These ladies were great! Very friendly and I felt like I was with friends. Ive been getting policies online and paying them online but since there was some law change that required me to get a new policy, I decided to go in person since theyre right around the corner from my house. They were knowledgeable about the law change and explained it to me easily and the helped me make an informed decision about what is best for me. And were super patient when I kept asking them to switch different things around to get quotes on them. They really offered a pleasant experience for something so mundane as getting insurance. Definitely going to return and pay in person to see Angel and Jeanette again.

Weve had insurance here for over a year now. There had been times when I just wanted to cancel and go to another company due to the prior agents being unethical. But Edna and Angel sure have made a difference. They are always available! And I can always count on them to answer my questions and take our payments and post my payments to the correct company. For anyone who needs insurance, you need to ask for Edna or Angel, they are always available to help with your auto insurance.

Had the worst experience with one of the workers there, I needed some important paperwork, and ended out walking with nothing but a terrible mood after. So I drove to the shop and waited outside to see if it was so busy since every time I called I was put on hold after the second ring, and sure enough I was put on hold again yet didn’t see anyone in there, walked in to find the worker on her phone instead of picking up the phone, so that was an irritation, but still kept my cool, after the second time of the girl asking for my number she asks me “what’s with the attitude” first off I had no attitude I was just iterated and second off you shouldn’t be asking customers questions that are going to provoke them. So I told her I was calling all day and no one picked up and 2 min before I walked in there still wasn’t anyone here and I was put on hold and well she started trying to make me feel like a was stupid, so instead of keeping it professional she started yelling which led me to loosing my cool, I asked her for her boss number and she replied with “he quit” kept asking for the number and she just said “ now I won’t be doing no service.” This really ruined my day and I’ll be reaching out to whoever is her bosses boss since her boss “quit”

Do not buy insurance from these people they are absolute crooks. I called on 4/3/2020 to cancel my policy and was sent a form to sign electronically to complete it to avoid being charged anymore and the guy said it was done. Now a few days later I am charged and they are saying they didnt send the information to the insurance company . they obviously will do anything and everything to avoid u cancelling to charge you.policy
