Liberty Mutual customer support is non-existent. If your a current policy holder, there is no way to get in touch with anyone. When you finally find a customer service phone number, the automated response is on a loop telling you to speak to them via text conversation. The text “option” is non responsive and not a good format for my preference; this leads me to believe they are another company that outsourced is “customer service” to a third party foreign company that will be difficult to work with.This is review for someone just wanting to ask about adding an item to the policy and getting no response and the experience is so difficult. Can you imagine if a claim had to be made? I am definitely looking elsewhere as I would recommend others do the same.Good luck

I actually got hold of someone on a Saturday morning, his name was Douglas - professional, cordial, and very helpful as was Kalandria who I spoke with yesterday; both very responsive, courteous.

There spam my email every day and wont stop.

Very good company and customer service thus far

I been paying full coverage for 2yrs and I got into a accident and they didnt pay me cause my truck has a lift kit . . I called made the claim they told that all I had to do is just pay my deductible. To take my truck to any shop .1 month later they told me that they werent going to cover it . .so now my truck is at the shop and I have to pay out of pocket. Thats not fair. Why have full coverage if they dont pay for your damage

I couldnt find it cause there were no signs to the company but later I Google it found out it was located inside a big office building my daughter said they were a good insurance company Ill try again next month plus I try to call by phone got electronic voice mail

Austin Pilgrims and Jace Miller who handle my claim and neither one of them are helpful. It was Austin Pilgrims was the first who I talked to about my claim but never heard anything back after weeks sending him messages. Then I called claim department and finding out that I have new claim adjuster who name Jace Miller. I left messages to Jace Miller but I never got any responses except two weeks later that I got a mail stating that claim was denied. Yeah, for not able to get hold of their insured driver back when Austin handling my claim.

I had hail damage last spring and when I called in the claim, a claims adjuster was there within two days. After a thorough inspection, the adjuster processed the claim and I had a check in hand within hours. Definitely something you dont see too often with insurance companies. While no company can guarantee they are the cheapest in every type of insurance, Liberty is by far one of the most competitive. Liberty Mutual pays TERRIBLY for homeowner repairs. I’ve seen it time again with them, and also with their off-shoot SafeCo. They will screw you over.

Terrible service and straight out liars. Indicated they were going to cover my home but did not and if I didnt look into the policy I would have never found out. They were refusing to cancel a policy that I initiated. Wouldnt give me a phone number to complain and at the end gave me the domestic violence phone number to call, the rep John did not think I was going to look up the number. DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH LIBERTY MUTUAL.

I’ve been referring friends, family, and coworkers to Nicola for a few years now. I’ve always trusted that she will do what’s best for them and not try to sell them anything they don’t need. If she can’t offer what they are looking for or she is not within budget, she doesn’t hesitate to refer to another company (as in, she does the shopping for you!). What’s even better is I can simply text or email her with questions or referrals when I don’t have time to talk on the phone - which is pretty frequent. I always keep her in mind when the topic of insurance comes up and have no hesitation referring people her way.

The reason I called Liberty Mutual in the first place was because I’ve heard great things about their claims process and the way they pay out. I got a hold of Nicola for quotes and she was so easy to work with...Prompt and informative. I don’t want insurance to ever be a hassle. Be sure to ask for Nicola Kneale when calling this office.

Liberty mutual is an amazing company and they do care about their customers.Ive had a few claims through them and everytime I was treated exceptionally well ..All claims have a process but my rentals cars were handled immediately and I picked up the rentals within an hour after calling in my claim... the outcome for me has always be exceptionally great!!!! THESE are hard working individuals just like everyone else if you want great customers service then be kind and the service you get will be exceptional ....I had concerns and kindly explained them and I was helped quickly and the customer service was outstanding....

Maribel has been an amazing support when we needed immediate attention and support. We have had two unfortunate situations occur in our home over the past year and a half. Recently our water heater broke and water leak all over our kitchen and garage area. I called her at 7:30 am and she thankfully answered and gave me direction on what I needed to do. Within the hour we had someone extracting the water out of our home and the claim process had begun. I felt overwhelmed with the situation and she was there every minute of the way providing the support and answering questions for me regarding the process. People, find an auto insurance firm that knows vehicles. Liberty Mutual has a commercial airing over and over that talks about a vehicles torque ratio. Hey, no such thing. You would think they would hire a knowledgeable advertising firm.

By far the worst ever COMPANY for insurance, I could write 10 pages on what I went through with this company, I will make sure my issue will be heard by the board of directors, poor costumer service, the claim agent are an absolute disgrace; Morgan Spatola, Jimmie Fielding Jr and Patti Stevens, feel sorry for them they just go to work they can care less about their costumers, so incompetent on every level, lack of professionalism to the highest level. they are clueless on how to handle issues they blame the costumer, Im not surprised they need to work in a Hamburger place.....TAKE ANY OTHER INSURANCE EVEN the weakest, it is better than Liberty Mutual

Response to previous review - Torque ratio is the ratio of output torque to input torque. Cars indeed have torque ratios when talking about the transmission.My previous comment aside, I had the opportunity to contact them for some quotes and while I didnt select them, they were a pleasure to talk to and get information from.
