I spoke with an agent named Rene Grajeda. He was amazing. I have some things on my driving record causing me to get insane quotes but he really helped me get a plan that I could work with. I will recommend him and this company to anyone who is looking for insurance or considering a new company.

I dont know anything about this particular agent but Direct Auto insurance in general left a bad impression on me when they arbitrarily decided to add my 14 year old son on to the policy therefore raising my premium. My son wasnt even near driving age. I dropped them immediately after that.

I Love Direct, and I’ll be staying with them as my auto insurance because I have the BEST insurance agent, Brenda Cardenas. I had an accident a while back, and was having difficulty with the claim, and Brenda helped get things back on track. Awful experience, took our deposit money for initial month, paid the next month then month after that they dropped us because one vehicle had a salvage title. They had this info to begin with, just a waste of time with this company.

Dont go to this location !!!!!! I repeat dont visit this dealer i was double charged for my monthly bill and have been giving the run around for a week trying to get my money back horrible service and directs customer service line is even worse !
