’t run into any problems before going to shops. I tell the mechanic at the counter I called earlier about the coolant flush. He tells me they can’t work on my truck because it’s too low. I tell him it sits as low as the car on the lift behind him. He says they’re too busy and that it won’t fit. I ask him if he would just take a closer look at the truck to confirm it doesn’t. He says he wont and repeats it won’t fit. For the record, truck’s clearance: 6.0”, wife’s unaltered mazda3: 6.25”, my unaltered nissan: 5.75”.

Its really simple. USA Motors did what I asked in fifty minutes for a lower amount than IPAC Nissan did the previous day as I waited more than five hours only to have them do no service. The minimum labor charge from IPAC was more than completed work by USA Motors. USA Motors does what is needed at better prices and quickly. Thanks to everyone there.

Ived been coming here for years. They are very helpful and they have never failed me on working on my vehicle.

Took our suburban to Firestone & they stated I needed almost $2500 worth of repairs regarding serpentine belts, ball joints, tie rods etc. Took it to USA Motors for a second opinion. Long story short, they said Firestone was lying (paraphrased the exact terminology for public print:). Ultimately & thankfully we do not need all of the repairs that Firestone was trying to get us to do. We authorized the repairs that were needed & saved a bunch of money in the process. Will definitely go back for any additional repairs and highly recommend them!

I had been having issues with my wife’s vehicle a/c. I previously had the compressor replaced by my regular mechanic. 6 months later, we began to have the a/c blowing hot air. I took it back to my regular and he charged me again to look at something that he supposedly fixed. Fast forward 3 months, still having issues with the a/c, I stopped by for an a/c diagnosis. I told the gentleman at the counter what I was experiencing with the a/c. Within 2 minutes, he said that the new compressor should have been hard wired. He took 5 minutes to hardwire the compressor, and I was on my way down the road. These guys are top notch. I will definitely be taking our vehicles here from now on.

Heard good things about this place. Had an issue with my wheel bearing. Droped my car off on Saturday afternoon and the work was completed on Monday. Excellent quick service and the owner did not try to sell me any additional repairs. Got the worked I asked for completed quickly at a decent price. Repeat customer for sure.

I was referred to U.S.A. Motors by an employee at Autozone who said he does not normally refer people to mechanics, but that Behzad was the real deal. HE WAS! After getting a $1600 estimate from another shop, Behzad listened to me on the phone first (instead of just getting me to the shop), then performed what the other shop was unwilling to...diagnostics. Instead of performing unnecessary repairs, he found an idiosyncrasy in my A/C system that saved me $1200. My temperature dial, when turned to full cold, was actually triggering my heat on. He found the exact spot on the dial that would give me max cooling, marked it on my dial, and recharged the system. My A/C on this car with 160K miles is coming like it was brand new...despite not having to completely rebuild the system, which was the only option given from the other mechanic. Behzad has won my trust and all my future business. I’m thanking God I found an honest mechanic that can actually fix stuff! 10 stars if I could give em!!

I have always been given an honest price, for example, I had brakes and rotors replaced here when Pep Boys was going to charge me at least $180 more for the same service. Behzad is always fair and understanding of needs. Him and his team work efficiently as they are very well experienced in the automotive field. Recently, I had him review a Chrysler 300 which ultimately needed a new engine. He went above and beyond to do research in finding me a new one. Have worked on mine Camry 2007. Problem was when I apply breaks, steering will vibrate.They fixed the issue and did alignment and rotation too. I paid $900 for that. It’s been 6 months and that problem is fixed. Happy with work.

They are awesome, he quoted me $800 for the repairs my vehicle needed and when they called me to come pick up the vehicle, Behzad only charged me $480, and told me the other repairs were not needed at the moment. Since I retired from the military 6 years ago, I have used several mechanics in the area. USA Motors is my top pick and I will get my cars there is I can. I have had them do accident repair, radiator, brakes, suspension, tune up work, etc. Recently I had them fix the suspension on my van after another shop replaced by shocks twice in 6 months and they still were not working. The owner at USA Motors, who is also one of the mechanics, called me with several options for shocks knowing that I wanted a more beefy suspension and laid our the options and costs before doing the work.For price, workmanship and trust, they have my service. My AC went out on my Honda before the 4th of July weekend. I stopped by on Friday @4:45 and asked if they had time to take a look, was asked to stop by on Saturday at 8:30. Showed up at 8:30 and they checked the car over and determined that the compressor went out (10 yr old car). Gave me the estimate and even completed the work before the end of the day. These guys really helped me out once again. I first stopped by 2 years ago with a window that would not roll up and down properly. Paid someone else to fix it, they made it better but it still didn’t work properly. Behzad was able to fix the window which still works to this day without any issues. I will continue to bring my vehicles to this location for any repair I need going forward.

My husband was a mechanic there he quit because he said they dont put the right oil in peoples engine for oil change he only carries 5w30 and ow20 full synthetic and my husband was forced by the manager to only use those oils on peoples vehicles even they their engines dont require that oil never go get your car serviced from this place

This review is in response to a one star review I just read. I dont leave feedback often, so also for those that rarely do, I hope you take time to read this full review, thumbs up if its helpful.There isnt many places in town that will take third party parts, with out a way to change them out in the event they dont work. Multiple reasons, each part that doesnt work is more time the car sits looking like it isnt being fixed, bad optics for people that drive past a chop daily that has the same car outfront for weeks, guess they cant fix everyhing? Each part could come from less than desired vendor or chopshops, getting the mechanic into issues for installing hot parts, etc. Laundry list of reasons goes on and on but those are two very easy ones. Needless to say, any Big Box shop would Never install third party parts, so why beat up a smaller shop who has the same practice? You had your AC done and Wanted to go back, so clearly they did something right your first visit, not a one star review then...As a long time customer of USA Motors in San Antonio, I can say this exact methodology is what has me always go back to them. I have had outageous dealer quote on AC work years ago, this team did the quoted work for a much more modest pricing, no they didnt know I already had a quote. I gave them a chance as they were a shop near me. Quoted, agreed, start to finish was timely, included parts from known warrantied retailers. My 2001 s10 put over 170k miles on the AC, engine died before the AC did at 290k miles. Their AC outlasted the factory one by that 50k, who knows how much longer it would have run. From then on I have always gone back to them. Their part lasted thru rugged summers and trips blowing ice cold.As with any business, treat them with the same respect you expect to recieve. Go with a bad or rude attitude, what business wouldnt refuse service hese days? Well last year these guys continued to amaze me. While I was having some new tires installed, another guy pulled in with a car that really looked rough, he was clearly in bad mood all together, cursing, yelling, hitting his car. Wasnt mad at the shop, just the car, I think he only pulled in cause they were right there. Anyway I assume he was down on his luck, they helped him right away, got it running better (sounding), dude left with a smile. I was amazed they helped him, hope that guy reads this review and leaves the full story. Most business now get some one yelling and they over react, these guys are cool and smooth.Its always easy to leave a bad comment on a bad day. People dont take time to leave enough good ones. I hope each of you that may use USA Motors in the future takes time to leave the good ones, that way people can see how good to the customer this place really is to us.Cheers Fellas, thank you for being damn great Americans.
